Windwood Cay
Windwood Cay is located less than 1 mile south of the US192 in Kissimmee and is an ideal location to experience all that Orlando has to offer.
Windward Cay was constructed between 1992 and 1998 and the community consists if just over 130 villas, many with conservation woodland and lake views. Despite being close to the busy US192, the conservation woodland areas surrounding the community give it a peaceful and serene feel.
Windwood Cay's location is its main attraction as there is plenty to see and do within short car journey, with Medieval Times literally only 1 mile away offering Medieval themed jousting tournaments and a 4-course meal is a great hit for all the family.
The nearest supermarkets to the community only a 5 minute drive away with a 24-hour Walmart and Aldi virtually on your doorstep.
Disney theme parks are less than a 20-minute car journey and Universal Studios and SeaWorld can be reached in around 25 minutes. The I-4 is less than a 20-minute drive away, which gives you fast access to Kennedy Space Center and Daytona Beach to the east and Busch Gardens and Gulf Coast beaches to the west. Once you are on the I-4, these amazing destinations can be reached in around an hour.
You can enjoy water sports, fishing and observing wildlife at the nearby Shingle Creek Regional Park & Steffee Landing which is only 2 miles away along the US192. Kissimmee Old Town which is world famous for its classic car shows, restaurants and boutique style shops is just 5 miles away and is a great destination for the whole family to experience an evening.
For keen golfers, there are over 10 different golf courses within a 15-mile radius of the community including Falcons Fire golf course and Celebration golf course.
