Rent A Villa Near Disney
Find Your Perfect Villa Near Disney World
Planning a Florida holiday and looking to rent a villa near Disney World?
With your own Orlando villa, you can enjoy more space, privacy and flexibility than a traditional hotel stay — often with a private pool, multiple bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and comfortable living areas.
At I Want A Villa, you can browse privately owned villas in popular communities around the Disney area, check availability for your dates and choose the exact property you want to stay in.
What you see is what you book.
Why Rent A Villa Near Disney?
After a busy day enjoying the magic of Walt Disney World, having your own villa gives you somewhere comfortable and private to return to.
Instead of sharing a hotel room or booking several rooms for a larger family, you can enjoy your own holiday home with space for everyone.
More Space For Your Family
Enjoy separate bedrooms, spacious living areas, multiple bathrooms and your own kitchen.
Your Own Private Pool
Many of our Orlando villas have private swimming pools, giving you somewhere to cool off and relax after a day at the parks.
More Privacy
Relax in your own accommodation rather than sharing communal hotel facilities with hundreds of other guests.
More Flexibility
Have breakfast when you want, take a break from the parks during the day, cook your own meals or simply spend a relaxing day at your villa.
Ideal For Families & Groups
From family-sized villas to larger homes for extended families and groups, you can choose accommodation to suit the size of your party.

Choose The Exact Villa You Want
One of the things that makes I Want A Villa different is the ability to choose the actual villa you're booking.
You don't simply select "a 4 bedroom villa" and leave the final property allocation until you arrive.
You can see the individual villa's photographs, description, facilities and location before making your decision.
- What You See Is What You Book
- Choose the villa you love.
- Check its availability.
- Review the details.
- Then book that individual property.
No allocation on arrival. No unexpected substitute villa.
Find Villas Available For Your Dates
Finding a villa near Disney is only useful if it's actually available when you want to travel.
Our availability search allows you to enter your holiday dates and search for properties available for your stay.
You can refine your search using criteria such as:
- Preferred resort
- Number of bedrooms
- Your holiday dates
- Pool requirements
- Available facilities
- Budget and other search options
This makes it easier to compare the villas that could actually work for your holiday.
Rent A Villa With A Private Pool
A private pool is one of the biggest attractions of renting a villa in Florida.
Imagine returning from a day at Disney, changing into your swimwear and relaxing around your own pool.
Many of our villas offer private screened pools and pool decks, while selected properties may also have features such as:
- Spa or hot tub
- Covered outdoor areas
- Sun loungers
- Outdoor dining
- Lake or conservation views
Facilities vary between properties, so check the individual listing for full details.
