Hampton Lakes is a premier community conveniently located on US 27 in Polk County just 15 minutues from Walt Disney World and close to all the other attractions that central Florida has to offer. Well known and highly regarded, Hampton Lakes is set in the rural rolling hills of Polk County to the south-west of Orlando.
