This villa was everything we expected and more. The pictures don't do it justice. It's a lot bigger than we expected. This was our 8th visit to Florida and by far the best villa we have had the privilege to stay in. The location and description of the villa is spot on. The owners of the villa were extremely accommodating in every way. When we arrived we decided to have the pool heated. I emailed Neil, the owner, and he turned it on remotely within a couple of minutes. Nothing is too much trouble for him. The villa was very luxurious and spotless. We definitely felt at home in this beautiful villa. I would recommend this villa 100%. We are already looking forward to returning.

Excellent. The property provides very good accommodation, well furnished and with comprehensive equipment and fittings. The house has a lovely outlook over the golf course and is conveniently located. The children enjoyed the pool and the adults enjoyed their cocktails in the hot tub. We appreciated the provision of tennis and golf equipment which was made use of. Our family and friends were very impressed with all the above and we would definitely rent the house again if we were to visit the Orlando area.

WOW! This home is fantastic! So many positives! Neil and Glenda have gone out of their way to make one feel like you are in your own home. You don't need to bring anything but your clothes! Canterbury 10 is very spacious with plenty of room for you and your guests. This home is completely furnished with everything you need. The kitchen is well stocked, even has a set of scales to weigh your food! The furniture is extremely comfortable as are the beds. They have spared no expense there. Best nights sleep on vacation I have ever had! If you have small children no need to worry! Toys, cribs, etc. even a humidifier/vaporizer. Oh....a monitor too!! Golfer? They have three very nice sets there to use! Towels? Holy smokes! So many! And they are thick and plush! Beach towels for the pool? There has to be at least 30 there! Books and games galore! We had a very small maintenance issue and it was attended to right away by Geoff. The pool is wonderful. Not too large, but enough space to enjoy it. If you are lucky enough to find this home available, BOOK NOW! You won't be sorry! Thanks Neil and Glenda for making my vacation wonderful and stress free!

We stayed at Canterbury 10 for two weeks over Christmas and the house was everything you could hope for. Anything and everything that you needed was there. The homeowners Neil & Glenda were very easy to deal with and answered any questions promptly. The management company of Geoff & Chris addresses the one small query very quickly. Would highly recommend this villa to everyone -

Is the second time we were in Canterbury 10, for our Disney Party. The propietaries are so kindly and very professional. They gives you all the information and assistance as you need inside the villa and around all the area. The villa is perfectly equipped, more than you can see in pictures and you can image: films for all ages, CDs with great music, books, a complete game room, a fully equipped and professional kitchen with all the accessories that you can image. All the house is seems like new (painted, furniture, etc), and super clean. You just need to enjoy and discover each time how the owners think and work hard to give you feel at home and more...( a iPhone 6 point of charge also available !) The area around the villa is so nice and quiet and the view of the Golf Course in front of the pool is wonderful! There is a Publix supermarket very close to the villa ( 350 meters) For sure we will come back, if the villa will be available in our next trip. The price is very reasonable for what you receive. Really wonderful villa!!! Don't miss. -

Second time we were here. Absolutely amazing house with everything you need, and I mean EVERYTHING. The house and the area is great. Golfcourse in the backyard (no noise from it at all), supermarket within 5 min. walk, 20 to disney, shopping and all the fun stuff, ha ha. Love the place and we WILL be back.... -

We returned to Canterbury 10 for two weeks in October and the house was as perfect as ever.
Anything and everything that you needed was there. Glenda and Neil give great customer service and have thought of everything that you could wish for. From the moment you walk in the door your magical holiday begins.
The villa is set in a wonderful location close to the Parks and shops. Golf is on the doorstep and golf clubs are available with the villa.. The pool is wonderful to use or relax by and sitting outside you can watch the golfers take their shots. The house is spacious, well maintained, spotlessly clean and has a downstairs bedroom and bathroom and four further bedrooms upstairs, one en-suite and a further bathroom. Of all the villas we have stayed in in Florida over the last 20 odd years this is by far the best with everything you want available within the villa and surrounding area with restaurants and supermarkets close by..
We would highly recommend this villa to everyone and have already booked our return trip for 2016. -

The pictures don't do this house justice, it is spacious and well maintained. Everything that is posted about this fabulous home is true. It is so very spacious and clean. We felt right at home and headed straight for the pool. -

