Why Choose a Resort Villa Rental?
For families and groups, a resort villa can offer a very different holiday experience from staying in a traditional hotel.
Instead of sharing a hotel room and communal facilities, you can have your own spacious holiday home, often with a private pool and additional living space.
More Space
Enjoy separate bedrooms, spacious living areas, dining space and a fully equipped kitchen — giving everyone room to relax.
More Privacy
Many resort villas have their own private swimming pool and outdoor space, giving your family somewhere to unwind away from the crowds.
More Flexibility
Having your own kitchen and living space means you can eat, relax and organise your days around your own plans rather than a hotel timetable.
Ideal For Families & Groups
A villa can be particularly good value when several people are travelling together, giving you more space without needing multiple hotel rooms.
Resort Facilities
Depending on the community and individual property, some resort developments offer additional facilities such as communal pools, clubhouses, fitness facilities, playgrounds or other amenities.
Facilities vary between resorts and individual properties, so always check the villa listing and resort information before booking.
Resort Villas Near Disney World
Orlando's resort communities are particularly popular with families visiting Walt Disney World and the area's other major attractions.
Many are located around Kissimmee, Davenport and the wider Disney area, providing convenient access to Disney, Universal Orlando, SeaWorld, International Drive, restaurants, shopping and golf.
Whether you're looking for a family villa with a private pool or a larger home for an extended family or group, our resort villa search makes it easier to find a property that suits you.

At I Want A Villa, we believe you should know exactly what you're booking.
Our individual property listings provide photographs, descriptions, facilities, location information and availability, allowing you to compare the actual homes available for your holiday.
What You See Is What You Book
When you select an individual villa, you're choosing that property — not a generic accommodation type that could be replaced with a "similar" home later.
That means you can look at the photographs, check the facilities and choose the villa that best suits your family or group.
