As you enter the villa you are greated with a fabulous tiled hallway leading off to the living room and dining room beyond.  To the left it leads to the master bedroom and stairs leading to first floor bedrooms. To the right there is a cloakroom/downstairs wc.

Located off the entrance foyer and is equipped with a single vanity and WC

The large master bedroom has been furnished with and a queen sized bed, large walk-in wardrobe, 40" LCD HD TV. There is a private walled courtyard off the bedroom with 2 majestic palms providing some welcome shade.

The adjoining ensuite bathroom enjoys a single vanity unit, large corner bath, separate walk-in shower unit and WC. We have also provided a hairdryer in the cabinet.

The comfortably furnished room with direct access & views to pool deck offers ample seating for you to relax and watch the 70" LCD HD. Bring your Netflix password and watch all your favourites while you are on holiday.

This beautifully decorated room with lovely views over the front garden offers a large dining table with bench and  chairs and is ideal for large parties and formal dining. There is a direct access through to the kitchen

Luxury kitchen has all the amenities including dishwasher, stove with oven, microwave, refrigerator & freezer with automatic water and ice dispenser, waste disposal, coffee maker, blender, toaster, kettle and telephone with free local & national calls.

We have a Toy Corner with all sorts of toys for our younger guests. 

We alos provide tennis racquets and balls for us on the tennis courts at Tuscan Hills.

The large south east-facing pool has open views to the rear and privacy hedging to one side and a screen wall to the other.  We have provided sun loungers for your sunbathing comfort and a patio area under the shady covered lanai with a ceiling fan.

For your relaxation after a hard day at the theme parks, why not indulge yourself in the bubbling built-in spa ? Remember, with this villa, you have no one overlooking you!

The removable toddler screen is provided to prevent small children from wandering into the unsupervised pool plus a pool-door alarm so you know your children are safe.

The second master bedroom has a queen sized bed, 21" LCD HD TV with DVD player, alarm clock radio and built-in wardrobe.

This master ensuite bathroom includes a walk-in shower, single vanity sink and toilet. A hairdryer is also provided.

This bedroom comes equipped with recently refrshed double room. Within the room we also have a 26" LCD HD TV and large built-in wardrobe

All twin bedrooms are served by the remaining family bathroom. There is a bath with shower over, WC and built-in sink unit.

The laundry facilities are located in a cupboard opposite the family bathroom and provides a washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron for your convenience - enabling you to keep your luggage light so there is plenty of room for all those bargain designer clothes from the excellent local outlet malls.

We have tried to include everything a young family could wish for in a holiday home such as a pack & play cot (crib), stairgate, highchair,  and  strollers which are all provided free of charge.

We provide free high speed DSL WiFi internet access throughout the villa and pool deck.
