As you enter the villa you are greeted with a fabulous tiled open plan living space with living room and dining area to your left and stairs leading to bedrooms directly in front of you. The hallway then leads via arched opening to the spacious family room beyond.

The spacious contemporary styled living room with views over the front gardens is furnished with comfortable 2 & 3 seater leather sofas and armchair and located adjacent to the dining area.

The formal dining area is located adjacent to the living room and has a large square dining table with seating for up to 8 diners and is beautifully set out for those special dining occasions. An arched opening through to the kitchen makes serving meals easier.

The spacious contemporary styled family room is furnished with comfortable 2 & 3 seater leather sofas and armchair to allow our guests to relax watching TV on the wall mounted 55" LCD HD Smart TV with 200+ cable channels, a DVD movie or challenge their gaming skills on the XBox games console. 

The large open plan kitchen with quality stainless steel appliances has all the amenities including a full-size cooker, waste disposal, fridge/freezer with ice & water dispenser, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, crockery, cutlery and a toaster. All that's needed is for you to add the food and drink !!

The large open plan kitchen complete with all mod cons to make your holiday as relaxing as possible. The pleasant breakfast nook with 3-way alcove views overlooking the pool deck has a round glass topped table and 4 chairs plus an additional 2 bar stools at the breakfast bar.

The laundry room provides a washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board, iron for your convenience - leave space in your luggage for all those cheap designer clothes you are likely to purchase !!

This bedroom comes equipped with a queen sized bed with matching nightstands and chest of drawers with 21" LCD HD TV above, alarm clock radio, ceiling fan and large built-in wardrobe.

This shared bathroom on the ground floor features a bath with shower over, single vanity unit with hairdryer and WC.

The games room is equipped with a variety of activities for all ages and interest. With a wall mounted 40" LCD Roku TV, Slate bed Pool Table, Air Hockey, foosball, table tennis and basketball - you will never have to complain that there is nothing to do

The luxurious south facing pool deck with 28' x 14' pool and spa offers the perfect way to sunbathe and relax in the evening warmth of the Florida climate. The pool area is provided with a table & chairs with fan/light above chaise lounges available for your enjoyment and comfort.  There's also a wall-mounted LCD Roku TV.

The pool can be heated for an additional daily charge (recommended from October to April) but for those really hot days of summer, you can keep cool as you sip iced drinks in the spa or by the pool.

The removable toddler screen is provided to prevent small children from wandering into the unsupervised pool plus a pool-door alarm so you know your children are safe.

For the ultimate in alfresco dining experience, we have provided a free gas BBQ for use by the poolside for reservations of 7+ nights. Please note that replacement gas refills are not included but can be purchased cheaply from the local gas station. $58 US charge applies for stays of less than 7 nights for optional use of BBQ.

This wonderful contemporary styled room with views over the pool deck is furnished with a king sized bed with matching nightstands, chest of drawers with a 27" LCD HD Roku TV above, alarm clock radio, ceiling fan and a large walk-in wardrobe. 

The enclosed en-suite bathroom has a large bath, separate walk-in shower, his & hers vanity units and separate WC cubicle. There is also a hairdryer in the vanity unit.

The second master bedroom with its wonderful views over the front gardens has been furnished with a king sized bed, matching nightstands, chest of drawers with a 27" LCD HD Roku TV above, built-in wardrobe, ceiling fan and alarm clock.

The connecting spacious ensuite bathroom has a walk-in double shower, vanity sink and separate WC. We also provide a hairdryer.

This Disney Cars themed bedroom features a bunk bed (full-size over full-size), 24"' LCD HD Roku TV with built-in wardrobe and ceiling fan.

This Disney Princess themed bedroom features Princess Carriage styled twin sized beds, 24" LCD HD Roku TV, built-in wardrobe and ceiling fan.

This bedroom comes equipped with a king sized bed with matching nightstands and chest of drawers with a 24" LCD HD Roku TV above, alarm clock radio, ceiling fan fan and large walk-in wardrobe.

Bedrooms 3,4 & 5 share the remaining family bathroom which is equipped with a bath with shower over, separate WC and built-in double sink unit.

We provide free high-speed DSL WiFi internet access throughout the villa and pool deck. Just bring your own laptop, tablet or smartphone to connect to internet and email.

Local & long distance telephone calls are included - calling card required for international calls.

For the little ones, we have provided a Pac n' Play, portable crib,highchair,stroller and stair guards.

Please note that we do not provide bedding for the cot (crib) due to hygiene reasons and that parents usually prefer to bring their own.

No need to get stressed on arrival - our villa has an electronic keyless entry system, so if you are delayed at the airport, you can get into the villa anytime of the day or night - no need to travel miles out of your way in unfamiliar territory to collect keys - just pull up on the drive, tap in the numerical code provided and your holiday can begin !!

Our villa is maintained by a very responsive and friendly management company located close to resort. This ensures that all our guests receive the most efficient, friendly and personal service 24/7.

We prefer payment in US DOLLARS, however if you request a quote in BRITISH POUNDS and you decide to book, you will be advised that the prices will be converted into US DOLLARS where you will have the opportunity to review the US DOLLAR prices and if happy, accept them before proceeding with the online booking.

Approximately a 7-minute leisurely walk (2-minute drive) to the excellent resort clubhouse and large zero entry community pool with a new splash pad and water slides.
