We had a great return journey, your place is a fantastic consensus from the gang is the best holiday ever this I put down mainly to your place the extended pool area is brilliant. I had expected the kids to spend hours in the games room but they hardly used it because of the pool.
I will be recommending your place to all my family/friends and work colleagues.

Paul’s home is spacious, warm and inviting! The location is ideal to visit Disney parks, and other Orlando attractions! Upon our arrival, there were a few housekeeping concerns. We reached out to Paul and the property manager. Paul’s immediate response and resolution was greatly appreciated and the prompt response from the property manager who came out to replace light bulbs etc on the holiday was greatly appreciated as well. Upon reading previous reviews, we took the advice and paid for the heated pool/hot tub in advance which was awesome!! The game room was a hit on inclimate weather days. The Childrens bedrooms were equipped with toys and stuffed animals that our children enjoyed. Overall our experience was great and I would highly recommend Paul’s home to any family looking to Vacation in the Orlando area. Thanks again for everything Paul! The Beasley/Carter Family will definitely be back!

The home was clean and orderly when we arrived. We had plenty of dishes, glassware, silverware, towels, etc. The pool and larger deck area was truly a blessing. Plenty of pool toys to keep the kids and adults busy. Outside TV came in handy while some of us lounged in the whirlpool watching a little sports. The grounds were well kept, quiet and all felt safe. The playground only 1 1/2 blocks from the home with the community center being a short 5 minute walk. Community center had an awesome pool and water slide were the temp is kept at 84 degrees. A new water park has been completed but not yet open as it was still waiting for a state inspection. We had a great time in the area with theme parks, dining, food stores and shopping nearby. I my wife and family would stay again on a return trip (6 adults and 4 granddaughters). We truly enjoyed the home and area.

Had a great holiday everything you needed was in the property and more. The pool area was ideal as was the games room and more than enough crockery, cutlery, glasses and pool towels were provided for our group of eight people. Would have no hesitation in recommending or using the property again.

We stayed here in April 2017 and absolutely loved the place. The house was spacious, clean, and has great facilities. The owner and property manager were quick to respond to a couple of small requests we had and followed up with us to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. The main reason we chose Windsor Hills was its close proximity to Disney and from leaving the driveway to parking in the parking lot was under 15 mins. Also, Uber to the parks was around $10-$15. I'd highly recommend this house!

The house was everything we expected and more! We loved it! So much space and loved so many things especially the pool! And the very comfy beds! The management company was wonderful as well and quickly responded to our only concerns. That was that we saw a few roaches, both on the pool deck, and in the upstairs master bathroom. After emailing the property manager, he responded quickly and sent over a pest control person to spray so we had no problems after that! But we were in Florida so we knew we would see them somewhere! After spraying we didn't see anymore even outside. Thank you for opening your home to rentals! We really had the best time and so much better than staying in a cramped hotel room especially with young children!

This was the home base for our first trip to Disney and it was fantastic. We were a group of 6 adults and 6 kids and we had plenty of space for all. The pool was a big hit with the kids of course and the patio space was great for the parents. I did not see a house near us that had near as much patio area as our place. The outdoor tv was a bonus for us dad's when the kiddies went to sleep. The house was well maintained and very clean. Plenty of space in all the bedrooms and the number of bathrooms certainly helped with a group our size. The kitchen had just been replaced before our arrival and it was well appointed. The location of Windsor hills was perfect. Less than 10 minute drive to the gates of Disney and right of the main strip in Kissimmee so very convenient for groceries and restaurants. The entire community is well maintained and having the resort pool with water slide was a nice change for the kids for a day. Paul was a pleasure to deal with from booking to check out. Paul was quick to reply to our questions. All agreed that we would definitely return and this is the place where we will stay. Thanks for the great hospitality and service Paul!

If you have a larger family or group, I could not recommend this house any more. We had 12 (7 adults; 5 kids) and there was plenty of room for everyone; the kids loved having their own rooms. They loved the pool and hot tub! Super close to all the Disney parks and only about 20 minutes from universal. We stalked up at costco on the way from the airport and had breakfast every day in the house along with being able to bring lunch/snacks into the parks. Paul was excellent throughout the process, answering questions very quickly. Overall quality of house was even better than pictures portray.

