Tuscany is the sister development to Calabria and offers the same attractive Italian influenced community of around 40 vacation rental homes designed with terracotta roof tiles, warm Mediterranean colours all set in a peaceful conservation area ideal for walking, jogging or cycling away from all the hustle and bustle round the corner. Most of the homes here back onto conservation areas or lakes and the community itself is surrounded by natural wetlands, making this an ideal spot to relax and unwind after a day at the theme parks.

This prime location in the popular Kissimmee region, places you just minutes from the new West Gate of Walt Disney World and close to all the other key attractions in Orlando. You have an excellent choice of shops, restaurants and supermarkets in close proximity.
For keen golfers, Tuscany is just a few minutes drive away from championship golf coursed, with Orange Lake, Highlands Reserve and ChampionsGate golf clubs a mere 5-10 minutes drive away and many more courses available in the surrounding areas.
