We stayed at the Jasmine 11 for 1 week and we had an excellent stay. The pool was incredible, everything was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The home is very close to every amenity and attractions Florida has to offer. Kay (the owner) was so friendly and easy to deal with. We would definitely stay here again.|

Excellent location, easy booking, lovely place. Nice estate, Perfect for golf at the on property course. Easy drive to the parks along western way (not I4)

We had a wonderful one week stay at this villa. The villa was very clean and well maintained. It was also well equipped in terms of bedding, towels, dishware, cutlery, etc. The pool was perfect and private. Also, for the golfers out there, the villa is located off the sixth tee box of Highlands Reserve GCC - so if you're golfing, you can pop into the villa and grab a beverage during your round if interested. Haha. I would strongly recommend this villa and hope to rent the villa in the future if we are in the Orlando area again!

Wow what can I say. A home from home! A fabulous villa with everything you need so well equipped had everything you could possibly need. A beautiful villa, clean, well presented and a pleasure to come home to every night from busy days out or so relaxing lying beside the pool. I would recommend this villa for a fantastic stay, owner and property manager on hand by phone or email if you need help with anything. Hope to come back again. Thank you

Stayed at the villa for 2 weeks in August 2018. 4 Adults, 2 children - Villa is on a quiet estate, comfortable large double beds, well equipped with kitchen utensils, large TV with many cable channels, fast wifi. Nice pool with heating if required (we didnt use heat as it was August) good location near Walmart and Target for shopping. Posner Park about 10 mins up the road is good for a visit. Near the 192 and I4 / Champions Gate / 20 mins drive to Disney and 35-40 mins to Universal Orlando. Rcommend this villa for families

Lovely villa in a great location. Near enough to the parks but not on top of them. So were able to relax when at the villa. Plenty of things to do, with the games provided in the garage and the pool.

We had a great holiday at the villa. It's location was perfect for access to Disney and I4 with the added extra of local facilities such as a Publix, petrol station, restaurants and bars. The kids loved tho pool. The villa was clean and tidy and it was helpful that we were allowed a late check out. Would definitely book again.

We have just returned from two weeks in Florida staying at this villa. A beautifully presented villa. Very clean and spacious. Pool was lovely and everything was there that we needed. Great location for theme parks. Very handy supermarket/restaurants/petrol station just down the road. Hope to return soon and definitely recommend as a base to explore Orlando. Easy booking and very pleasant owner.

This is a fantastic villa for a fantastic holiday. It’s spacious, clean, well maintained and in a great neighbourhood. We spent 2 weeks here with no complaints at all and could have easily have stayed a lot longer. We would highly recommend a stay in this beautiful home.

This villa is absolutely wonderful. From the layout of the rooms to the spacious living room to pool area to the game room to the huge bathroom in master bedroom. The location is perfect, you are with in a short drive to any location in the Orlando area. My family and I are already planning our 2018 trip back to this villa!!!!!!!!

We absolutely loved this villa. The villa was very clean, the pool was an added bonus, lovely to come home to after a day at the parks. The location was perfect for all the theme parks. The local supermarket was about a 4 minute drive away. Kay the owner was so helpful, any questions we had before we departed was no trouble. I would not hesitate to book again. -

We have been fortunate enough to stay at this villa for a second time, we have been to Orlando the past 5 years and stayed in villas each time. Last year we stayed at Jasmine 11 and we loved it so much we booked to go again this year. This is the first time we have ever done this and this is testament to how nice this villa is. The villa is exceptionally clean and well decorated, it has everything you could wish for and more. It caters for everything. We have 2 children aged 7 and 10 and they love it, the Pool area is great, and they also enjoy the games room. The area/resort Highland Reserve is our favourite on the US27, I find it a great location as its close to everything and is a really nice neighbourhood. We are a family of 4 and the house is huge, we only used 2 of the 4 bedrooms. There are lots of great restaurants nearby and even more on the 192 highway which you will drive past on route to Disney World, which is a 15min drive away. We will definitely come back to stay for a 3rd time at some stage, but next year we are going to stay at the owners 6 bedroom villa which is in the same street! We are going to go and share with another family, this is again testament to the owner for having great properties. I would also like to add Kay (the owner) is extremely easy to communicate and deal with and nothing is too much trouble, we also got to meet Chris this trip who was very pleasant and she is part of the Management company on site and will help with any questions or queries you may have when you are on your holiday. Chris actually lives on Highland Reserve so is never too far away. If you choose to stay here you will not be disappointed and as mentioned this is coming from somebody who has stayed at 4 previous villas in the US27 area and this has been by far the best of the lot. Hence we cannot keep away!

This villa is absolutely amazing, inside and out is immaculate, equipped to a very high standard with everything you could possibly need. Lovely villa kept to a very high standard, large immaculate bathrooms, spacious bedrooms with ample storage, large comfortable beds. Excellent location!! We were so happy to eat in and enjoy the villa and pool after a long day at the parks and shopping. Excellent communication with the owners. Wished we booked for longer!! Can't wait to stay there again. Can't thank the owners enough for such an amazing holiday!!

Our family absolutely loved this villa. We have stayed at 4 different villas on the US27, and this was by far our favourite. The villa was just fantastic. really really clean and comfortable. Its a cliche but the pictures really do not do it justice. I would highly recommend it to anyone. The neighbourhood was also fantastic, very quiet and well maintained the nicest again we have stayed in. Pool area was lovely. Disney is around 10-15mins away, and loads of fantastic restaurants on the 192. We are already hoping we can go back next year! Thanks again for allowing us to stay in your wonderful villa.
