My family and I have just returned from two weeks holiday in Orlando and we stayed at Coconut Palm 5. I cannot recommend it highly enough. There are thousands of holiday homes for rent in the Orlando area but what sets this home apart from the rest is the attention to detail.
When you spend time at the parks, outlets or beaches (which we did!), it's great to come home to a villa where you can really relax.
As you can see from the photos, (yes the rooms are exactly like this) there is so much space here but it's the decor which sets it miles above the competition. My kids and parents in law who travelled with us had so much space to go to if they or we needed a little quiet time. And you felt you were living in great comfort the whole time. We, including the kids looked forward to returning here after a busy day.
Whether it's to read a book, use your iPad, play pool, fussball, air hockey or splash about in the pool, this place has it all. The wifi signal is great, the tv's are amazing and PS4, games and dvds were an added bonus.
One of my kids had a birthday when we were there and the owners even left her a card and a Goofy plush toy for her!
The owners, Martin and Julie, are a pleasure to do business with and we look forward to visiting again.
Really, if you are looking to rent a holiday home in Orlando, you will do well to find one as good as this one.Thank you for the fantastic review Dermot and so glad you enjoyed your stay at our home and had a great time in Orlando. We look forward to welcoming you all back in the future.

So my family of 5 came down here, for 6 weeks and this house is so beautiful and clean! It's 100% up to date with all its furniture and is by far one of the nicest houses we have ever stayed in for our vacation! And the process of communicating with the home owner was so easy and I would always get my answer within hours!

The villa was immaculate, this was our 6th stay in Florida and this villa was by far the best. Clean, great facilities and Providence looks like a great upcoming resort in Florida. Thanks to Martin for his attention to detail and help throughout the process. F&L Blyth

You know sometimes you see the pictures posted by the owners and you think "are these real?". Well we can say yes to the ones posted for this villa by Martin, everything was as the pictures stated, this was an amazing place kitted out to the highest spec expected. Everything seemed brand new (just like our hire car which had 6 miles on the clock) as it is very well looked after. There is enough space for adults and the kids to hang out and do their own things. Totally peaceful and quiet neighborhood with easy access to the I-4 and Champions Gate for restaurants. All we had to do was stock up with food and then everything else was there a perfect home away from home. We had requested pool heating and this was perfect as we visited in December for Christmas. After some long days out it was always a welcome thought that we would return to this great place to relax. Communication with Martin was excellent throughout and we even contacted whilst we were out there with no issue. Book it you will not be disappointed.

My family and I stayed in this beautiful villa to celebrate Thanksgiving and my father's 70th b'day. There were 9 of us with plenty of room to spare. Upon arrival, the hosts left a gift for my dad, wine for the adults, and candy for the kids. The home is very clean, beautifully decorated and spacious --- plenty of room for multiple families. The pool area was relaxing... and the game room was just the place for the 'tweens' of the house to escape. We also went to the neighborhood pool one afternoon -- and we all took turns on the slide! The home was perfectly stocked for cooking Thanksgiving dinner. And all of the beds were well-made and comfortable. The host family kept in great communication with us prior to our arrival. We couldn't have asked for a better home for our time away! While in town we went to Disney and Sea World -- and made wonderful memories! Thank you so much for everything!!

This villa is absolutely amazing, there is so much thought and love put into this house. All the bedrooms were fantastic and the themed bedrooms had so much thought put into them to make them individual to there theme. There was so much for the children to do with the PlayStation 4, games room with air hockey, pool table, darts board and table football, there is a range of board games and not forgetting the the large pool. We enjoyed sitting abound the beautiful dining room table and then relaxing abound the house in the evening. This house is certainly very luxurious and I can not recommend it enough, this was definitely one of our best holidays and the best villa I have ever stayed in. Will Definitely love to return. This gorgeous villa offers more than you would expect from the average one. The equipment is high-class and the furniture was chosen with love. During our stay we felt really comfy even when hurricane Matthew blew over our rooftop. The pictures didn't disappoint us in any means. We were kindly looked after by Martin and the administration on site. For our next Florida vacation we would choose this house without any doubts.Truly to recommend.We really want to thank you for everything.

