The villa is located in a very quiet area, the villa has a great pool and a large poolarea. Well equipped home in a fantastic neighbourhood, close to a great Publix store and a 24 hour Walmart store is only a 10 min drive away.
A lot of great golf courses nearby and the Highland Reserve course is very good. We received a very detailed welcome pack before our stay and all communication with Veronica, both before and after our stay was very good.Glad that you had a great time in Florida and loved our villa hope you come back soon

This house is located near the end of Highland Reserve Golf community property with little traffic and its backyard is a wonderful conservation area, hence, a pretty quiet neighborhood, with the golf course a two-minute drive away. The neighbors are great and helpful and the mgmt team is just a few doors down. Veronica and Mike have this home very well supplied. Plenty of beach towels for the pool! The beds are very comfortable which is a huge plus. There is plenty of room to stretch with a comfortable family room and even more comfort in the formal living room. The TV’s are small in the bedrooms (except the Master) but you can get HD so they are still nice if you watch at night. The kitchen is well supplied for your cooking days. It has plenty of counter space and empty cabinets for your groceries if you choose to cook. The only thing we couldn't find were pot holders, so we bought a couple for using there. Lots of plastic for out by the pool. A table seats 8 easily and plenty of loungers, and a large deck area to enjoy. The pool itself is extremely large and very clean for the community and it was enjoyed every day! There are a few pool toys to help enjoy it! This is a great home to stay in. Close to Disney, grocery shopping and even a couple of wineries nearby. Hwy 27 has everything you could need in stores and restaurants and its a two-minute drive to get to it. Just got back from a 2-week stay. Villa was fantastic and exactly as advertised. Spotlessly clean, well equipped, great pool and excellent location. Just as importantly the owners were a pleasure to deal with - thanks for a great stay

Nice quiet position with good open outlook. Excellent quality furniture and fittings. Easy access to all attractions with Publix supermarket nearby. Would highly recommend and we hope to be back in the near future. Really enjoyed our stay.

We stayed for six weeks and we loved this house and this location! It's just minutes from the bustle of Disney, etc., but is in a very quiet golf community. All the homes here are well maintained and nicely landscaped, and there are miles of sidewalks within the community. A supermarket, several restaurants, a gas station, and a drug store are all easily accessible. The golf course is very user-friendly and welcoming, and unlike most Florida courses, there is no water to contend with. All in all, our stay here was wonderful and we hated to leave. We definitely would come again.

This was our second stay at this property and both holidays have been superb. The house is well maintained, very clean and comfortable. The amenities are good with full laundry and well fitted kitchen. The cable tv is good with all the major channels and sport covered. The garage is used as a games room with a pool table, air hockey, table football and darts. There are also 5 bicycles with safety helmets, all sports equipment and the pool area are well maintained. The house is not overlooked at the back and is in a very quiet location. Disney and most of the major attractions are with 25/30 minutes drive. There is a good supermarket half a mile from the house. Highland Reserve is a good golf course and well worth a visit, the community around the course are a nice mix of holiday makers and locals, the neighbours to this property were very friendly and helpful. I can't fault this property or the location, the management company were attentive without being intrusive and the owner maintains and equips the property to a high standard. I would recommend this property and yes we will be returning

From the moment we arrived we felt right at home in this lovely villa. The villa was all we could have wished for and more, clean bright homely and in a fantastic location. Endless lazy afternoons laying out at the pool which had sun all day. At the end of a day after exhausting ourselves at the many Malls Outlets and Parks etc we fell into the extremely comfortable bed and had a fantastic nights sleep. Can't wait to return.

I would recommend this property to anyone as it was spacious, well maintained and fitted out with everything you could possibly need. We visited Disney and Universal Studios which were very easily reached. There is a supermarket nearby and an Applebee's restaurant which was very handy if you came home late after a long day out, as it didn't close until after 1pm. Also we used to barbecue (you can arrange for a barbecue to be there when you arrive for a small extra charge). Most importantly for us was the location on a golf course. Just a 2 minute drive to the clubhouse, at reasonable rates, depending on what time you tee off. It was a perfect holiday course. We had a wonderful holiday and would certainly return.

We had the most amazing time ever! All thanks to this beautiful home from home villa. This was the best villa we have ever stayed in. It had everything you could possibly want and was so comfortable. Kids loved the pool and all its amenities. This made our Xmas perfect! Couldn't recommend this villa enough and hope to stay again!!!!!

A fantastic villa with everything and more you need for a great holiday! A nice quiet residential area and easy to reach all the main attractions (about 20mins in good traffic). There is a good supermarket and selection of restaurants 10 min walk away. Pool was very welcoming after a long day at the parks. The villa has plenty of space for a family and has very comfy beds. Plenty of pool towels are provided, and there is plenty of clean linen and bath towels too as well as hairdryers in all bathrooms. The games room in the large garage is a great place to keep the kids amused. I would highly recommend this villa to anyone wanting to holiday in this area of Florida! One thing to mention though is that at no time did we have a visit from the agent to check that all was ok. We stay in villas quite often so for us this really wasn't a problem but for first timers they may feel a little neglected without such a visit. That said a big thank you for providing a great base for what was a fabulous holiday.

This villa is an excellent location in which to enjoy the Orlando area. The description of the villa provided by the owner and the subsequent information pack was accurate and very helpful. Directions on how to find and access the villa were good and ensured a panic free first day. The villa was clean and very well presented on arrival. The owner has ensured there are sufficient towels (bathroom and pool) for a large family. The kitchen is well stocked with ample crockery and utensils for self catering and BBQ. The pool and deck are a good size with beds and loungers for up to eight. The villa is really private and not overlooked to the rear over the pool area. It is on a golf complex, but not next to the playing area thereby ensuring a quiet and restful holiday. Many of the neighbouring properties are resident americans, we found them friendly and very polite. Apart from being a beautiful well maintained house there are a range of extra amenities that really added extra fun to our break, the three car garage is now used as a games room and contains a pool table, a football table, a dart board and an air hockey table. Five bicycles of various sizes are provided along with helmets. All of the sports equipment provided was of a very high standard. A large screen TV with hundreds of cable channels, a DVD player with films and numerous books and table games ensured all free time (of which you don't get much in Orlando) was occupied. Situated less than five minutes from a good supermarket and several restaurants and less than 25 minutes from Disney we found the location really good. Golf was a major activity on our holiday and the villa is situated on a very good course and is within driving distance of a huge number of others. This is a very good villa in a great location. I would recommend this villa to others and I will be returning.

We are a party of 2 couples (over 55s) and stayed in this well equipped and well maintained property for two weeks. Allocation of main bedroom suite was allocated on the toss of a coin! Recommend for a quiet relaxing holiday, but easily accessible to all the attractions of Disney. Main attraction for us was the proximity of a wide choice of lovely golf courses including the Highlands Reserve itself. Negative points were noisy pump outside one bedroom window and although there was masses of towels there was no change of bed linen.
Hi SueGlad you loved the villa. Sorry that you did not find the extra linen there are two sets to every room. These are kept in each bedroom will check, things go missing but never had bed linen taken. Hope to see you again.Unfortunately pool pump died when you left now have a new one. Hope you will return
