This spacious and comfortable living area provides a perfect place to relax and enjoy a film on the fantastic 70" 4K LED HD TV. There are over 155 Fibre-Optic channels + TV & Movies on Demand for you to choose from, including BBC America and a sports channel showing English Premier League Football.

This lounge area has a very large L-shaped sofa for you to relax on, and also has a large ceiling fan in this area in addition to the air conditioning.

In addition, we have a further sitting room with a 2 and 3 seater sofa and a Loft TV room with 2 3 seater sofas and a 75" Roku TV and Sub Woofer.

Why not just choose a book from the selection provided in the entertainment unit and sink into comfy sofas inside or sun loungers outside, relax, unwind and take a well-deserved rest.

Sliding doors (Alarmed for child safety) lead directly from all rooms leading to the pool deck and give wonderful views of the pool and the 11th hole of the golf course beyond.  

The dining room (adjacent to the kitchen) has wonderful views over the pool deck, tropical gardens and golf course beyond. Our high modern dining table and 8 chairs for those special occasions. There is additional comfortable seating for 4 at the breakfast bar.

The sliding doors from the lounge and dining room have direct access to our very large lanai and pool deck area, where additional patio tables and chairs provide extensive seating for private alfresco dining. So wherever you choose to eat, you can see the great views of the pool and golf course. 

The luxurious kitchen with white Corian countertops and quality white appliances has all the amenities, including dishwasher, stove with oven, microwave, refrigerator & freezer with automatic water and ice dispenser, waste disposal, toaster, blender, electric kettle, a Keurig coffeemaker. Also, we provide every small utensil imaginable, plenty of crockery, cutlery and more.

The breakfast bar with 4 bar stools is ideal for enjoying breakfast or light snacks, or just socialising with whoever is preparing a meal in the kitchen.

The laundry room adjacent to the kitchen provides a washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron for your convenience - enabling you to keep your luggage light so there is plenty of room for all those bargain designer clothes from the excellent local outlet malls.

The large master bedroom with its wonderful views over the pool deck and golf course beyond has been furnished with a king-sized bed, walk-in wardrobe, Roku 50" TV with phone and device charging ports and an ultra-silent ceiling fan.

The connecting spacious ensuite bathroom has a large corner Jacuzzi bath, walk-in double shower, his & hers sinks and separate WC. This bathroom comes equipped with a hairdryer etc.

This bedroom with a queen-sized bed, a built-in wardrobe, a Roku 32" smart TV and a ceiling fan.

This bedroom features a double and lower and single upper bunk bed with built-in wardrobe, ceiling fan and Roku TV, which ajoins the master bathroom, making an ideal children's room.

This family bathroom is shared between bedrooms 3,4 & 5 and has a bath with shower over, WC and built-in sink unit.

The games room is equipped with a variety of activities for all ages and interests. With an 8' slate pool table, air hockey, table foosball and a basketball game, the kids will never have to complain that there is nothing to do

Our supreme south-west facing 35' pool & extended deck with infinity cage enjoys the sun all day long; from the moment it first starts to peep over the horizon to the moment it sets behind the golf course, painting the sky in beautiful shades of reds and pinks. 

There are 6 sun loungers with a poolside dining table seating 8. When the sun gets too hot, you can retreat to the shade of our very large lanai, with a dining table and ceiling fan, a great place for your alfresco dining.

For your relaxation after a hard day at the theme parks, why not indulge yourself in the bubbling spa featuring underwater and Nebula overhead lighting system - check out the photos !!

Child pool door alarms ensure safety for the very young and are fitted to every access door leading to the pool.

For the ultimate in an alfresco dining experience, we have provided a free gas Blackstone Hotplate BBQ grill for use by the poolside. Please note that replacement gas refills are not included but can be purchased cheaply from the local gas station.

All towels (including pool towels) and linens are provided, although we do ask that no linens or towels be removed from the house.

If you plan on travelling to the beach on either coastline or the water parks, please bring your own beach towels or purchase them locally for very little money.

No need to get stressed on arrival - our villa has an electronic keypad entry system, so if you are delayed at the airport, you can get into the villa anytime of the day or night - no need to travel miles out of your way in unfamiliar territory to collect keys - just pull up on the drive, tap in the numerical code provided and your holiday can begin !!

It's a 7-minute walk to Berry Town Centre, where you will find a Publix with a gas station, Applebee's restaurant, IHOP restaurant, Chinese takeaway, English bar/fish & chips shop, Irish bar, Pizzeria, Thai & Japanese restaurants, bank and more... 

Across the road from Berry Town are Giovanni's Pizzeria & Grill, Starbucks, McDonald's, Chipotle Mexican Grill, Wendy's, CVS Pharmacy, and Dollar Discount Store.

There is also a 24-hour Walmart Superstore just a 10-minute drive up the US27, or if you travel 9 miles, you will find an ALDI store on the US192, which is considerably cheaper than Publix or Walmart.

On the US192 you will find a great selection of popular restaurants within a 15-minute drive, including the excellent Manny's Chophouse, Olive Garden, Bahama Breeze, Miller's Alehouse, Texas Roadhouse, Joe's Crab Shack, Carrabba's, TGI Fridays, Bonefish Grill and loads more...
