As you enter the villa you find the fantastically themed Harry Potter living room to your right with a leather sectional sofa set so you can enjoy the 70" LCD TV with a DVD player with a large selection of DVD's to choose from.

The Disney Cars themed kitchen with green marble countertops and quality black & stainless steel appliances has all the amenities including a dishwasher, oven/ceramic stove, microwave, refrigerator/freezer with filtered water, ice maker (cubed and crushed), waste disposal, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, blender, There is also a pantry for storage.

It is generously stocked with dishes, glasses, cutlery, and assorted high-quality pots and pans.

Adjacent to the kitchen in the corner with views onto the pool deck is the beautifully decorated tropical beach themed dining area with a large dining table and 10 chairs - ideal for large parties and informal dining.

Sliding patio doors lead out onto the pool deck.

The comfortably furnished Disney-themed room with great views onto the pool deck offers ample seating on a leather sectional sofa set for you to relax and watch the 60" LCD TV with surround sound, DVD player and a Karaoke machine with a selection of song titles. There are also a selection of board games for your family's enjoyment.

The large master bedroom with Lion King theming has been furnished with a king-sized bed, matching nightstands, a chest of drawers with a large wall-mounted LCD lTV above and a walk-in wardrobe. There is also a chaise lounge for your additional relaxation.

The connecting spacious ensuite bathroom has a large spa bath, a large walk-in double shower, his & hers sinks and a WC. We also provide a hairdryer. 

This bathroom also serves as the pool bathroom during the day.

This bedroom with an extensive Disney Frozen theming comes equipped with a king-sized bed with matching nightstands, a wall-mounted LCD TV, a ceiling fan and a built-in wardrobe.

Immediately opposite king bedroom #2 this bathroom has a walk-in shower, single vanity & WC. We also provide a hairdryer.

This Disney Princess themed bedroom comes equipped with a queen-sized bed with matching nightstands, a chest of drawers and wall-mounted LCD TV, a ceiling fan and a large built-in wardrobe.

This Harry Potter themed bedroom comes equipped with a twin-sized bed & full-size bed with a wall-mounted LCD TV and a ceiling fan. This room can sleep up to 3 children.

Both twin bedrooms are served by this Harry Potter themed family bathroom. There is a bath with shower over, WC and built-in sink unit. We also provide a hairdryer.

The laundry room provides a washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron for your convenience - enabling you to keep your luggage light so there is plenty of room for all those bargain designer clothes from the excellent local outlet malls.

The laundry room leads through to the games room.

The air-conditioned Marvel Avengers-themed games room comes equipped with a pool table, full-size air hockey, a leather sectional sofa and a wall-mounted TV with a Nintendo Wii games console - you will never have to complain that there is nothing to do

The large oversized pool with a north-facing extended deck is totally private to all sides with no rear neighbours. The pool is gigantic measuring 40' long x 20' wide.

We have provided 3 sun loungers inside the pool cage plus an additional 5 sun loungers outside the pool cage under the palm trees for your sunbathing comfort.

There are also 2 patio tables with 12 chairs on the pool deck and a sofa with 6 chairs under the shady covered lanai with a large wall-mounted TV with a Bluetooth speaker.

For your relaxation after a hard day at the theme parks, why not indulge yourself in the large bubbling built-in spa ?

We provide a selection of inflatable toys for your children to enjoy.

The removable toddler screen is provided to prevent small children from wandering into the unsupervised pool so you know your children are safe. The pool doors are also alarmed.

Outside the pool cage, there is a children's play area with artificial grass, a Wendy house, and climbing frames with slides. There is also an outdoor table tennis table.

For the ultimate in alfresco dining experience, we have provided a free gas BBQ under a gazebo for your use in the backyard. Please note that replacement gas refills are not included but can be purchased cheaply from the local gas station.

This Aladdin themed master bedroom has been furnished with a king-sized bed, matching nightstands, a chest of drawers, a built-in wardrobe, a wall-mounted LCD TV and a ceiling fan.

The connecting Mickey themed ensuite bathroom has a bath with shower over, single vanity sink and WC. We also provide a hairdryer.

This Finding Nemo/Little Mermaid themed bedroom comes equipped with 2 queen-sized beds with a shared nightstand, a chest of drawers, a wall-mounted LCD TV, a built-in wardrobe and a ceiling fan. This room can sleep up to 4 children.

This Star Wars themed bedroom comes equipped with a twin-sized bed, full-sized bed and queen-sized bed with a large LCD TV and chest of drawers. This room can sleep 5 children.

Serving bedrooms 7 & 8, this family bathroom has a bath with shower over, WC and built-in sink unit. We also provide a hairdryer.

We provide free high-speed DSL WiFi internet access throughout the villa and pool deck. Just bring your own laptop, tablet or smartphone to connect to the internet and email.

USB ports are positioned all around the villa so there’s no need to dig behind furniture and beds to find a plug

We provide baby equipment, which includes a wooden crib, a pack & play, two strollers, a highchair and more.

All towels (including pool towels) and linens are provided although we do ask that no linens be removed from the house. If you plan on travelling to the beach on either coastline, please bring your own beach towels or purchase them locally for very little money.

No need to get stressed on arrival - our villa has an electronic keyless entry system, so if you are delayed at the airport, you can get into the villa anytime of the day or night - no need to travel miles out of your way in unfamiliar territory to collect keys - just pull up on the drive, tap in the unique numerical code provided and your holiday can begin !!

Payment by credit card can be made through the US-based owner who will contact you and send you a secure payment link so you can pay by credit/debit card. There may be a nominal processing surcharge added to your payment.

Our villa is maintained by a very responsive and friendly management company located close to resort. This ensures that all our guests receive the most efficient, friendly and personal service 24/7.

There are numerous shops, supermarkets and many restaurants & bars only a 5-minute car journey away along the US192 where you will find a great selection of popular restaurants within a 15-minute drive including the excellent Manny's Chophouse, Olive Garden, Bahama Breeze, Millers Alehouse, Texas Roadhouse, Joe's Crab Shack, Carrabba's, TGI Fridays, Bonefish Grill, Hooters and Margaritaville and loads more...

You will find a Walmart Supercentre only a 4-minute drive away and a Publix Supermarket & Target only 7 minutes drive away surrounded by numerous popular restaurants.

The Margaritaville Sunset Walk shops and restaurants are also only a 7-minute drive away.  You will also find the brand new H2O Waterpark there.
