The prestigious gated community of Formosa Gardens Estates is acknowledged as being the most prestigious community in the area comprising of stunning bespoke executive villas with private pools (most with spas) on spacious tastefully landscaped plots ranging from 1/2 - 1/3 acres in size. This executive community is an ideal holiday location for families. Formosa Gardens Estates is located off the US192 highway in West Kissimmee at Mile Marker 4 - less than 3 miles from the Disney theme parks, so that you can be first in the gates each morning!

Formosa Shopping Plaza is a 2 minute drive or 15-20 minute easy stroll away, with sidewalk and lighting all the way. There is a Winn Dixie Supermarket, which can be a little pricey for some things, but is very convenient. Nearby there is also many popular restaurants such as Buffalo Wild Wings, Outback Steakhouse, Texas Roadhouse, Red Lobster, Bonefish Grill, Longhorn Steakhouse, Bahama Breeze, Olive Garden and Manny's Chophouse ... just to name a few! as well as several smaller stores and snack places such as Subway.

The US192 highway is around 6 - 7 minutes walk further along, where you will find many more restaurants and shops. From the US192 you can get the #55 bus that runs right up to Walmart Super Centre on the US27 Highway to the west and all the way to the Osceola Mall to the east.

It's obviously more conveneient with a car, but it can also be done without a car from Formosa Gardens Estates. The #55 bus service is fairly regular and gives you around 17 miles to explore along the US192.