This villa is stunning in every sense, the only downside; we had to leave it behind and return home! A relatively short and very straight forward drive from Orlando Airport, you arrive at the grand looking entrance to the resort, which is covered by manned personnel 24 hours, 7 days a week. Passing through the gates you travel approx. 1 mile through the lush green lawns, very clean sidewalks (pathways to you and I), and with the mirage looking lakes you get the feeling that something special is coming! Coconut Palm 5 is situated inside a little cul de sac which is perfect for families with small children as our youngest is prone to running off! We felt safe in the knowledge that there wasn’t going to be any passing traffic if he did make a run for it. Entering through the keyless front door, you’re welcomed by the tiled hallway leading in to the heart of the home – the beautifully opened planned living, dining and kitchen area with enough room to fit a small army.
The reason we chose Coconut Palm 5 was because it had been designed with children in mind and we wanted our Disney holiday to be one the kids remembered and this did not disappoint. It had one of the best games rooms we’ve seen – Air Hockey, Football, pool and darts, there’s something for everyone. If you just wanted to sit and watch the kids play there is a little bar table & stools and a flat screen TV for a bit of background music. Across the way there is a tranquil room to avoid the chaos of the day’s events and a little R&R. Leather seats and loungers to relax on and your very own cocktail bar! In the main living room there is a huge flat screen TV with so many cable channels, any Man, Woman, or Child will be more than happy with, not that they need them being in the land of all that is golf and everything Disney. If that’s not enough then there is also a selection of DVD’s and board games for every age too! The kitchen has literally every gadget & utensil you should ever need as well as a huge fridge/freezer with ice making machine, large oven with hob & a dishwasher!
There are plenty of places to sit and enjoy your meals each day from the breakfast bar with comfy leather stools, the large dining table with its very own LED lighting or you can eat under the stars on the patio. There is a complete laundry room to help avoid the volume of washing on the return home! Also downstairs you will find your first Disney themed bedroom. The Disney safari room, the artwork is amazing! There is a second double room, each room has its very own flat screen TV and a shared bathroom. Following the central positioned staircase up to the first floor/loft area, you’re greeted by a fully luxury carpeted entrance to the upstairs communal lounge area decorated with taste with all things London. The loft area is massive with a large comfy corner sofa & yet another huge flat screen, Blu ray DVD player, DVD’s, Board Games & a PS4 with many games, what more could you wish for to keep all entertained. Here you will also find 2 more Disney themed rooms – both with their own flat screen TV, en-suite bathroom and built-in wardrobe. The goofy room has 2 double beds & the magic kingdom style room has 2 singles. There is also yet another double with ensuite but not forgetting the master bedroom boasting the largest walk-in wardrobe and massive walk-in shower!!! The bathroom also has double sinks and a separate toilet room.
Outside there is a very large pool area which enjoys the sun from morning til dawn. There are plenty of sun loungers and a covered area for when things get a big hot. A bonus for families with small children is the pool safety net which can be erected straight across when not in use. The pool is directly opposite a conservation area so you are not overlooked and we were often greeted by 4 very large birds who liked to drop by every day. It was lovely to sit outside at night on the comfy sofa and listen to noises from all the wildlife opposite. It was a very relaxing place to be.
Having spent many hours researching and reading the reviews of many villas before choosing Coconut Palm 5 we know we choose the right one. Martin & Julie were very lovely and always available to answer any queries we had. It was our sons 3rd birthday whilst we were away and he was thrilled to find a surprise Birthday card and present – his very own Goofy!! Such a lovely touch. We will definitely be coming back to stay in this villa again but next we will bring more people to enjoy this special place with us.

First thing we noticed was a gated complex with guards and some really nice looking property’s, we eventually found the villa and arrived in front of our villa WOW what a place, we couldn’t wait to get inside and see what it was like, I can only say we were all relieved and frankly gobsmacked at the quality of finish in decoration and of the furniture The converted garage was a games room, pool table, air-hockey, table football, electronic dartboard and a flat screen TV, and bar table with stools. Plenty to keep the children amused. Opposite was what can be described as a quiet room with leather sofas and chaise lounge and a bar. The Laundry Room includes electric washer and dryer, steam iron and ironing board. There is also a safe to store a laptop The Lounge has ample seating for sitting chatting or watching the 60" 4k TV, like watching 3D without the glasses. A blu-ray dvd player, with a good selection of dvd's plus cable package. Wireless internet and a VOIP phone giving FREE unlimited local and long distance calls to landline phones in most countries was a great bonus. The Dining area can accommodate 8 people around the formal LED centre lit table! and there are also 4 comfortable leather bar stools for the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you should need including coffee maker, kettle and toaster. A oven, microwave, a side by side refrigerator and a dishwasher. kitchen work tops including 50/50 stainless steel sink. Two ground floor bedrooms which are ideal for one family as bedroom 2 has a King bed and bedroom 6, the Animal Kingdom themed room, has twin beds. There is a shared bathroom for these two bedrooms. Out through the sliding doors and you are in the pool area, which is enclosed in a mesh barrier to keep out unwanted insects etc. The pool was large and surrounded by comfortable chairs, sun loungers, table and chairs. Already blown away by the quality of the ground floor we couldn’t wait to see what awaited us on the first floor a large sitting area with a London Theme an ideal area to play on the Playstation 4 console, play board games or watch a movie on yet another large 4k TV. There are three more bedroom’s upstairs the Master Suite with a king size bed, huge walk in closet and bathroom suite with large corner shower unit. A Magic Kingdom themed room with twin beds and its own bathroom. Hollywood Studios themed bedroom, again with its own personal bathroom. Bedroom 5 has it's own bathroom and a queen size bed. All of the bedrooms have Tv’s and DVD Players Everything in this villa is top notch and no expense has been spared in making sure that the hirer has everything to make their holiday one they will remember for a long time and for all the good reasons. You can experience this villa for your selves without any concerns about not getting a good place to spend your holiday. We plan to return to Florida when the children are older and will definitely be staying here again. Have a Great Stay

The home is decorated with great care. The kitchen has everything you need and you can eat and watch HD TV while sitting on comfortable chairs at the bar. The TV system is great as it has every channel and on demand movies that you could want. The south facing pool is so much fun and receives sun all day long. The kids loved the Disney themed bedrooms and the master bedroom is fantastic! I want a walk in shower at my house! There are excellent HD TV's in every room including a beautiful den upstairs. The pool table is top notch and we all have great memories at our stay at this fantastic home!
