The luxurious private pool surrounded by tropical trees offers wonderful views of the sunset as you relax in the evening warmth of the Florida climate. You will find yourself drawn to this area which is provided with table, chairs and loungers for your enjoyment and comfort.

The pool can be heated for an additional daily charge (recommended for October to March stays) but for those really hot days of summer, the lanai is equipped with a ceiling fan to help keep you cool as you sip those iced drinks by the pool.

A toddler pool safety fence is provided for your piece of mind.

Gas BBQ available for small charge.

As you enter the villa you are greeted with a fabulous tiled foyer with cathedral ceiling and chandelier light. To your right is the living room and dining area. The hallway then leads onto the spacious family room beyond.

Should you want to relax in a quieter area, our sitting room provides a luxurious, light and airy space where you can chill out away from the Family room. Here you will find large comfortable chairs and sofa in which to relax and rest those weary limbs at the end of the day.  One of the sofas converts into a double bed providing sleeping capacity for 2.

Adjacent to the living room in the corner is the beautifully decorated dining area with large dining table with 6 chairs and is ideal for large parties and formal dining.

An arched opening leads directly into the kitchen.

The spacious family room is beautifully decorated and comfortably furnished to allow our guests to relax and should they choose, enjoy the entertainment offered by the 200 channels on the huge 55" Sony LED HD cable TV & DVD Player. This room also benefits from a ceiling fan.

The large open plan kitchen comes complete with all mod cons to make your holiday as relaxing as possible. Amenities include full size cooker, waste disposal, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, crockery, cutlery and even a teapot for our British guests. The only thing you need to provide is the food and drink !!

The pleasant breakfast nook with views overlooking the pool deck has a table and 6 chairs plus and additional 2 bar stools at the breakfast bar.

A delightful ground floor bedroom with Queen bed. This room has a large walk-in closet, ceiling fan & TV

This shared bathroom has a bath with shower over, WC and single vanity. We also provide a hairdryer.

Should the kids have any excess energy after those days at the park, or on those days when the parents want to relax around the pool, we have provided something to keep them happy. The garage has been converted to a games area with a full size 8' Pool Table & Air Hockey.

The laundry room provides a washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron for your convenience - enabling you to keep your luggage light so there is plenty of room for all those bargain designer clothes from the excellent local outlet malls.

All towels and linens are provided although we do ask that no linens be removed from the house. If you plan on travelling to the beach on either coastline, please bring your own beach towels or purchase them locally for very little money.

We provide free high speed DSL WiFi internet access throughout the villa and pool deck.

We have tried to include everything a young family could wish for in a holiday home such as a cot (crib), highchair & stroller.

No need to get stressed on arrival - our villa has an electronic keyless entry system, so if you are delayed at the airport, you can get into the villa anytime of the day or night - no need to travel miles out of your way in unfamiliar territory to collect keys - just pull up on the drive, tap in the numerical code provided and your holiday can begin !!

Our home features a fully monitored alarm & smoke detector system for your security and peace of mind.

We also provide a safe for your valuables.

Our villa is maintained by a very responsive and friendly management company located close to resort. This ensures that all our guests receive the most efficient, friendly and personal service 24/7.

We prefer payment in US DOLLARS, however if you request a quote in BRITISH POUNDS and you decide to book, you will be advised that the prices will be converted into US DOLLARS where you will have the opportunity to review the US DOLLAR prices and if happy, accept them before proceeding with the online booking.

Its a 5 - 10 minute walk to Berry Town Center where you will find a Publix supermarket, Applebees restaurant, IHOP, Chinese takeaway, Thai takeaway, English bar & fish & chips shop, Irish bar, Pizzeria and more...

This truly magnificent room is furnished with a King bed with matching furnishings and provides a large walk-in closet and ample drawer space. The soft furnishings and decorations really make this room special, and of course it has its own 27" HD TV & DVD player.

The adjoining en-suite bathroom enjoys his and hers vanity units, large corner bath, separate walk-in shower unit and separate WC cubicle. We also provide a hairdryer.

Kids will love this! The Princess room. A delightful Disney themed bedroom with 2 single beds. Features in this room match furniture which along with the soft furnishings make this a very comfortable room. In addition there is a large walk-in closet, ceiling fan and 37'' HD LCD TV.

This large Harry Potter themed bedroom has twin beds, a desk with bookcase and TV/DVD player and ceiling fan. A built in closet and chest of drawers provides plenty of clothes storage space.

This Fairy themed bedroom features twin beds and is situated next to the third bathroom. Ample hanging in a large walk-in closet and drawer space is provided along with a TV/DVD player and ceiling fan for your comfort.

Bedrooms 3, 4 & 5 are served by the remaining family bathroom. There is a bath with shower over, WC and built-in sink unit. We also provide a hairdryer.
