We are “regulars” to Florida and have stayed in many villas over the years but I’ve got to say this was one of our best. I’ll start by saying that Highlands Reserve is a brilliant estate and is only a short journey to all the theme parks. The villa was well maintained and spotless. The pool was amazing and gets the sun all day so if you like to sunbathe this is a villa for you! It backs on to a beautiful conservation area which gave us hours of pleasure as we were lucky enough to see plenty of wildlife ( foxes, raccoons, all kinds of birds and our highlight was a female deer with her 2 babies) while lazing around the pool. Although there are villas either side, the bushes/trees in between them makes it very private. It was a real pleasure to enjoy the view and peacefulness after busy days in the parks. Will definitely be booking Jasmine 1 again!

Great villa in a lovely location with gorgeous outlook from the pool. We enjoyed several nights at Applebee's which was just a short walk away.
The nearest Walmart is up the "27" by turning left out of the main entrance and going past the Disney turning.
We would happily return one day :)

Lovely villa had a fabulous time in Orlando. This villa was a pleasure to go back to and relax after long days at the parks. Would highly recommend this lovely place

Thank you so much for the wonderful stay in your villa which by far is the best we've ever stayed in.
The house was just as you described on the website and looked exactly as shown in the photos.
It was spotlessly clean and so comfortable. We loved the pool and the view of the nature reserve with all its amazing wildlife.
If we come back to Orlando again there’s no other place we’d like to stay.
Special thanks to Helen and her husband who were of great assistance when needed.

A well presented home in a great location. A very welcoming private pool after a day out. All mod cons and good wifi. Cannot go wrong for a family holiday as well priced.

This is the first time that I have used Iwantvilla and I have to say that the service from Simon has been fabulous. I would also like to add that his Villa is beautiful and has every conceivable extra and was well worth every penny we will certainly be using Iwantvilla in the future.

Excellent villa, fantastic pool area, we've stayed before and will stay again, thanks to Simon for allowing us to change dates after I broke my ankle and couldn't go on our original dates, all done with no fuss, again many thanks.

I will begin my review by saying that this is our first time booking through iwantavilla.com, although we have been travelling to Florida several times a year for many years. This site was very user-friendly and Simon was very prompt and responsive to all of my many enquiries and needs, both before and after booking. I'm sure that we will be booking through this site again in the future.
We stayed at the Jasmine 1 villa from Dec 28, 2017-Jan 5, 2018 and would not hesitate to recommend this villa. The open-plan home was spacious, comfortable, clean and well-equipped. Although the weather did not cooperate on this trip, the pool area (which overlooks a beautiful conservation area) was very quiet, peaceful & relaxing. The home has a fantastic location close to all of the parks, restaurants, and stores. Also, it only took us about 2 hours for a day trip to Clearwater Beach. Several family members that stopped by to visit with us were also impressed by this home and asked for booking details. Other than the unseasonably cold weather, which could hardly be helped, our trip and stay at Jasmine 1 was perfect. Finally, after returning home to -14 degrees, even the cold Florida weather looks perfect now. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Stayed here as 2 families (6 people) and have to say it was brilliant. Everything you could need and much more. Perfect location and having the south facing pool (all day sun đź‘Ť) and backing onto the conservation area meant it was beautiful and nice and quiet. Would highly recommend booking and I will hopefully be booking again for next year

My husband, two boys, parents and sister all stayed in this lovely villa and had the most amazing holiday! The villa is in a great location, with everything you would need and fantastic correspondence with the owners. Highly recommended!

