There are many premier golf courses nearby, and for further entertainment, the new Sunset Walk by Margaritaville and the H2O waterpark is a short 5 minutes drive away. 

Disney - 3 miles drive and the I4 give fast access to Universal Studios – 15 miles.

First Floor

As you enter the villa through the glass doors you are greeted with a fabulous tiled hallway leading off to the dining room on your right, the master 1 bedroom to your left and the luxurious living room in front of you.

The living room with 3 & 2 seater sofas and arm chair providing comfortable seating for up to 6. The views through the large french doors leading onto the lanai and pool deck are amazing.

This beautifully decorated room with lovely views over the front garden offers a large glass-topped pedestal dining table with 6 ornate chairs and a chandelier over. There is a direct access through to the kitchen

The luxury kitchen with Corian countertops and stainless steel appliances has all the amenities including a dishwasher, stove with oven, microwave, refrigerator & freezer with automatic water and ice dispenser, waste disposal, coffee maker, blender, toaster, electric kettle and island unit.  The breakfast bar has 4 bar stools and the island unit has another 2 stools making the kitchen an excellent social space.

Adjacent to the kitchen is the pleasant breakfast nook has a round table and 4 comfortable ornate chairs.

The comfortably furnished room with direct access & views over the pool deck to the lake - offers ample seating for you to relax and watch the large Smart LCD HD TV. For your comfort, we provide a 3 & 2 seater sofa.  This room is open plan to the fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar with seating for 4 and a breakfast nook with a round table and seating for 4

The large master bedroom with a king-sized bed and separate sitting area with wonderful views over the pool deck through a large window and french doors leading onto the lanai has a walk-in wardrobe, large LCD Smart TV and alarm clock radio and ceiling fan.

The connecting spacious ensuite bathroom has a large soaker tub, a walk-in shower, his & hers sinks and a separate WC. We also provide a hair dryer.

This bedroom features a seashore theme and can be set as either a king-sized bed or 2 x twin beds (please request when booking) - it is situated next to the family bathroom. With a built-in wardrobe providing ample hanging, dresser with a large mirror and drawer unit there is plenty of space for all your clothes. The bedroom also has a large wall-mounted LCD Smart TV and ceiling fan for your entertainment and comfort.

This bathroom serves the main living space and bedroom 3 and 4, There is a bath with shower over, WC and built-in sink unit.

This Mickey-themed bedroom comes equipped with 2 x colourful twin-sized beds with a matching nightstand and drawer unit. Within the room we also have a wall-mounted LCD Smart TV and a large built-in wardrobe - this room is ideal for the young, or young at heart!

This bedroom with a bright theme at the rear of the home, has a queen-sized bed, with two nightstands and a dressing table with mirror above. We also have a wall-mounted LCD Smart TV and a large built-in wardrobe within the bedroom.  This room is adjacent to the pool shower room, which also serves as the pool bathroom. 

Set in its own lock-off lobby off the family room, this is a secluded Queen Suite.

This bathroom is adjacent to the queen bedroom and serves as the pool bathroom with direct access to the pool deck. There is a walk-in shower, WC and built-in sink unit.

At night, the door to the family room can be closed and this bathroom then serves as an ensuite to the queen bedroom.

The laundry room provides a large front loading washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron for your convenience - enabling you to keep your luggage light so there is plenty of room for all those bargain designer clothes from the excellent local outlet malls.

The fabulous air-conditioned games room is equipped with various activities for all ages and interests. With a pool table, air hockey, table foosball, a large 75" wall-mounted TV, reclining chairs, a poker table, two arcade machines and selection of books and games.

The totally private large heated pool with an east-facing deck has been provided with a total of 8 sun loungers.  Under the shady covered lanai with a ceiling fan, the outside lounge area with wall-mounted LCD TV is a perfect place to relax and admire the fabulous view (2 chairs with footstools give additional sunbathing opportunities) 

1 patio dining table with 6 chairs and a further high-top table for 4.

For your relaxation after a hard day at the theme parks, why not indulge yourself in the bubbling built-in heated spa ?

The spacious garden area at each side of the pool cage is fenced and to the right you will find the BBQ area, with a large gas BBQ (included in the rate) and the tall bar-height table with parasol and seating for 4.

For toddler safety all doors leading out to the pool are alarmed to prevent small children wandering unsupervised onto the pool deck so you know your children are safe.

The second master bedroom with views over front aspect has a 4 poster king sized bed, matching dresser with large mirror, wardrobe, large Smart TV, ceiling fan and alarm clock radio.

The ensuite bathroom with large walk in shower, double vanity and WC. We have also provided a illuminated vanity mirror and hair dryer.

This room also has its own living area with Sofa and two chairs.

There is a large walk in closset - we house the baby equipment here - crib, pack and play, play mat and stair gates) 

We have tried to include everything a young family could wish for in a holiday home such as a cot (crib), highchair, stair gates and baby monitor, which are all provided free of charge.

We provide free high speed DSL WiFi internet access throughout the villa and pool deck.

No need to get stressed on arrival - our villa has an electronic keypad entry system, so if you are delayed at the airport, you can get into the villa anytime of the day or night - no need to travel miles out of your way in unfamiliar territory to collect keys - just pull up on the drive, tap in the 4 digit code and your holiday can begin !!

All towels and linens are provided although we do ask that no linens be removed from the house. If you plan on travelling to the beach on either coastline, please bring your own beach towels or purchase them locally for very little money.

Our home features a fully monitored alarm & smoke detector system for your security and peace of mind. 

For your security and of our property, this villa is equipped with 3 security cameras located as follows:

1. Camera at the front door approach
2. Camera facing the driveway area.
3. Camera facing onto the pool heater & pump equipment to the side of the villa.
4. All cameras are activated by motion and record video and audio remotely.

For your privacy, there are no cameras located inside the villa or around the pool area.

Includes toilet paper, a small hand soap in each bathroom, kitchen paper towel, dish soap, laundry and dishwasher detergent, trash bags and cleaning products.

These are starter supplies and replenishments should be purchased by guests. We also supply a small selection of coffee, tea, milk and biscuits for a quick drink before you get a chance to do your main shop!

In place of a security deposit, we charge a one-off $69 or £45 non-refundable insurance premium in addition to the rental costs quoted on the website. On confirming a booking we will add the premium to the money owed and advise of this by email.

Our villa is maintained by a very responsive and friendly management company located locally. This ensures that all our guests receive the most efficient, friendly and personal service 24/7.

You are less than a mile from restaurants and supermarkets and within easy access of all the other parks and shopping malls as well as being ideally located for the many magnificent golf courses.

The Margaritaville Sunset Walk shops and restaurants are a couple of minute's drive away.  You will also find the H2O Waterpark there to add to the wonderful facilities in the area of our home.
