As you enter the spacious 1825 sqft villa you are greeted with a fabulous tiled hallway leading off to the kitchen on the left and laundry room & cloakroom to the right. The hallway then leads onto the spacious family room beyond.

The fully equipped kitchen with good quality appliances including a full height fridge freezer with ice maker, dishwasher, full-size oven, microwave and waste disposal unit, ample pots, pans and crockery. 

To the back of the kitchen is the pleasant breakfast nook seating 4 with attractive views over the front gardens.

The family room with views and access onto the pool deck has an entertainment centre complete with 55'' flat screen cable TV, DVD player and Wii Games Console

Located in a cosy alcove off the family room, this beautifully decorated room with views onto the pool deck, offers a large dining table with 6 chairs and is ideal for large parties and formal dining.

There is a open hatch access to the kitchen with breakfast bar & 2 bar stools.

The laundry room is fitted with a washing machine and tumbler dryer, ironing board, iron, airer and vacuum cleaner. Separate towels for use by the pool are also stored here.

Located next to the laundry room and is equipped with a single vanity and WC

The master bedroom was recently tastefully refurbished with a king-size bedroom suite and includes a flat screen television.  It is situated on the ground floor with views overlooking the pool area to the golf course. There is a walk in wardrobe. 

The ensuite is fitted with his 'n' hers sink units and a large double walk-in shower, WC and hairdryer also.

The games room is equipped with a variety of activities for all ages and interest. With a new slate bed pool table & table foosball - the kid's will never have to complain that there is nothing to do.

We also provide tennis racquets and 2 bikes for guests use on Highlands Reserve.

In the garage/games room, we have provided 2 golf sets (male and female) to be used at your leisure on the excellent Highlands Reserve par 76 championship golf course.

The large pool with south west facing deck has fantastic open views over the fabulous golf course.  We have provided 4 sun loungers for your sun bathing comfort and a patio table with 4 chairs under the shady covered lanai (3 extra patio chairs in the garage).

For your relaxation after a hard day at the theme parks, why not endulge yourself in the bubbling built-in spa ?

To prevent small children wandering into the unsupervised pool there are pool-door alarms so you know your children are safe.

For the ultimate in alfresco dining experience, we can provide a gas BBQ for $55/week - please request this in the booking form and we will ensure a clean BBQ with tools and full gas bottle is delivered to the villa.

This bedroom features a queen-sized bed with matching nightstands, chest of drawers, walk-in closet, ceiling fan & flat-screen TV.

This bedroom comes equipped with 2 x twin sized beds with a matching shared nightstand and chest of drawers. Within the room, we also have a flat-screen TV and a walk-in wardrobe.

All towels and linens are provided although we do ask that no linens be removed from the house. If you plan on travelling to the beach on either coastline, please bring your own beach towels or purchase them locally for very little money.

For a young family we provide a pack & play cot (crib) and highchair.

We provide free high speed wireless WiFi internet access throughout the villa and pool deck.

No need to get stressed on arrival - our villa has a key box, so if you are delayed at the airport, you can get into the villa anytime of the day or night - no need to travel miles out of your way in unfamiliar territory to collect keys - just pull up on the drive, tap in the code and your holiday can begin !!

Our home features a fully monitored alarm & smoke detector system for your security and peace of mind.

Our villa is maintained by a very responsive and friendly management company located within the resort. This ensures that all our guests receive the most efficient, friendly and personal service 24/7.

In place of a security deposit, we charge a one-off $69 non-refundable insurance premium in addition to the rental costs quoted on the website. On confirming a booking we will add the premium to the money owed and advise of this by email.

Its a 20 - 25 minutes walk to Berry Town Center where you will find a Publix supermarket, Applebees restaurant, IHOP, Chinese takeaway, English bar & fish & chips shop, Irish bar, Pizzeria, Indian restaurant and more...

The golf clubhouse is less than 5 minutes walk away where you can go to book a round of golf on the excellent golf course.

The community pool, tennis courts and childrens play area are literally across the road from the golf club house.