Our family (7 of us) stayed in this beautiful villa for 2 weeks from the 26th Sept. Highly recommend staying here. The villa had everything you could want and more, plenty of space for us all so we weren't on top of each other. Everything about the villa was spot on, inside and out and Highlands Reserve itself was gorgeous. It was very handy having Berry Town just down the road with shops and restaurants. I will miss waking up and going out onto the pool area for my morning cuppa amd taking in the view.
We had such an amazing time and was a pleasure to come back to the villa after a hot day and cool off in the pool. Simon has been brilliant to deal with, responded straight away to any queries I had right from beginning to end. Even let us check out late as our flight wasnt until 6pm. So was nice to enjoy our last morning by the pool together. We also had a very helpful, information book at the villa which was great for us and can vouch for some of the recommendations we tried such as Applebees and the Chinese.
The only thing I had a problem with, was the the fact we had to leave :(
So thank you Simon for letting us stay in your beautiful villa, we woke up every morning with smiles on our faces :)

Firstly I'd like to start by saying that using this website was a great decision. It was so easy to use & Simon was really helpful from start to finish.
We were due to arrive in the middle of the hurricane Irma & our flights were cancelled. The owners accommodated us without any hassle & immediate response emails from them helped us in rescheduling the flights.
We stayed in the Highlands Reserve about 11yrs ago & loved it. So our expectations were high - we weren't disappointed. The villa is perfect. We had absolutely everything we could ever need. There were poolside towels, bathroom towels. Water & coke in the fridge, tea bags, sugar, ketchup etc etc. All of the crockery was labelled in the presses & plenty of it. We had a 1yr old with us & they had a travel cot, monitors, teddy bears, kids books, games, strollers. The games room was in the garage & had a pool table, air hockey & table football (we didn't use). There were plenty of family board games also.
The pool area was excellent too & plenty of loungers & chairs.
The guest info book covered everything & was obviously well thought out with a lot of time & effort put into it.
We stocked up in Walmart & Publix supermarket (which was within walking distance). We used the local Chinese, pizza takeaway, IHOP & Applebees in the nearby Berry Town Centre - I'd recommend them all.
We are already planning our next trip to Orlando & we will definitely be looking to stay in Jasmine 1 again. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending it.

This was our third time in Orlando and by far the best villa we have stayed in.
The directions from the airport were easy to follow and the villa is easy to get to the Disney parks.
The villa is very well equipped with all of the essentials - we could not fault it.
Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay & would definitely return again.

A fabulous villa which catered for all our needs and more. The villa was clean, tastefully furnished and well maintained/stocked. Great open layout and the pool area was fantastic. Close to shops and all parks. We would highly recommend Highlands Reserve and this villa in particular and would certainly consider it again should we return to Orlando.

Wonderful villa, immaculately clean and had everything you could want and more.
This was our first time in a villa and will never stay in a hotel again, but we have been spoilt here and will expect the same all over no matter where we go.
Brilliant weather with only the odd shower. Hope we bring some of this sun back with us.
Thanks again for letting us use your beautiful villa. Without a doubt a real home from home and looking forward to returning in the future.

We stayed in the lovely villa Jasmine1 from 15th July until 1st August. I agree with all the other reviews that have been posted, the villa was just perfect. It was very clean and had everything we needed. After spending very busy days out and about it was great to get back to relax in and around the pool. Such a peaceful location overlooking the conservation area. We managed to see quite a bit of wildlife including a beautiful young deer, cranes, kites and an armadillo. We made use of some of the holiday tips and spent a fortune in the shopping malls. Road directions were excellent and got us to and back from the parks without any queues. Rainforest Cafe was good in Animal Kingdom as was T-Rex Cafe at Disney Springs. At Universal Hard Rock Cafe is good. Applebys is close by and does happy hour cocktails and beers. All in all we had a fantastic time in Orlando even though we got soaked on many occasions. All adding to the fun. We have stayed on Highlands Reserve four times in different villas and if we return we will definitely be looking to stay in Jasmine 1 again.

We have just returned after staying for 2 weeks at this wonderful villa. We have been to Orlando on previous occasions but have never stopped in a villa in a more quiet, peaceful and beautiful position as this one, overlooking a conservation area. It was very well equipped and maintained to a very high standard and and I will certainly have no hesitation in recommending it to family and friends who wish to visit Orlando in the furture. My husband and I stayed in the villa over the winter months Jan - April and we were very pleased. The villa is very clean and in a very quiet location backing onto the conservation area. We have planned to return next winter.
Marilou - it was such a pleasure having you stay in our villa and that you enjoyed it so much - we are looking forward to you staying again next January for 100 nights
