The comfortably furnished room with direct access & views to pool deck offers ample seating for you to relax and watch the TV/DVD.

The dining room is adjacent to the kitchen with formal table and chairs with seating for 6 and has direct access to the covered porch on the pool deck.

The kitchen is fully equipped for all your culinary needs. There is a large cooker with oven and flat top stove. microwave, dishwasher and a large fridge/freezer with water/ice dispenser.  Everything you could possibly need has been provided including cutlery, crockery, glassware and poolware for 10 people. All cooking pots and pans are also provided. The breakfast bar with 2 bar stools is a real hit for the kids at breakfast time.

With washing machine, tumble drier, ironing board and iron, washing your clothes while on holiday is made easy.

Master 1 bedroom has been furnished to a high standard with a king sized bed and an LED Smart TV. There is a walk-in closet which has hanging space and a safe for your valuables and there is ample drawer-space for all your holiday clothes in the main bedroom area. The ensuite offers his & hers washbasins, toilet and walk-in shower and this bathroom has direct access to the covered porch on the pool deck.

Master 2 bedroom has also been furnished to a high standard with a queen sized bed and an LED Smart TV. There is a walk-in closet which has a hanging space and there is ample drawer-space for all your holiday clothes in the main bedroom area.  The ensuite offers a washbasin, toilet and bath with shower over.

These have matching twin beds. Each room has a large closet, ample drawer space and an LED Smart TV.  Brand new mattresses throughout.

Is situated in between the 2 twin bedrooms and offers a washbasin, toilet and bath with shower over.

A travel cot, high chair and stroller are provided free-of-charge.

We have provided complimentary high speed internet access.

The games room is equipped with a variety of activities for all ages and interest. With pool table & foosball - you will never have to complain that there is nothing to do. There is also a selection of pool & beach toys.

The pool deck ensures that sun worshippers are able to keep their tan topped up, as the sun is on most of the deck from sunrise to sunset. The shady porch offers welcome relief from the Florida sun for those of a more delicate disposition. With 4 sun-loungers, there are plenty of beds to go around.

Colour changing LED underwater lighting to make evening pool side dining or swimming more attractive.

Under the shady porch we provide a large table seating 6 comfortably for those alfresco dining experiences.

Toddler pool safety fence ensures safety for the very young. This can be removed subject to you feeling confident about safety around the open pool.

For the ultimate in alfresco dining experience, we have provided a free gas BBQ for use by the poolside. Please note that replacement gas refills are not included but can be purchased cheaply from the local gas station.

We provide free high speed DSL WiFi internet access throughout the villa and pool deck.

All towels and linens are provided although we do ask that no linens be removed from the house. If you plan on travelling to the beach on either coastline, please bring your own beach towels or purchase them locally for very little money.

We have tried to include everything a young family could wish for in a holiday home such as a travel cot (crib), highchair and stroller which are all provided free of charge.

No need to get stressed on arrival - our villa has a key box, so if you are delayed at the airport, you can get into the villa anytime of the day or night - no need to travel miles out of your way in unfamiliar territory to collect keys - just pull up on the drive, tap in the code and your holiday can begin !!

Our villa is maintained by a very responsive and friendly management company located close to resort. This ensures that all our guests receive the most efficient, friendly and personal service 24/7.

Its a 5 - 10 minute walk to Berry Town Center where you will find a Publix with gas station, Applebees restaurant, IHop restaurant, Chinese takeaway, English bar & fish & chips shop, Irish bar, Pizzeria, Thai & Japanese restaurants, bank and more... 

Across the road from Berry Town is a large CVS Pharmacy & Dollar discount store.