Another brilliant holiday at Neil and Glenda's gorgeous villa. We really didn't want to leave, so well equipped with every home comfort. The position on the estate could not be better, walking distance to local shops and restaurants. Neil and Glenda are a pleasure to deal with and we will return to this villa for our next holiday in Orlando. -

We were firstly drawn to this property by the photographs on the listing, I have to say they are100% accurate to every single aspect of the property. Neil and Glenda were an absolute pleasure to deal with from our very first contact. When we first arrived at the house, all we could do was walk around saying WOW! The house is beautifully decorated, immaculately clean, exceptionally well equipped and MASSIVE. One item that we came to depend on was an insulated cool bag - a very small detail but that's the thought that has gone into making this a perfect stay. I honestly don't think at any time I went to look for something that wasn't somewhere in the house. We were very lucky to have been able to call this house our home for 2 weeks, it was a privilege to have stayed there. I would recommend staying here to anyone and would return in a heartbeat - seeing the photo as I write this review makes me wish I was there now....... -

Myself, my wife and friends stayed in this fantastic villa for 7 days. We had a fantastic time and the villa had everything we needed for the perfect holiday. The villa is top end luxury, with care taken for every detail even down to sets of golf clubs for any hackers. Although we did not use them it is a fantastic gesture for any golfers in relation to traveling with a set. The added bonus for the men in our party was access to the British football, the villa is set in a fantastic location with easy access to H27 and overlooking the golf course which allowed us to view at our leisure the golfers and wild life, the owners Neill and Glenda were a joy to deal with from start to finish their directions to the villa were so accurate I did not need my sat nav, we will definitely visit again. -

This is our second year at Canterbury 10 it is a fantastic home and a real credit to the owners, a real home from home. It's in a fantastic setting allowing you all the comforts of home combined with the weather of Florida. Sitting adjacent to the third fairway at Highland Reserve the pool area has a private feel to it and it's a great setting to eat breakfast or dinner in. The villa is very well maintained and appointed and we will be confirming our next visit with Neil and Glenda who are a pleasure to deal with through out the booking process. -

This home is an amazing vacation retreat! From the moment we arrived, the thought and work put into every detail was evident. The furnishings were of such high quality and were a real joy to experience. The entire property was exceptionally clean and very well maintained. We enjoyed ourselves more than we can possibly express, and created many life-long memories there. We feel very fortunate to have been able to call this place home for the two weeks we were in Florida. Working with Neil and Glenda was also a pleasure. They were incredibly responsive and helpful, and it truly felt as though they personally were working to make our vacation perfect. Whether you're a small family looking for the best-of-the-best home to rent, or a place that has room to accomodate a large group, I would recommend Canterbury 10 for you. -

We are a family of five, two adults and three girls - aged 14, 11 and 7. We stayed in this villa the last week in March. The house is just great, well equipped and clean. We did not miss anything. The pool is nice. We had ordered preheat of the pool and that was good. When the kids were tired of the sun, they went into the garage to play tabletennis or the pool table. Really fun for the whole family too. All the nice things written in the other reviews are true, every thing was lovely. We would recommend this villa and we really hope we get the oppurtunity to come back some time. KLEPP, NORWAY 2012. -

We had a great week at this villa, all mod cons are provided by the owners, and their attention to detail is marvellous, even a rubbish bin with an automatic opening lid! The owners sent us very good information on the property before our visit, with directions from airports & kept in contact with us in case we needed any more info. The Disney attractions are very near, so driving is easy & there is a supermarket at the beginning of the housing area. We played on the golf course which we enjoyed, and were offered reduced rates for subsequent visits. If you want a holiday in the Disney area we are very happy to recommend this lovely home. -

This is a luxury villa which is stylish, elegant and, obviously cherished by it's owners. We received a very comprehensive dossier on everything about the property well before we left the UK. The property lived up to our expectations in every way and will be the same for any future visitors. The view over the golf course is superb and the breakfast on the pool deck at 8am. With the early morning golfers gliding by on their carts was a delight even with 80 degrees of heat to contend with. We were offered discount rates on the golf course on our first visit with even more discount on our subsequent return. The travel to Disney takes about 20 minutes along route 192 with the longer journey to Sea World, Universal etc. Taking about 35 to 40 minutes or so. You can also venture down route 27 for access to the I4 and the gulf coast. Altogether, a most pleasant place to stay with good access to all areas and with shopping nearby.
