This was our second trip to Florida and our first visit to your beautiful villa. Stunning views and glorious sunsets "sundowners will never be the same again" !
Cocktails on the pool deck is one of the best activities at the villa!

Excellent villa. Undoubtedly one of the best on Highlands Reserve we've stayed in. Wireless internet access proved very useful (aren't we sad!) We enjoyed fine weather and lots of good golf.
Hard to get away from wi-fi these days but glad you got to experience the golf course too. Thanks for your comments.

We have stayed at this villa for more than two months every winter for the last 7 years. Can there be a better recommendation than this?
You feel like members of the family.....you have probably spent more time in our villa than we have. Look forward to hearing from you again next year.

We have had a fantastic holiday - the best villa yet - very well equipped. Only suggestion would be a safe in the villa for travellers cheques etc. Thank-you for opening your lovely home to us. It was a wonderful holiday and we look forward to staying in it again and again.
We have looked at putting in a safe but we have heard that this can cause problems (people losing combinations/keys/code etc.) and this can lead to unexpected charges for guests so we have opted not to add one at this stage but we will review this.

This is our second trip to Florida. Last year we stayed in a Premier villa and we have found your home to be just as lovely. We have 3 boys (13,11 & 5) and within minutes of being through the door, they were in the pool and would have been in there every day given the chance. Absolutely loved being able to sit out in the morning with a cuppa and enjoy the peace and quiet. Loved the fact that it was so close to Publix and is in such a good location to all the parks.
Glad you loved our villa so much and hope to have you back again in the near future.

We stayed it this beautiful Villa during the Summer of 2018. This Villa is faultless.....it has the most amazing view over the golf course to the rear of the property.....which really made our vacation extra special. The Villa was immaculate in every other way too. We can’t recommend it highly enough. Thank you Guy.

Stayed here July 2018. It's a fabulously situated villa overlooking the 4th green and 9th fairway of the golf course. Probably the best view on Highlands Reserve by far!!! The villa is lovely with plenty of room. The pool is gorgeous with sunshine all day. However, the outside seating area could do with updating but this in no way spoilt our enjoyment and we wouldn't hesitate to return here again. Close by to all local amenities. The English bar on the Berry Shopping Centre is definitely worth a try. Guy, the villa owner, was very helpful and easy to contact. All in all an amazing holiday on a fabulous resort in a lovely villa. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend it. We'll be back.

We have been coming to Florida since 1989. In all the villas we have stopped in this one beat's them all. It is in an ideal location and having a disabled person the layout is perfect. We would have no hesitation in booking this villa again.

Just a short note to say we had a wonderful time in Florida and it was greatly enhanced knowing we had such a fantastic home to return to at the end of each day!

This has been our 4th visit to Orlando staying in a villa but this villa has surpassed all the others by far. The beautiful villa, stunning views and sunset are wonderful.

Our first experience of a villa in Florida - it definitely beats staying in hotels - the problem was that once we were here we didn't want to go out!! Had many lovely hours around the pool. The villa is wonderful, well equipped and well maintained.
You won't go back to hotels once you have enjoyed the freedom of a villa!

This was our 7th holiday in Florida and the 5th staying in a villa. This is by far the best one we have stayed in - it is perfect.

I would like to thank you for letting us have your villa at Highlands. I must say it was the best one we have been in with great views of the golf course, again the best we have had. I may be interested to book again the same time next year. We had no problems and hope we left it in the same condition.
Always keen to see a guest returning to the villa. Something that happens very often and is a good indication of the location and quality of the villa. Hope to see you again soon.....

We've had a lovely holiday and your villa & pool were perfect. The views across the golf course are great - next time we come we shall bring our clubs. A mirror and waste bin for the second bedroom would be a helpful addition.
Highlands Reserve is a great golf course and there are also many others in the Orlando area.

What a stunning place, we were in love from the drive up to the villa, to the moment we drove away. I cant say enough good about this villa, but I want to thank the owners for allowing us to stay there. Great rooms, perfect outdoor space, great views of the golf course, sun all day from morning till night. I would book this villa again with no hesitation and after 1 day being back are planning the next visit to this paradise.

Great place here. Views are really good. Its rainy season now and the lightning shows early evening are fantastic. Kids enjoyed the pool. Hope everyone enjoys the villa as much as we did.
The lightning shows can be particularly spectacular and is very dramatic to watch from the safety of the villa. The villa is also built to withstand 120+ mph winds so hopefully OK for hurricanes too!

You have a beautiful villa here in Florida. We came up trumps when we picked your fantastic home. Great pool, lovely views, like a show house inside - we couldn't have asked for anything better. We come over here every year and this is definitely the best villa we have stayed in. Hope to be back again next year. Nothing negative to say. Just that you are very lucky and this is what we would pick if we ever bought a villa over here. Once again, many thanks.
