Me and my husband and our family with children and grandchilden (11 pers.) stayed at the villa for 14 days and it was lovely! The kids loved the pool and we did have a lot of space for everyone! We kindly recommend this villa!

This place is massive, perfectly located for lots of local amenities. the pool and pool area is really big and has good views of the golf course but we never felt overlooked. The facilities in the house were perfect, we really relaxed here and would not hesitate to recommend it to friends and family.

I stayed in this house from Feb 19 to March 4, 2022 and it was perfect in every way. The home is large, very nicely decorated, very clean, very comfortable for large groups, or smaller groups, inside and outside for both sun seekers, or shade seekers! This home has it all. I will definitely come back again and have recommended this house to many of my friends and family.

We stayed at this wonderful house for Christmas and what a fantastic home this is. It has real presence in the area and driving up to it made you feel special. The neighbours were very friendly and very welcoming. The house itself is very large and has plenty of room which follows on to the pool area which again is very impressive. The LED lighting in the pool was a firm favourite with the kids who loved swimming after dark. The pool can be heated during the cooler months and I recommend this as the water was really warm. It really was a home from home and the local area has plenty of shops and places to eat within walking distance. It feels very safe and was peaceful during our stay with people in the area lighting up their houses for Christmas. We will for sure stay here again when in the area and would highly recommend to any large family or families. The final mention goes to the owner of the house who's communication was spot on and really helped us out on an early arrival. She was a real pleasure to deal with both before and after our stay, thank you for the memories.Thank you Marc, I appreciate you taking the time to write the review, it is always a pleasure to hear how much our guests enjoyed the villa.

My sister & I stayed here with our 2 families, 6 over 18s & 5 under 18s. The villa was lovely, much bigger than it seems on the website and it comfortably absorbed all of us, both communally and also giving the kids space when they wanted it. The level of furnishings & equipment are excellent & the pool and patio are both also larger than similar properties.
The villa is nicely located on a very quiet golf development and backs onto the course. Location is good - 20-30 mins from Disney and about 30-40 mins from Universal or SeaWorld. Publix is 5 mins away, or Walmart 10 mins.
Booking, arrangements & check-in very easy, stress free. Very happy to recommend. -

Beautiful large home in a quiet part of the subdivision. The home was able to handle 9 adults comfortably. Great for a golf outing.

Beautiful, clean and well stocked villa with an amazing extended pool deck. Plenty of space to sit outside either in the sun or under the lanai. The pool was a great size too! Kay was very helpful during the booking process and on hand for any queries. We would not hesitate to recommend this villa.

We had a great holiday in this nice, spacious 6 bedroom villa. Highlands Reserve is a quiet estate and the villa backs onto a golf course. It has a pool area, plenty of seating, well equipped kitchen, large TV with lots of cable channels. Fast wifi, Large sitting rooms and bedrooms with comfortable beds. We found its only a 10 minute drive to Walmart, Target and the I4. 20 mins drive to Disney and 35-40mins drive to Universal Orlando. Good location near Highways 27 / 192 and Champions Gate. Highly recommend this villa! Really enjoyed our stay in this excellent condition, well-maintained villa.

We were lucky enough to stay here 27th Dec for a week. We had never rented a villa before. The booking process was very easy and friendly, We were pleasantly surprised at the amount of space we had. the villa is very clean, well presented, well stocked and had everything we wanted in a villa. The oversized pool was superb, with plenty of outside space to relax. Pool table on the landing was a first for us and enjoyed a few games. This villa is ideal for a large family or group of friends. The villa is superbly located for those wanting to do the Disney experience, and is only a short drive from many restaurants.

I travelled and stayed in this villa as group holiday with friends for my 30th. The pictures on the website, truly do not do this luxury villa justice. From the open and welcoming entry area, to the huge pool and decking round the back, our group barely wanted to leave to head to the parks or other attractions. Even with a large group of 9 of us, the villa had enough room to escape to a private area for some peace and quiet. The owners are quick to respond to queries and are incredibly helpful in all areas of the booking. I wouldn't hesitate to book this again, and I'm looking to book their second villa for a more relaxed family holiday following my experiences this time around. Recommend this!

Huge...excellent condition, and good size pool, we find a lot of homes now where pools tend to be on the small side...not this one. Friendly people to book with and perfect location right of the back of the 7th green in Highlands reserve golf course. Would definitely recommend

This was a return visit, same owners, but a different villa. This villa just like the other one had everything you needed, but was on a much bigger scale and excellent for 2 or 3 families sharing. Kids loved the larger pool, as did we, also enjoyed our nights in having BBQ on the very large deck by the pool. Wifi is a great assett for checking flights, news (UK). Great having TV in most bedrooms & lovely large TV in lounge. It was nice to be able to relax & sit outside with a nice cold beer while the kids are safely in bed at night. Had a great time again, & highly recommend either villa from these owners.Thanks Bill for your lovely review and thank you for booking again for October 2014.
