As you enter the villa, you are greeted with a fabulous tiled hallway with a twin bedroom to the right and a games room to the left. The hall then leads onto the dining room on the right and the kitchen to the left. The end of the hallway then leads onto the spacious family room beyond.

Adjacent to the entrance foyer is the beautifully decorated dining area with a large dining table with 6 chairs which is ideal for large parties and formal dining.

The comfortably furnished room with direct access & views to the pool deck offers ample seating for you to relax and watch the large LED TV, with a full cable package.

Luxury kitchen has all the amenities including dishwasher, stove with oven, microwave, refrigerator & freezer with automatic ice dispenser, waste disposal, coffee maker, blender, toaster & kettle.

Inside the kitchen, to one side is the breakfast nook with a glass-topped table & 4 chairs.

The large master bedroom with its wonderful views and private access onto the pool deck has been furnished with a king-sized 4-poster bed, matching nightstands, chest of drawers with mirror above, walk-in wardrobe, wall-mounted LED TV, and ceiling fan.

The connecting spacious ensuite bathroom has a large corner bath, walk-in shower, his & hers vanity sinks and a separate WC. We also provide a hair dryer.

The second master bedroom has been furnished with a queen-sized bed, matching nightstands, a chest of drawers, a built-in wardrobe, an LED TV, and a ceiling fan.

The connecting ensuite bathroom has a bath with a shower over, a vanity sink and WC. 

This bedroom has a queen-sized bed, with matching nightstands, a chest of drawers, an LED TV, and a built-in wardrobe.

This bedroom comes equipped with twin-sized beds with a shared nightstand, a chest of drawers. Within the room, we have a wall-mounted LED TV and a large built-in wardrobe

The family bathroom serves both bedrooms 3 & 4 as well as the main living space and features a bath with a shower over, single vanity and WC. 

The games room is equipped with a variety of activities for all ages and interests. With a pool table, table foosball, and table tennis, you will never have to complain that there is nothing to do.

The laundry facility is located in the garage and provides a washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron for your convenience, enabling you to keep your luggage light so there is plenty of room for all those bargain designer clothes from the excellent local outlet malls.

The large pool with north-east facing deck enjoys a pond view and has 2 sun loungers for your sun bathing comfort and a patio table with 4 chairs under the shady covered lanai with wall-mounted LED TV.

For your relaxation after a hard day at the theme parks, why not indulge yourself in the bubbling spa ? The pool & spa can be heated for an additional cost on request.

To prevent small children from wandering into the unsupervised pool, we provide a pool safety fence so you know your children are safe.

For the ultimate in alfresco dining experience, we can provide a gas BBQ for $858/week - please request this in the booking form, and we will ensure a clean BBQ with tools and a full gas bottle is delivered to the villa.

We provide free high speed DSL WiFi internet access throughout the villa and pool deck.

We can provide rental baby equipment such as a cot (crib) & highchair. Please request these items in the booking form if required and the owner will advise you of the rental cost based on the length of your stay.

Please note that we do not provide bedding for the cot (crib) due to strict Florida hygiene laws, which isn't normally an issue as most parents usually prefer to bring their own.

All towels and linens are provided although we do ask that no linens be removed from the house. If you plan on travelling to the beach on either coastline, please bring your own beach towels or purchase them locally for very little money.

No need to get stressed on arrival - our villa has an electronic keypad entry system, so if you are delayed at the airport, you can get into the villa anytime of the day or night - no need to travel miles out of your way in unfamiliar territory to collect keys - just pull up on the drive, tap in the numerical code provided and your holiday can begin !!

Our villa is maintained by a very responsive and friendly management company located close to the villa. This ensures that all our guests receive the most efficient, friendly and personal service 24/7.

We prefer payment in US DOLLARS, however if the booking has been made in BRITISH POUNDS we will convert into US DOLLARS at the prevailing rate, at the time of booking.

It's only a 2 minutes drive from Formosa Gardens shopping mall with a Winn Dixie supermarket, and a great selection of popular restaurants including Outback Steak House, Red Lobster, Giordano's Chicago Pizza restaurant, Carabba's Italian, Cracker Barrel, Chinese, Subway and Taco Bell takeaways.
