We stayed for a week and had 13 family members. We have plenty of room, enough bedrooms and lots of rooms for entertainment. Everything we needed was available in the kitchen- and we thoroughly enjoyed the BBQ. We really enjoyed the pool, books available and puzzles for late nights! Clean, spacious, and an entertaining golf course that we enjoyed 3 times during our stay. Very safe neighborhood and close to everything! Will definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful two weeks in this villa. Loads of space, very clean and everything you need for an effortless stay (including labels on kitchen cupboards!). We managed to heat the pool with the solar heating in late April/early May and it was enough to use the pool, so a great saving!
Easy drive to Disney parks, supermarkets and great places for breakfast a short drive away and the I4 will get you to universal and shopping outlets quickly too.
The management company were very prompt in fixing an issue with the internet (turns out someone left an Ethernet cable plugged in twice to the router, doh!) But it helped to know they were on hand if needed, fortunately not. TVs everywhere with Roku and cable TV and the second lounge was great to entertain the kids whilst they adjusted to the time difference. The kids loved the huge bath and everyone was pleased to have their own bathroom. It was just so easy.
Just sad we had to leave!

Fantastic villa. Clean and spacious. Nice view over the golf course. Kids loved the games room. The owner was very helpful during the reservation. We've been to Orlando a few times before so spent 6 of the 9 days around the villa and pool rather than doing all the parks. Found it very relaxing. Would stay again.

We had a lovely stay at the villa in February 2013. We were a group of 11 and it never felt crowded. We enjoyed the barbeque a lot. Kids loved spending time in the pool, playroom and by the PlayStation. We also liked the local store fore grocery's. We recommend this house and will definitely return. Charlotte with friends and family.
