Your Villa was wonderful. It was everything that it was advertised. Pictures accurately represented the villa. It worked out great for our family vacation. I would recomment it to anyone. -

The Villa was all that had been promised and more. All queries were responded to quickly and promptly. Security refund was Prompt. We specially loved the Welcome Manual prepared that Listed information that a visitor could require in Emergencies. Would Definitely recommend. -

We had a great holiday in Florida, the weather was great and the villa was perfect, it is so homely and comfortable. The kids loved the swimming pool after a long day at the parks. The villa was everything that the website promised and we had a great xmas holiday on the Highlands. Reserve. It was very nice - great neighbourhood and nice view. I especially appreciated the professional and prompt service given by the owner and the caretaker of the house. The sales, dinner at Normans at the Ritz and \"Cirque Solei\", Animal Kingdom were the greatest hits of our vacation. Thanks a lot! Best regards from Iceland. -

What an ideal place to stay, the peace and tranquility of a golf course, yet minutes from all the wonders of Disney. Superb luxury villa, 4 bed, 3 bath, which is ideal for two families. We certainly hope to return one day and would recommend it to anyone. Fantastic villa, nice and clean, home from home the kids loved it espescially the pool area and games room would recommend it to everyone. Ideal location for the parks and plenty of restaurants especially Charleys - best steaks ever The Butler/Syson family

We really enjoyed our stay in your beautifuly furnished villa which offered us every thing we needed for our holiday you have thought of every thing. The close proximity to the publix supermarket and the information about the shortest route to the theme parks were added bonuses and your management company were available in a phone call. The only negative comment we have is we were unable to use the barbeque as obviously guests did not clean it after use - I suggest you contact Bob with regard to this as we did point this out to him. We shall obviously be in touch next time we decide to take a villa holiday in Orlando.Thank you for you comments. We were made aware of the problems with the BBQ and following your stay, it transpired that our Management Company were ceasing trading (unbeknown to ourselves until the last moment), hence the reduction in quality service we are accustomed to. Villa location is well placed for all the parks at Disney and Universal. Would recommend to all my family & friends to stay at the villa. Guest directory at villa is very helpful and we have been to Florida twice before but there is so much to see and do you need all the help and advice you can. Villa is very well equiped and wish we could have stayed for longer than 2 weeks. Weather was excellent,the afternoon thunderstorms didnt happen this year! -

Great Villa. Everything you need for a holiday and more. The quality of the villa was beyound our expectations and was very clean and comfortable. Close to Diesney and the other attractions. 10/10. -

A very nice villa, it fulfilled all of our requirements and expectations. Spotlessly clean, modern and furnished to a very high standard. An excellent base for exploring from, nice to return to in the evening for a relaxation by the pool in quiet beautiful surroundings. Seven of us (two families) shared with plenty of room to spread out. We would recommend this villa highly... no faults. The holiday was fantastic. -

Thanks for letting us stay in your fantastic villa, nice quiet location and would definitely stay there again. We all enjoyed splashing about in the pool after a long day in the parks. The villa was well equipped. Wish my master bedroom was that big at home, very spacious! Would recommend visiting Celebration - wish we had found it a lot earlier during our stay. Would also recommend eating in Tony Roma's, Johnny Rockets and Bennigans - great food. We had a great time, it's a shame it had to end. Would highly recommend it to family and friends. Thanks again. Simon and Donna, Many thanks for a fantastic villa with everything just as described. It was a real home-from-home for both our children and their grandparents, with everything we could possibly have wanted. Your pre-arrival information and the Guest Information Folder were especially useful in helping us plan our week. The pool was fantastic, and very welcome in temperatures above 90deg on several days. As an oasis from Disney if required, we would thoroughly recommend Sea World, the children\'s fountains in Celebration and the locals\' beach at St Petersburg. We look forward to coming again and have no hesitation in knowing where to come for accommodation! -

We had a great time at your villa in Highlands Reserve. This is our 2nd time in this area & we recommend going back over & over again, we certainly will. Renting a villa is the only way to go. The villa was great after a long day of Disneyworld & Universal. It was a real treat to cook our own meals instead of paying a ton of money in restaurants. The pool was a fantastic way to relax and play. The home was spacious and comfortable. Our daughter tried out all the rooms! This was a great way to spend our much-awaited vacation. We had a great vacation and found the home to be very roomy and warm. The comforter in the master was especaily comfy! The grocery store was very close and the kitchen was well stocked for cooking. We enjoyed hanging out in the living room in the evening and would recommend this home to any family wanting a home away from home for their next vacation. -

The villa was perfect a real home from home, the facilities and information provided were second to none and the travel time to Disney was approx 20mins (including traffic build up), we were a family of seven and were very comfortable, there are plenty of restaurants etc close by and plenty of "take aways" which would deliver. I would recommend a stay at the villa you will not be disappointed.

Simon & Donna Your villa is well situated, only a few minutes from disney. It is very well furnished and equipped to a high standard, the pool area is the perfect place to relax and watch the sunset, we have been holidaying in florida for twelve years and we have found HIGHLANDS RESERVE most agreeable some of the best golf around, see you again next year. A very comfortable, clean and well presented villa, and very close to Disney. Lovely living room, big TV, and a great pool area to chill out. Supermarket 5 mins drive, Wal Mart 10 mins. Everything professionally managed, good communications, clear info etc. Would be very happy to return sometime. Happy Holidays! Paul and Mary.
