As you enter the villa you are greeted with a fabulous tiled hallway with the living room on the right to front aspect with a dining area behind. The hallway then leads onto the spacious open-plan family room & kitchen beyond.

As you first enter the luxurious villa, you first see the spacious contemporary-styled living room with 2 comfortable sofas, an armchair and a wall-mounted LCD Smart TV with a soundbar and subwoofer This room can be enjoyed as a reading or TV room.

The formal dining area is located adjacent to the living room and has a large table with seating for up to 8 diners and is beautifully set out for those special dining occasions.

The spacious family room with cathedral ceiling and minstrel gallery above is comfortably furnished with 2 fabric sofas and an armchair to allow our guests to relax watching the large wall-mounted LCD Smart TV with soundbar & subwoofer. 

Patio doors offer views and direct access to the pool deck.

The large open plan kitchen complete with quartz countertops and quality stainless steel appliances has all mod cons to make your holiday as relaxing as possible. Amenities include a full-size stove, oven, waste disposal, fridge/freezer with water dispenser/ice maker, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, blender, crockery, cutlery and a toaster. All that's needed is the food and drink !!

The large island unit with a quartz countertop provides seating for 8 persons on bar stools making the kitchen area a great social space.

This beautifully furnished bedroom features a king-sized bed with matching nightstands, a chest of drawers with an LCD Smart TV above, a ceiling fan, and a walk-in wardrobe.

For your relaxation after a hard day at the theme parks, why not indulge yourself in the bubbling built-in spa ?

The removable toddler screen and pool door alarms are provided to prevent small children from wandering into the unsupervised pool so you know your children are safe.

For the ultimate in alfresco dining experience, we have provided a free gas BBQ for use by the poolside. Please note that replacement gas refills are not included but can be purchased cheaply from the local gas station.

This Harry Potter themed bedroom comes equipped with 2 x XL twin-sized beds with a matching shared nightstand (beds can be converted into a king-sized bed if required), a wall-mounted LCD Smart TV and a built-in wardrobe (concealed by a bookshelf-themed curtain). 

This bathroom is shared between bedrooms 5 & 6 and features a bath with shower over, single vanity and WC. A hairdryer is also provided.

We provide free high-speed fibre WiFi internet access throughout the villa and pool deck. Just bring your own laptop, tablet or smartphone to connect to the internet and email.

We provide a cot (crib), Pack & Play, 2 x highchairs & stairgate - if you require any extra equipment, our management company can provide this for a small additional fee.

All towels and linens are provided although we do ask that no linens be removed from the house. If you plan on travelling to the beach on either coastline, please bring your own beach towels or purchase them locally for very little money.

No need to get stressed on arrival - our villa has an electronic keyless entry system, so if you are delayed at the airport, you can get into the villa anytime of the day or night - no need to travel miles out of your way in unfamiliar territory to collect keys - just pull up on the drive, tap in the numerical code provided and your holiday can begin !!

Our home features a fully monitored alarm & smoke detector system for your security and peace of mind.

For your security and of our property, this villa is equipped with 3 motion-activated security cameras located as follows:

1. Ring doorbell camera at the front door approach
2. Camera facing the driveway area.
3. Camera facing onto the pool heater & pump equipment to the side of the villa.
4. All cameras are activated by motion and record video and audio remotely.

For your privacy, there are no cameras located inside the villa or around the pool area.

Our villa is maintained by a very responsive and friendly management company located close to resort. This ensures that all our guests receive the most efficient, friendly and personal service 24/7.

As an alternative to a security deposit, we charge a non-refundable damage waiver fee of $69 or £45 which will be added to your total rental cost after booking.

Emerald Island community require all car owners to purchase a $20 car pass - we provide 2 passes included in your rental, extra passes can be purchased online or at the clubhouse on arrival.  Two cars can be parked on the driveway and another 3 cars on the roadway.

The excellent resort clubhouse and community pool are about a 7-minute walk from the villa.

The clubhouse sports a resort-style pool with beach entry and water slide, multi-jetted circular spa, amazing Lazy River, Tiki Bar, state of the art fitness centre, tennis, volleyball, soccer, playground and tot lot and much more.

It's an 8-minute drive to Champions Gate where you will find a Publix supermarket, a Super Walmart is within a 5-minute drive and the lovely town of Celebration is around 15 minutes away. The numerous restaurants of US192 are close by, 

Emerald Island is a secure gated community, just 3 miles from Disney and right behind the new Margaritaville community, giving access to the Sunset Walk shopping and dining area and the H2O waterpark.

Posner Park with a selection of shops and an IMAX cinema is just a 9-minute drive away.

There are many Golf courses within easy reach, the nearest is only a 5-minute drive away.
