Had a lovely time staying at Jasmine 1. It is a clean/tidy and well equipped Villa with homely extras. We loved sitting out at night relaxing and enjoying the sunsets and spectacular thunderstorms over the conservation area. Nice, private and peaceful. Already planning our return trip and would highly recommend.

We had a great time staying at Jasmine 1 in May/June 2015. Its location is excellent both in terms of where it is in Highlands reserve and shopping amenities. The villa itself had all the household facilities you would want or need during your holiday. It was spacious and maintained to a high level. I would highly recommend the villa to anyone thinking of using villa accommodation during their stay in Florida. We will certainly consider staying there again in the future!

Had a fantastic, relaxing stay in this villa. It was so well equipped and the furniture was all of a very high quality. We spent all day every day by the pool which was brilliant as it gets the sun from early morning to sunset and having the privacy from the neighbours helped us relax even more. I have stayed in many villas in Florida and this one rates very high for me, I wouldn't hesitate in recommending it to anyone as I know it would not disappoint.

We had an amazing holiday over Xmas in this lovely clean and well facilitated villa - the owners and management company were ever so accomodating and even provided an Xmas tree with decorations for us. We have stayed in many villas on Highlands Reserve and this one was by the far the best one so far and cannot recommend this villa enough.

We would definitely stay at the villa again, the villa is in a nice area not far from the shops and restaurants and inside the villa itself is very comfortable with a great pool area.

Fantastic holiday YET AGAIN !!
The villa was amazing & great to be back at Highlands Reserve.
Had great fun at all the parks. Universal was our favourite (Harry Potter)

Super villa with everything you need for a great holiday. Spacious, clean & comfortable. Pool area nice and private with view of the conservation area. Would certainly book again.

This is the eleventh time we have stayed on Highlands Reserve over the last few years and the second consecutive time we have stayed at Jasmine 1. On both occasions we have stayed everything was as described and the cleanliness and equipment was as good as, if not better than, our expectations. Already planning our next trip to Florida in 2015 and shall no doubt be booking Jasmine 1 again. May we also take this opportunity to thank the owners for continuing to maintain the villa to the highest standard and for allowing us the chance to enjoy their property.

Well appointed villa with facilities close. Well positioned for all theme parks. All services; local management, pool cleaning etc. were active and good. Plenty of towels, cooking utensils, crockery etc. all clean and in good order were to be had. All we had to do was walk in and enjoy our holiday.So glad you had a great holiday Eric & family We hope to welcome you back again in the future Simon & Donna -

A fantastic villa! We have stayed on Highlands reserve many times before and 'Jasmine 1' is easily the nicest. The decor strikes a superb balance between modern yet homely and comfortable. Everything you could want is provided and plenty of information is provided to help you enjoy your stay. The pool is very private with a fantastic outlook and gets sun throughout the day, you do need shade as well and the lanai is larger than some (some villas have non at all !) which allows you to enjoy the outside without being in direct sun. I am not a golfer but the course looks superb and is immaculate. I could go on forever but in summary Highlands Reserve is the best community both in position but also in quality with Jasmine 1 being the best villa on that community. You will love it, we can't wait to go back.

Dear Simon and Donna Thank you so much for a wonderful holiday. There was 4 of us (2 adults and 2 children) so we had ample room in the villa. Our kids had a choice of bedrooms never mind beds!! The villa was stocked with everything you could think of and more. Absolutely wonderful and was even better than the pictures on the website. My children loved arriving back to the villa after a busy day in the theme parks and just relaxing by the pool or playing in the games room. I would highly recommend your villa to anyone. We have stayed on Highland Reserve numerous times but this is the nicest villa by far. It is very well furnished with the extra touches that make it special. The TVs and broadband were a big bonus for our son so that he could keep in touch with his friends at home. Will be be in touch the next time we are planning on holidaying in Orlando. Many thanks for letting us use your home.

We we love the quiet surroundings of our villa too - it's always a shock when we get home again to the UK as we live on a main road. All our guests enjoy the private open views that we have by the pool. We hope to have you book with us again in the future.

Our group of four Finnish senior golfers found out immediately at our arrival that we had made an excellent choice when renting a villa in Orlando area. During two weeks we enjoyed our stay in well equipped, nice house. Golfing was our main interest and it went along well. Only the weather could have been a bit warmer. We stayed in Jasmine 1 for three weeks, 5 adults and 2 children with plenty of space. We loved it, we celebrated Christmas and New Years there and a 5 year old birthday party was held there to. Our family really liked the house and our 5 year old talks about our home in Florida when he talks about the house/stay. We hope we can visit again one day :) Thank you so much Donna & Simon and also for all of your quick responses. Halla & all the boys from IcelandIt was an absolute pleasure having you stay in our villa. We are so happy that you had a great time over Christmas and New Year - we have still to do it ourselves. My family and I all had a brilliant holiday again in this wonderful villa. This is our third visit, says it all really, we love it ! The location is perfect, I love the peace and quiet after a hectic visit to Disney. It is our intention to return, hopefully next year, can't wait. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the villa. It had everything we needed and was very spacious. The kids particularly enjoyed playing on the Wii. We made full use of the pool and enjoyed several rounds of golf on Highlands Reserve. It is ideally situated for places to eat and the theme parks are all in easy reach. We all had a wonderful 3 weeks in Florida (even if the weather wasn't too good). I would definitely recommend this villa. Wonderful....that was our first impression when we saw the photos on the website and we hoped that the villa itself would be as good as the photos. Well, we had a pleasant surprise because in reality the villa was even more elegant and beautiful. We were a total of 9 including a child and an infant, but fortunately the villa was spacious and we settled very comfortably. It appears that you and your family had done hard work to meet all the demands required for a comfortable stay. Really could not ask for more, everything was taken care of. After a busy and tiring day, it was a great place to rest in. The pool was a great asset and we enjoyed swimming in the pool. No doubt we will stay here again if we return and will recommend to our friends. Keep it up. We booked the villa over a year ago so was really excited when the holiday came round. We were looking forward to staying at the villa and we weren't disappointed. We were given very good directions from Miami airport so after a 4 hour drive to enter into a lovely villa was truly fantastic. It was nice and clean and very spacious. It had everything you could ask for. The back of the villa looked out onto conservation land so was lovely when you were in the pool or sunbathing. The pool and the games room were a hit with the boys. The alarm system and having a safe made you feel secure. Highlands Reserve itself is a very nice estate, lovely to walk round (or run if you're energetic!). We were within walking distance of Publix so it was nice to walk there in the morning for fresh bread. Would definitely return to this villa and highly recommend to anyone who is considering coming here.
