A Gated Community Surrounded by Nature

Cumbrian Lakes stands out for its natural surroundings. The community is arranged around four natural lakes, with conservation land and woodland creating a greener setting than you might expect so close to Orlando's major attractions.

Paved paths provide opportunities for walking, jogging and enjoying the outdoors. The lakes and surrounding habitat are home to Florida wildlife, including wading birds and other native species. Wildlife sightings are never guaranteed, but the setting offers a welcome change of pace after days spent at the theme parks.

Community facilities include a children's play area and a soccer field, alongside the walking routes and lakes. Fishing may be possible in designated areas, so check the current community rules before planning to fish.

The gated entrance and residential layout add to the community's quieter atmosphere. If you enjoy the idea of returning from a busy day at Disney to a villa surrounded by greenery and water, Cumbrian Lakes is well worth considering.
