We had a great time here for 5 nights. Got a little chilly the last 2 days, but that's because it was 80F when I first came down here. Fully stocked kitchen was quite a change from other rentals !! Thanks again Simon, Donna & family Ken & Ryan (9)

We are a family of 5 from the UK and thoroughly enjoyed our time here. This was our first holiday on the east coast and we visited Universal Studios and Kennedy Space Centre. Your villa is beautiful and provides a real home from home. We would definitely want to return and recommend to friends. Thank you The Pattni Family
Thanks for the kind comments - we do well with repeat bookings with one client having now booked with us for the 7th time. We always try to make more improvements every time we visit ourselves. We hope you book with us again soon.

We did enjoy staying your villa. It is a nice home and we had everything we needed. Taking a walk in Highland Reserve is very pleasant. My niece and my son had fun practicing golf. The proximity of Publix and other stores was very handy and a walkable distance from your house. I have nothing to say that would be negative. We were supplied with a few extras (like card games, maps...) and that was very convenient. The alarm system somewhat made us nervous at first but we got used to it. Again, thank you for letting us enjoy your home and that peaceful place called Highland Reserve. We will consider coming back. Thank you again and have a good week-end. We should be getting a few more inches of snow in Laval - oh, how I miss Florida!

The Florida Girls from Holland are back again for 14 days. We had a lot of fun and did many rounds of golf on several golf clubs, here and in the surroundings. This was our second time renting this lovely villa - we love it. We are definitely coming back next year - watch your email box Simon ! We are two German & Swedish families and we enjoyed our time in your great villa. All of us loved to visit Universal Studios. The weather was great during the whole week - very sunny and we are very sad to have to return to the winter in Germany. The villa is extremely comfortable and well-equipped. Lots of thought has gone in to the facilities to ensure that there is everything you could want or need. Had a couple of minor issues which were quickly resolved. Excellent service from both the management company and the owners. Would highly recommend the villa and location which is peaceful and secure. Nice pool, great to have air-hockey and pool tables which we made lots of use of.Wendy, So glad you had a great time in our villa and were the first to experience the new exterior paintwork. We had a fantastic vacation at your wonderful house in Orlando ! We came to experience the Universal theme parks which we did and were so happy to come back and relax after fighting through all the crowds. We arrived late and found Walmart by coincidence straight away so we could enjoy breakfast in your great villa. We have two little kids and found everything we needed in the villa to make it a perfect and relaxing stay. Don't want to leave.... Thank you for the use of your lovely villa. We really enjoyed your house, with everything we needed to make ourselves feel at home. The girls really appreciated the pool after long walks in the theme parks and the toys and puzzles. Walmart was very close and useful and the villa is located in a calm and quiet environment. Thank you for the comprehensive "Villa Guest Directory" which we found very helpful. The games room was a bonus We hope to be back soon ! This was our first booking in this area and we found the villa and it's facilities to be everything we had hoped for. The location was ideal to be able to visit all the local attractions and also as a base to travel further afield to both the west coast and the east coast which was part of our itinerary. The villa was immaculate with plenty of everything to make our stay very comfortable and had a wide range of entertainment and information to visit local restaurants and useful shopping options. Whilst there was only 3 of us for some of the time, the villa is ideal for a large family with large rooms and plenty of space around the pool. A thoroughly enjoyable stay in an excellent home. -

Message from the Dutch Florida Babes .... After a long flight we entered your very nice warm villa and felt directly at home. We loved the wonderful golf stores here and visited several malls. We played golf and celebrated the "Dutch Sinterklaas" (Santa Claus). Every afternoon coming home we felt at home - thanks for all this hospitality. Still 3 days to go.... and much to do - as shopping and again playing golf - visit hairdresser..... TIP: Breakfast at Cracker Barrel - Dinner at Applebee's and don't buy liquor on Sunday before 12 noon Sjoeke, Jolanda, Judi, Joke, Elly & KarinWe loved you staying in our villa and thank you ever so much for the Christmas Card - you look like you had a great time. -

Our fifth visit to Highlands Reserve and yet again a beautiful villa, very comfortable with everything you need. Location is perfect for shopping, attractions and best of all, the vast selection of excellent restaurants. Our daily walks to Publix helped offset all the extra calories from dinner the night before and its great to be able to explore all the different roads taking the 'long route' round. managed to avoid cooking at all and ate out every night. Highly recommend Applebees, Longhorn Steakhouse, Olive Garden and TGI's on the 192, Chilies at Championsgate and Cheesecake Factory at the Mall at Millenia. We are already planning our next trip! Villa is lovely, gets lots of sun. Boys loved the pool & games room & Wii We arrived later than expected, so in hindsight we should have ordered the welcome food pack offered. We will know better next time. Love Walmart & Target - SO BIG!! The Fitzsimon Family, England Bernie, Pauline, Nathan(14), Luke(12) and Bradley(10)We do offer a Welcome Food Pack for all guests for a small fee - especially recommended for UK guests as it can be quite late when you get to the villa and the last thing you want to do once you arrive at the villa after a long transatlantic journey is to go shopping for food. We can even provide a case of beer and/or a bottle of wine - just let us know what you want and we can let you know the cost and even put in the fridge for you so all you need to do is drop your bags and sit by the pool with an ice cold drink. -

So enjoyed your villa. It was so clean and true to all the photos we saw online. Loved the pool (especially being able to walk out onto the patio and have it right there just for us). Plenty of room for our 2 grand-children and all the adults. Great location and easy to get around and so close to my favorite shops. Again, thank you so much for such a great home away from home.
