This is an excellent villa. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The area is beautiful and the location is close to Disney Parks. We made it home from Animal Kingdom in under 10 minutes one night. The pool and hot tub were great along with an awesome games room which had a pool table, XBox 360, air hockey, and table football setup. The villa has plenty of space for everyone and has it's own driveway. We would recommend this villa and would definitely rent again on our next visit.

We could not ask more for our vacation, everything from the beginning until the end was perfect..all what we ask we got a service right away. The villa is gorgeous and beautiful.and a lot of space and very comfortable...we had the best vacation ever
also, the owner of this property is a very amazing guy that takes care of everything - really recommend this villa and hope to come again

The house is located in a perfect spot within a great gated community. Hwy 192 is only 2 minutes away which means shopping and restaurants are close and Disney is only 10 minutes away (more if there’s a lot of traffic on 192...and there usually is!!). At the house, there are no backyard neighbours (there are side ones) but the green space behind makes for a nice quiet and private location. The pool and hot tub were in great shape and well maintained. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. Plenty of bedding and towels (including separate pool towels). The kitchen had the perfect amount of cookware including various frying pans, mixing bowls, baking dishes and utensils. The house was clean when we arrived and had toilet paper and small soap bars in the bathrooms. The electronic door lock was great because we didn’t have to worry about keys and the alarm was easy to use. The games room (in the garage) was enjoyed by kids of all ages (including some dads!) The only thing that we had to buy that was not supplied was a few pool toys to play with. The owner was excellent to deal with and provided and info package not only about the house but also about nearby amenities (like restaurants, banks and grocery stores). We’ll definitely look to book this house again!

Foi a primeira vez que alugamos uma casa e por isso ficamos muito receosos, mas o Raphael foi muito paciente desde o inicio, respondendo a todas as nossas perguntas o que facilitou muito a nossa decisão de fechar o negócio.
A casa é maravilhosa e é realmente como as fotos mostram. A cozinha e lavanderia são muito bem equipadas, os quartos confortáveis e amplos, as duas salas excelentes para quem queria ver TV ou ler um livro. A piscina tem o tamanho ideal para desfrutar um belo e refrescante banho e o hottube é simplesmente demais após um dia na rua, já que mesmo no frio a noite (sim, fez bastante frio) foi possível usar o hottube, e a garagem também foi excelente para a diversão. A casa tinha tudo o que foi preciso para termos uma estadia confortável e inesquecível. O condomínio é super seguro e oferece uma infraestrutura exemplar. Adoramos passear no pequeno bosque que tem no condomínio, inclusive à noite, o que foi uma experiência inédita para o meu filho. E o fato do condomínio ter coleta seletiva só aumentou o prazer de ficarmos nesta casa.
Mas é preciso saber inglês, pois todas as orientações, inclusive do alarme, chave de casa, entrada no condomínio, etc estão em inglês.
Definitivamente voltaremos e recomendamos esta casa!!!

We had a lovely 10 days at the villa. All the rooms were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. We particularly enjoyed the pool and hot tub and the games room (couldn't get my 5-year-old grandson out of the pool!). We would have appreciated some basic groceries eg milk, bread, butter as we had to go to the supermarket after a long day travelling. Maybe it's a health and safety thing but we had to throw lots of food away at the end of our stay as we weren't allowed to leave anything for the next guests. Minor quibble as we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and thanks, Ralph, for all the supplied information too.

All in all exactly what we needed for a family stay.
Spacious clean accommodation, good pool and hot tub nice extra.

Prior to arriving at Emerald Island Resort we had received plenty of very useful and welcome information from the owner of the property, such as directions, listings of local shops/supermarkets, restaurants, etc (including his recommendations) and also how to operate the security alarm.
We arrived at the Emerald Island Resort reception and filled out some details and then received our security card pass and that was basically that - in and out within 5 mins, very quick and simple.
The property looks exactly as per the pictures - extremely nice and very comfortable! :-)
The only downside was that when we arrived the A/C was not working properly and had left a damp patch at the top of the stairs by the unit but someone from the local management company came out the following today and I believe repaired the A/C. These things happen so we had no problem and it was great to see that someone was sent to repair so quickly.
The only other negative comment I would have is the TV which did not work very well or maybe we just did not operate it very well !?? haha - to be fair and honest we did not really require the TV that much and it was possibly due to the fact that we were from the UK that we were unfamiliar with the TV cable system/operation?
The bedrooms were very nice and of good size, there were more bathrooms than we needed and the kitchen had everything that one would need, the living/dining area was nice and the pool, Jacuzzi and games room were a great bonus at the end of each day at the theme parks.
I would have no hesitation in recommending this property to anyone and therefore think that not only the property but Emerald Island Resort also definitely deserve a 5-star rating!
Hope all future holidaymakers enjoy their stay here as much as we did!

We had a fantastic 2 week holiday in Florida. Our villa was beautiful, as described. The pool and hot tub were great for our down days as well as the games room. The site was very quiet and really close to all parks and restaurants. Would definitely go back and would highly recommend. Thank you

Wow! What an incredible stay we had in this lovely house! Not only was the house immaculate and beautifully maintained, but was the perfect location for all things Disney. The property, community and house far exceeded our expectations and was more lovely than even the listing. The owner has given much consideration to ensuring that his guests have the best time possible and it shows in the attention to every little detail. We will enthusiastically recommend this property to all of our friends and family that will be visiting the Mouse, and will definitely stay here again when we are once again in Orlando.

We spent our Grand children's Spring break with them & their parents in this lovely house. It was central to all the theme parks and other activities we had planned on doing. The house was well stocked and up to date. The boys 7 & 9 LOVED the pool and the game room. I think they would have been just as happy staying at the house for the whole time :). There were plenty of towels and linens for all 6 of us and yes there are beach towels for the pool provided. The few small things that we had a problem with were taken care of in a very timely manner. We would certainly like to thank Raphael for sharing this lovely house with us and helping us to make some awesome memories.

2nd year in a row stayed here with a large family age range 14 to 70. Love the villa especially pool and hot tub. Villa is large and well maintained. Resort close to restaurants on 192. Will definitely be booking this villa again.

We have been staying at Emerald Island for a few years. We needed two places this year and this property was perfect. Clean house, pool and hot tub were great. Easy walk to clubhouse pool. Enough space for everyone, the kitchen was spacious and newer appliances. Will book again.
