If this villa is available, DO NOT HESITATE TO BOOK IT! We have stayed in quite a few villas in Orlando but Canterbury 10 has been the BEST one by far in terms of its high level of cleanliness, luxurious furnishings, beautiful pool, spa and patio area, and excellent location - and the owners have thought of everything that a guest would ever need, including a detailed information booklet. Communication with the owners was also outstanding. There is nothing negative to report - everything was as indicated on the website: no outdated photos or nasty surprises - it was just perfect. The villa totally exceeded our expectations and we would thoroughly recommend this Villa.

This home provides everything you need for your stay! The home was very clean, provides accurate instructions, and is located in a safe, clean, and quiet neighborhood. Our family had plenty of space and we made many memories! We loved the pool! We would definitely stay again! -

From the moment we arrived at this beautiful home we were blown away by the thoughtfulness that went into every inch of this home. The owners made sure to have anything you could need in their home for use. From the baby high chair and stroller all the way to beach pales and rain ponchos we were left with nothing to worry about. We could have just spent the whole vacation in this home looking out from the pool onto the golf course or playing pool and ping pong. Our kids loved their rooms with everything unique to each room. These owners spared no expense and put thought and care into all the amenities. The kitchen had everything you could need and more which allowed for us to eat in most nights. Neil and Glenda were fantastic hosts and were in contact with us long before our trip and afterwards making sure that everything was squared away. This home was spotless and the security system was easy to use and made everyone feel safe and secure. We are already planning our next trip at this home as no other we’ve been to have compared. Excellent experience from the initial viewing on IWAV through to a great week spent staying at Canterbury 10. The property is just as good if not better than it appears in the advert. We have been lucky enough to stay in some lovely villas over the years and this is up there with the best. Neil and Glenda seem to have thought of everything when kitting out the house. Apart from stocking the fridge and the larder I don’t think they could have done any more. The furnishings and appliances are all of high quality. If you are considering an Orlando villa don’t look any further you won’t regret it.

This is an amazing home, I say home because that’s the way it seems, not just a rental property but a home with every convenience that you could wish for, I could go on about how wonderful this home was, but instead, you should try it out, it’s amazing -

Well equipped villa with everything you would want to enjoy your holiday. As always the thunderstorms were particularly impressive to watch. Great fun watching the local golfers and how to cheat when your opponent is not looking!!! -

Just spent 2 weeks in this wonderful house, you forget you are renting as the host has everything you could possibly need in the house, great location, with shops and restaurants within walking distance, thank you so much and we will difinitely be returning -

This was a beautiful house. The pool and spa were great!. The house was so well equipped for anything you could possibly need in the kitchen and there was an abundance of towels including pool towels. The garage had a pool table and a ping pong table which we used often. They even had a nice stroller and pack-in-plays for use. Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay with our family. Great memories were made. -

The house is equipped with everything you need and is furnished beautifully. The ability to use the grill at no additional charge is a nice perk. -

House was great, very clean and spacious, room for 7 adults to sleep comfortably. Kitchen was very well equipped with everything you could need and more - the most well equipped kitchen I've ever seen at a rental! The pool and spa were wonderful with plenty of seating around the pool area, also. Location was great as well, with a Publix conveniently located just outside the neighborhood, and lots of other shopping and restaurants just a short drive away. The owner got back to me quickly answering my questions, and was prompt in fixing a minor issue with the pool! We had a great time and enjoyed staying here, and I would come back again! -

The property was one of the best ones we've vacationed at so far. The property owners have thought of everything possible to make your stay comfortable. Instructions are available for just about everything and they even labeled the light switches. The drive is a little far from some of the theme parks but I'm sure traffic had a lot to do with that. Overall the house was comfortable and had plenty of space for my family of 5. Thank you. -

We have stayed at a lot of rental homes in Florida over the years and this home was our favorite. The home is spacious and well appointed. Kitchen was fully equipped with everything you might need, lots of towels and beach things too. Above all, it was clean and comfortable. -

The house exceeded our expectations, from the pool to being right on the golf course! Location is convenient to Orlando. We spent a week there and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a better alternative to the resort hotels. -

Our family was able to enjoy a much needed week away in this beautiful home on the golf course. We enjoyed the beautiful warm pool and spa everyday of our week. The home itself offers a large master with huge bed and bathroom, along with 4 other bedrooms and 2 other bathrooms. The home was clean with modern appliances and many amenities. The owners are wonderful and responds to questions very quickly! We would love to stay again! -

We went to Davenport for a work/ mini vacation and found this clean lovely place with everything you could ever need in a kitchen, 5 bedrooms, pool with spa, game room on a golf course, need I say more. Thank you to the owners for sharing your home. -

This is a wonderful property. The owners have taken every step to ensure your maximum comfort is catered for. They really have thought of everything! The house is extremely well kitted out, very comfortable and felt like home. We very much enjoyed our stay. -

Second Christmas in a row that we have spent there, which says a lot for the condition of the Villa and the character of the owners, Neil and Glenda. The Villa is well stocked with everything that you would need and Neil and Glenda are great to deal with when booking. We will be back again. -

WOW as soon as you open the door you know you are going to have a brilliant holiday. The villa is amazing it has everything you could possibly want and more. Over the 20 years we have been visiting Orlando this is the best villa we have every stayed in. Neil and Glenda, the owners have thought of everything anyone could possibly want and more, from the youngest to oldest member of the party they have provided it. The villa is spotlessly clean and excellently maintained. You feel you have arrived in a magical place and it is just the start of your fantastic vacation. You won't want to stay anywhere else after staying here as you will feel like you are at home and you won't want to leave. We felt very privileged to share Neil and Glenda's vacation home and will certainly be returning in 2017. Thank you Neil and Glenda for such a wonderful villa.
