As you enter the villa you are greeted with a tiled hallway leading off to the living room on the right and bedroom 5 to the left. The hallway then leads onto the spacious family room beyond.

As you enter the villa you find the video games room with a 3 seater fabric sofa, and 2 rocking chairs providing seating for the kids to enjoy playing on the PS5 games console with a wall-mounted large flat screen.

This room has wonderful views of the lush front gardens.

The family room has a 42" LCD TV complete with digital cable package with program record, a DVD player and three soft fabric sofas for you to sink into after a hard day at the theme parks or on the golf course. 

The kitchen has everything you will need for your holiday including a fridge/freezer, cooker, microwave and dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, blender, cutlery and crockery, hand and tea towels

Adjacent to the kitchen with views onto the pool deck is the bright & airy dining area with large dining table & 6 chairs and is ideal for large parties and formal dining.

The adjacent breakfast bar offers seating for an additional 2 guests on bar stools.

The large master bedroom with its wonderful views and private access onto the pool deck has been furnished with a king-sized bed, matching nightstands, chest of drawers with a mirror above, a walk-in wardrobe, a Roku-enabled LCD TV, and a ceiling fan.

The connecting spacious ensuite bathroom has a large spa bath, a large walk-in double shower, his & hers sinks and a separate WC. We also provide a hairdryer.

The second master bedroom with views over the front gardens has a queen-sized bed with bedside cabinets, a drawer unit with mirror above, a Roku-enabled LVD TV and a ceiling fan.

The ensuite bathroom has a bath with a shower over, WC, vanity unit with built-in sink, and a hairdryer.  

This bedroom comes equipped with 2 x twin-sized beds with a matching nightstand and chest of drawers with a mirror above. Within the room, we also have a Roku-enabled LCD HD TV, a ceiling fan and a large built-in wardrobe

Shared by bedrooms 3 & 4 and has a bath with a shower over, toilet, and vanity unit with his & Hers built-in sinks.

This bedroom has a full-sized bed with a single bedside cabinet with table lamp, built-in wardrobe, a dresser with mirror above, a Roku-enabled LCD TV, and a ceiling fan.

This bedroom shares the Jack & Jill bathroom with bedroom #3.

This bedroom with views onto the pool deck has a queen-sized bed and a single bedside cabinet with table lamp, built-in wardrobe, dresser with mirror, 20" Roku LCD TV and a ceiling fan.

This bathroom serves as the pool bathroom as well as serving the family room. There is a large walk-in shower, built-in sink unit & WC. We also provide a hairdryer.

The garage houses the laundry facility, providing a washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron for your convenience - enabling you to keep your luggage light so there is plenty of room for all those bargain designer clothes from the excellent local outlet malls.

Sunshine - the reason you come to Florida. Our sunny east facing 23' x 13' pool and 45' x 30' deck area gets the sun all day, all year long, has a golf course view and no rear neighbours.

There are 4 sun loungers, a table with 4 chairs and a removable toddler safety fence for peace of mind.

If the heat gets too much you can withdraw into the large covered porch complete with ceiling fans to help you cool down. It's also an ideal place to end the day with an evening meal overlooking the underlit pool.

For the ultimate in alfresco dining experience, we can provide a gas BBQ for $70/week - please request this in the booking form and we will ensure a clean BBQ with tools and full gas bottle is delivered to the villa.

We provide free high-speed DSL WiFi internet access throughout the villa and pool deck. Just bring your own laptop, tablet or smartphone to connect to the internet and email.

All towels and linens are provided although we do ask that no linens be removed from the house. We also provide beach towels for use at the water parks and beaches.

No need to get stressed on arrival - our villa has a key box, so if you are delayed at the airport, you can get into the villa anytime of the day or night - no need to travel miles out of your way in unfamiliar territory to collect keys - just pull up on the drive, tap in the code provided and your holiday can begin !!

Our home features a fully monitored alarm & smoke detector system for your security and peace of mind.

Our villa is maintained by a very responsive and friendly management company located locally. This ensures that all our guests receive the most efficient, friendly and personal service 24/7.

It's a 20-minute walk to Berry Town Center where you will find a Publix with a gas station, Applebee's restaurant, IHOP restaurant, Chinese takeaway, English bar & fish & chips shop, Irish bar, Pizzeria, Thai & Japanese restaurants, bank and more... 

Across the road from Berry Town is a large CVS Pharmacy & Dollar discount store.

There is also a 24hr WalMart Superstore just 10 minutes drive up the US27, or if you travel 13 miles south on the US27 you will find an ALDI store.

On the US192 you will find a great selection of popular restaurants within a 15-minute drive including the excellent Manny's Chophouse, Olive Garden, Bahama Breeze, Millers Alehouse, Texas Roadhouse, Joe's Crab Shack, Carrabba's, TGI Fridays, Bonefish Grill and loads more...