We had a fantastic time on vacation. This vacation home is great. The pool and patio was the best in the neighborhood. A very nicely decorated home. I have nothing but positive things to say about this house. It looked exactly as advertised and we loved it. What can I say about this property that could possibly do it justice. It simply has to be seen to appreciate it. I am a clean freak and other than a few stains on the carpets which I wiped up with clean water, it was clean everywhere. The kitchen, bathrooms, and the bedrooms were spotless. Plenty of towels, bedding, and everything in the kitchen you could need. This home will make you feel comfortable . It is not overstated and yet it has a quiet elegance. The owners have done a wonderful job with details. We stayed 10 Days and it was not long enough, we hated to leave. We have booked the home for three weeks for next year. Yes we liked it that much. I am hoping anyone who rents this home will treat it as if it is their own. Keep it clean, and the next people who rent after you will be happy you did. The owners have taken great care of this home! Little extras they have provided for everyone shows they care. The kids did not use the resort pool and for that matter not one of us did. Who would leave a pool area that is very spacious and a TV to watch your favourite shows. The security at Windsor Hills made me feel safe at all times. Grocery stores are near, great shopping at many malls, good restaurants, Golfing next door and others a short drive away. It is easy to find your way around, even for me who always turns the wrong way when I exit a store at the Mall. So...this is my advise, you have to stay here to appreciate it. Could not of asked for anything else. Beautiful home, perfect location, all amenities as listed. The property owner returned communication quickly and was excellent to work with. We will plan to return to this property for many years to come. Our kids are young and we are excited to share this with them as they grow older.Joel, thanks for submitting a review. Our stay in this home was perfect. We enjoyed the surrounding area, as it was so close to so many attractions. We enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub. Dealing with the owner was so nice and honest about the property to a tee. We would recommend this property for large groups. We had 11 people, 5 children 6 adults and there was plenty of room. The children enjoyed the playground with was just a 5 minute walk. We were very pleased with our decision to stay in this home.Hi Pam Thanks for your kind words about our home. We had a great time in this 6 bedroom house. It was roomy, had a great floor plan, and was very clean. My 3yr old daughter walked in and instantly claimed the pink/purple Minnie Mouse room. She was very excited about it! The green kids room was perfect for my 1yr old son's pack-n-play. My handicapped in-laws conveniently stayed in the downstairs bedroom, and that left three large bedrooms upstairs for my wife and I to choose from. The downstairs living, dining and kitchen spaces had plenty of room that helped make our trip very enjoyable (especially after driving 24 hours from Oklahoma City to get there). The neighborhood park just 2 blocks away was one of the best I've seen. The entire Windsor Hills edition was very well kept, and everyone was very friendly. It only took about 3 min to drive to the edge of Disney World, which made it just as close as many of the "onsite" Disney properties. This fabulous property is within the fabulous Windsor Hills, with the most helpful and accommodating staff, from security to the shop. The property is large, airy, very comfortable indeed and has an amazing selection of items available from pushchairs, baby equipment, stair gates to toys. The pool is beautiful with lots of room around it, and there are safety features (alarmed doors, and a child proof screen) so there are absolutely no worries with littlies. There were so many extras, too many to list - far more towels, sheets, crockery, etc than could ever be needed and the facilities were outstanding. The owner of the property is very accommodating, and the booking process could not have been simpler - thank you to Paul. Nearby - 5 minutes drive - are the parks, but there are some superb restaurants - the Texas Steak House and Bone Fish Grill were 2 which should not be missed. There is a shop on the site, a larger supermarket 5 minutes away and a Wallmart Hypermarket some 15 minutes drive away. This home was all and more than i could think of. It was perfect for our family. My dad had recently had surgery on his foot so having the recliners was awesome. The game room was just what the kids needed. It was decorated wonderfully. The master bedroom was perfect. I really didnt want to get up to go to the parks because the bed was just that comfortable. All the rooms and bedrooms was just perfect for everyone (ages ranging from 3-57) Having the tv outside the lanai was awesome. We were able to eat, swim, and watch tv while outside. We did have hurricane Debby come to FL on our second day, but she didnt stop our family from enjoying our vacation. This house is perfect for a big family, it has everything you would EVER need. What a great experience. The home was amazing and the pool spectacular. Largest pool area and deck in the neighborhood. Very close to Disney and all the amentities you could ask for. The house is well located only a 10 minute drive to the Disney parks. It is spacious, with six good size bedrooms, our children loved their themed rooms, two separate sitting areas, full size open plan kitchen, separate utility room and a games room, keeping the children, and adults, well entertained. It is very clean, bright and nicely decorated. The pool is a good size and the deck is bigger than average providing a lovely relaxing and dining area. We all really enjoyed our stay, it was a perfect spot to enjoy all Orlando has to offer and we would definitely recommend it to others and would stay here again. We stayed in the villa for 1 week in May and had an amazing time. The villa is located in a perfect location for all attractions in Orlando, it would be difficult to get any closer to Disney. We found the villa to be very clean, well kept and had everything you would need for a family holiday. It is located in a gated community and it felt very safe. I would highly recommend this villa and we will certainly stay again!I'm gald you enjoyed your stay Karen and your booking for next year is confirmed
