As you enter the villa, you are greeted with a fabulous tiled foyer opening out to the spacious open-plan views of the living room to your immediate right, family room directly in front of you, leading to the pool deck beyond through patio doors.

To your left is the kitchen, and through the opening adjacent to the family room is the dining room.

The living room is furnished with an L-shaped sofa (which converts into a double bed sleeping 2) and a glass-top coffee table, with views onto front gardens.

The luxurious kitchen with white Corian countertops and quality stainless steel appliances has all the amenities, including dishwasher, stove with oven, microwave, refrigerator & freezer with automatic water and ice dispenser, waste disposal, toaster, blender, electric kettle, and a filter coffeemaker. Also, we provide every small utensil imaginable, plenty of crockery, cutlery and more.

The breakfast bar with 2 bar stools is ideal for enjoying breakfast or light snacks or just socialising with whoever is preparing a meal in the kitchen.

The comfortably furnished room with direct access & views to the pool deck offers ample seating for you to relax and watch the large LED cable TV.

The dining room with views and direct access onto the pool deck is furnished with a large dining table and seating for 6, and storage cabinets & shelves is adjacent to the family room & kitchen.

The large master bedroom with its wonderful views and private access to the pool deck has been furnished with a king-sized bed, matching nightstands, a chest of drawers with a mirror above, a walk-in wardrobe, an LED Smart TV, and a ceiling fan.

The connecting spacious ensuite bathroom has an oval bath, a large walk-in double shower, his & hers sinks and a separate WC. We also provide a hair dryer.

Luxurious bedroom with a queen-sized bed with a matching nightstand, chest of drawers with an LED TV above, a built-in wardrobe & ceiling fan.

This colourful kids' bedroom with Disney theming has two twin beds, a chest of drawers, an LED TV, a ceiling fan and a built-in wardrobe.

This bathroom comprises a bath with a shower over, a single vanity unit and a WC.

Located in the garage, you will find a washing machine and a tumble dryer. Providing guests with all the necessary items guests will need if they want to do their laundry, including an iron and ironing board, so no need to bring too many clothes - save the space in your luggage for all those cheap designer clothes and souvenirs at the outlet malls.

The large south-facing pool deck with large pool & spa has fantastic views overlooking a large pond and wooded area beyond, with its abundance of wildlife - this is a nature lover's dream. Enjoy the peace and tranquillity of your private pool and spa after a long day at work, theme parks or other fun activities. 

We have provided 3 sun loungers for your sunbathing comfort and a patio table with 6 chairs & parasol, plus additional chairs under the shady covered lanai.

To prevent small children from wandering into the unsupervised pool, there are pool-door alarms so you know your children are safe.

For the ultimate in alfresco dining experience, we can provide a gas BBQ for $85/week - please request this in the booking form and we will ensure a clean BBQ with tools and full gas bottle is delivered to the villa.

We provide free high-speed DSL WiFi internet access throughout the villa and pool deck.

We can provide rental baby equipment such as a cot (crib) & highchair. Please request these items in the booking form if required and the owner will advise you of the rental cost based on the length of your stay.

Please note that we do not provide bedding for the cot (crib) due to strict Florida hygiene laws, which isn't normally an issue as most parents usually prefer to bring their own.

All towels and linens are provided although we do ask that no towels or linens be removed from the house. If you plan on travelling to the waterparks or beach on either coastline, please bring your own beach towels or purchase them locally for very little money.

No need to get stressed on arrival - our villa has an electronic keyless entry system, so if you are delayed at the airport, you can get into the villa anytime of the day or night - no need to travel miles out of your way in unfamiliar territory to collect keys - just pull up on the drive, tap in the numerical code provided and your holiday can begin !!

Our villa is maintained by a very responsive and friendly management company located close to the resort. This ensures that all our guests receive the most efficient, friendly and personal service 24/7.

The house is just a few minutes to Disney World, Disney Springs, and 20 minutes to Universal Studios, Universal Islands of Adventure, Epic Universe and Volcano Bay
