The new website will be cutting edge with the latest website technology (HTML5 & jQuery Mobile) and has also been configured to provide the best viewing capabilities on PC, laptop, tablet and smartphone. Guests can now browse through a whole host of villas, townhouses and condos on each of our four rental developments: Highlands Reserve, Windsor Hills Resort, Emerald Island Resort and Watersong Resort.

Highlands Reserve Golf and Country Club is home to over 130 privately owned Florida vacation villas for you to choose from. The reserve is lined with luscious palm trees and surrounded by a natural conservation area, yet it is a mere ten minutes from Disney World.

Highlands Reserve is perfect for golf lovers, with a top of the range golf course at the heart of the complex, you don't have to go far to get a game in!

Over in Kissimmee, Windsor Hills Resort is as close to Disney World as you can get without actually staying there. This resort offers townhouses and condos, as well as luxurious private villas. Many of the rentals on Windsor Hills have private pools, some properties are themed and the whole complex is very child friendly. Close by is Emerald Island Resort, a 300 acre complex with 11 heavily wooded areas right in the heart of the community.

Watersong Resort is a gated development boasting an elegant clubhouse and a large resort pool & spa.
