The 2,700 sq ft clubhouse at the entrance has a gym, computer room, games room, comfortable sitting area with TV, outdoor games area for children, tennis courts, volleyball court and a restaurant adjacent to the entrance.

Just across the road from the Tuscan Hills entrance, two minutes away is a mall which has a large Publix supermarket and takeaway Chinese, Indian, Pizza, and Bistro restaurants, as well as other shops.

Five minutes north, there is a Lowes, Super Walmart, Chiropractic Clinic, Opticians, computer repair shop, etc. – everything you might need is on your doorstep!

Bahama Bay is a short walk away, where you can have a drink and relax in the complex. There are championship golf courses just a few minutes' drive away.

Getting Around Without A Rental Car

We strongly recommend that you have a rental car if you are staying on Tuscan Hills as there are no shuttles - an alternative would be Florida Transport.

Florida Transport offer an amazing private transfer service - they can pick you up from the airport and take you to the villa and even stop off for you to buy some essential groceries before taking you to your villa.  They also offer a taxi service to take you to theme parks, beaches, shopping, nights out etc....

Taxis & Shuttles

Alternatively, we also recommend UBER, which is considerably cheaper and more reliable than your typical taxi company. UBER provides great & friendly service at an affordable cost for families who do not plan on driving during their vacation.

Download the UBER app on your phone and then requesting a suitable vehicle is dead easy, convenient and affordable.
