Sunset Ridge
Sunset Ridge is located just off HWY27 in Davenport. Sunset Ridge is a small gated community and is only 20 minutes from Disney World. With easy access to Interstate 4 this is a great place to explore all that the Orlando theme park area has to offer.
Sunset Ridge is a gated community of both residential and rental properties, located just south of the intersection between Interstate 4 and US27. With a mixture of excellent properties, nicely spaced for privacy.
Sunset Ridge offers a welcome retreat away from the theme parks and attractions. For golfers, Deer Creek Golf Resort is opposite, with a number of first-rate courses within a 10 mile radius.
As US27 is becoming more popular for visitors to the area, more supermarkets, shops and restaurants are being opened. The recent Posner Park shopping complex - which is alongside the intersection with Interstate 4 - is a good example of this.
