Wow, what a villa.
We stayed over Christmas and the villa didn't disappoint, it had everything and plenty more, and it was nice to see some houses on the resort with their Xmas decorations outside, neighbours next door and across the street were very freindly and welcoming .
House was decorated for Christmas in both living areas, which made it special.
The owners have gone out of their way to make sure that you have everything you could possibly need ,they even have poncho's for the theme parks if you had rain.
The rooms are massive, kitchen had everything you might want.
Owners provided all details we needed and maintenance company (Tom) was very easy to get hold of and sorted out little problem we encountered very quickly.
Pool and spa area were great.
We would definately recommend and hope to return very soon.Thanks so much for the review! We try to have everything we would want if we were booking a villa. Hope to have you back soon.

I have stayed in a lot of different villas in Highlands Reserve and I can honestly say this one is my favourite. The view onto the golf course from the pool area is stunning and peaceful. it’s by far the best-equipped villa I have stayed in and everything you need is available. lots of extra bedding and towels etc, and hundreds of books to read. Villa is also alarmed leaving you feeling safe and secure. The games room in the garage has a pool table air hockey and golf clubs to use. The owner is available anytime if you have a problem. I will definitely recommend this villa if you are interested in staying in the Disney area as it is only a short drive away.

This is the third time we have stayed at this villa and the experience never disappoints. Just as the pictures show, this is a large welcoming villa with plenty of space for the whole family to enjoy the sitting areas, pool or family games room (as well as the well equipped kitchen). Also a great location with Publix and other shops nearby with the US27 getting more and more facilities all of the time. Also within easy driving to Disney and Universal parks via the 192. We enjoyed the villa so much we hope to return very soon.

We had an absolutely amazing holiday and loved our stay in this superb home. Had everything we needed, great pool and excellent communication from the owners. Thank you, would love to come back again!

I am writing this while "in residence". This villa is without doubt one of, if not the best we have stayed in. Having owned ourselves on this sub division for a long time, we appreciate how much effort and time and money that it takes to maintain a property. To maintain it to such a high standard is incredible and a credit to the owner. The house is exceptional value for money and the owner an absolute delight to deal with. I have already been looking at the availability calender to see when we can fit in our next trip.
Thank you for the review of our property. We have owned this villa since October of 2018 and we are upgrading as quickly as we can. We also have a great management company.

Beautiful Villa in a fabulous location. This villa is exactly as described and more. The pool is huge and the decor is fantastic. Can't wait to go back. Owner has thought of everything you need and late check out offered. Thank you we will be back soon

This villa is in an excellent location on Highlands Reserve. Berry town centre is just a 5 minute walk away. The view over the golf course is lovely which you can enjoy from the large pool or jacuzzi. The villa itself is beautiful with plenty of board games, books etc to relax with after the parks or shopping or indeed Hurricane Irma which we had the horror of encountering. The management team were fantastic cleaning up our pool in the days that followed. We will definitely return.

Having stayed in many Villas over the past 20 years all over the USA I can confidently say that I was bowled over by this Villa. We stayed for 3 weeks and I could have stayed forever....From the location which is close to amenities to the quiet streets built around the golf course everything was perfect providing everything I could possibly think of and need and also some I didn’t realise I would need….eg the strollers in garage…what a life saver in the parks with a 4 year old. The whole package has been carefully thought out. The quality of the décor and cleanliness is second to none. The pool area size and the water temp was lovely with an outlook onto the golf course....soooo peaceful. Steve the owner was so helpful with all the details of the area and instructions on everything made it so easy.
My 4 year old daughter cried when we left as she enjoyed it so much.....I nearly joined her.......faultless
We cant wait to go back. -

5 retired & semi retired old guys had a fantastic time at the villa.we were on a golfing holiday & the villa is ideally situated for plenty courses. We made plenty of use of the facilities at the house especially the pool & hot tub. Just a 5 min walk to Berry Town Centre for a variety of eating places & bars as well as public supermarket. The accomodation & location was spot on for our needs & thanks to Steve (owner) for all clear & concise instructions for all alarms, keys Tec for house. Again much appreciated. All agreed that the villa is superb.

I spent two weeks in this lovely home. I have stayed in many villas in Orlando and this was by far the best. It is decorated to a very high standard and is extremely well equipped the owner has thought of everything. The owner himself was always very helpful and nothing seemed to be too much trouble . My family and I had a wonderful holiday and highly recommend the villa and hope to return soon.It was a genuine pleasure having you and your family as guests, and we look forward to welcoming you back again soon. We were pleased to offer you, like many of our guests, a late check-out without any additional cost.
