As you enter the villa you are greated with a tiled foyer leading off to the large open plan living area consisting of the dining area immdiately in front of you and kitchen to the left. To the rear of the room is the spacious family room.

Adjacent to the kitchen is the beautifully decorated dining area with large dining table with 6 chairs and is ideal for large parties and formal dining.

Luxury kitchen has all the amenities including dishwasher, stove with oven, microwave, refrigerator & freezer with automatic water and ice dispenser, waste disposal, coffee maker, blender, toaster & kettle.

The breakfast bar is perfect for informal meals and includes 4 matching bar stools.

The comfortably furnished room with direct access & views to pool deck offers sofa seating for 6 on comfortable leather sofas plus additional seating for 2 on armchairs - perfect for you to relax and watch the large flat screen TV. There are also a selection of board games in the cabinet under the TV. 

The second master bedroom with its wonderful views over the pool deck has been furnished with and a king sized bed, matching nightstand, chest of drawers with LCD cable TV above & a built-in wardrobe.

The connecting en-suite bathroom has a walk-in double shower, single vanity sink, WC and also serves as the pool bathroom. 

This bedroom features a king sized bed with matching nightstands, chest of drawers with LCD cable TV above & built-in wardrobe.

The adjoined Jack & Jill bathroom provides an ensuite bathroom once everyone has gone to bed.

The Jack & Jill bathroom serves as an ensuite bathroom for master bedroom #3 and during the day as a family bathroom to the ground floor living space and features a bath with shower over, single vanity and WC. 

The games room is equipped with a variety of activities for all ages and interest. With a pool table, air hockey & table foosball - you will never have to complain that there is nothing to do.

We also provide some tennis racquets for you to use on the tennis courts next door.

The large pool with north-east facing deck and has 4 sun loungers for your sunbathing comfort and a patio table with 6 chairs under the shady covered lanai.

For your relaxation after a hard day at the theme parks, why not indulge yourself in the bubbling built-in spa ?

All doors leading to the pool are alarmed to alert you when small children wander onto the unsupervised pool deck so you know your children are safe.

For the ultimate in alfresco dining experience, we can provide a gas BBQ for $58/week - please request this in the booking form and we will ensure a clean BBQ with tools and full gas bottle is delivered to the villa.

On the landing, there is a large open plan loft area which has wrap around sofa seating for 4 people around a LCD cable TV.

There is also a round card playing table with seating for 4 card players.

The large master bedroom with it’s wonderful views over the pool deck has been furnished with a king sized bed, matching nightstands, chest of drawers with LCD cable TV above, 1 arm chair & a walk-in wardrobe.

The connecting ensuite bathroom has a large walk-in double shower, his & hers sinks and WC. 

This bedroom comes equipped with 2 twin beds with a shared nightstand & lamp. There is access to Jack & Jill Bathroom #4 immediately outside the room.

The Jack & Jill bathroom serves both bedrooms #4 & the loft area & features a bath with shower over, single vanity and WC. 

This bunk bedroom comes equipped with a bunk bed with 2 twin sized beds with a single nightstand & a built in wardrobe. Within the room we also have a chest of drawers with a LCD cable TV above. There is also access to shared Jack & Jill Bathroom #5.

The Jack & Jill bathroom serves both bedrooms #5 & #6 and features a bath with shower over, single vanity and WC. 

The laundry facilites located in a cupboard adjacent to the master bedroom, provides a washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron for your convenience - enabling you to keep your luggage light so there is plenty of room for all those bargain designer clothes from the excellent local outlet malls.

We provide free high speed DSL WiFi internet access throughout the villa and pool deck.

We can provide rental baby equipment such as a cot (crib) & highchair. Please request these items in the booking form if required and the owner will advise you of the rental cost based on the length of your stay.

Please note that we do not provide bedding for the cot (crib) due to strict Florida hygiene laws, which isn't normally an issue as most parents usually prefer to bring their own.

No need to get stressed on arrival - our villa has a key box, so if you are delayed at the airport, you can get into the villa anytime of the day or night - no need to travel miles out of your way in unfamiliar territory to collect keys - just pull up on the drive, tap in the code and your holiday can begin !!

Our villa is maintained by a very responsive and friendly management company located close to resort. This ensures that all our guests receive the most efficient, friendly and personal service 24/7.

We prefer payment in US DOLLARS, however if you request a quote in BRITISH POUNDS and you decide to book, you will be advised that the prices will be converted into US DOLLARS where you will have the opportunity to review the US DOLLAR prices and if happy, accept them before proceeding with the online booking.

The villa is next door to the clubhouse with community pool, fitness centre, table tennis, sand volleyball and tennis courts.

The ChampionsGate village shops, supermarket and many restaurants & bars are only a 5-minute car journey away off ChampionsGate Blvd.

There is also the Berry Town Centre just 10 minutes up the US27 where you will find even more shops, bars & restaurants to choose from and a Walmart another 10 minutes further north on the US27.

Posner Park with its excellent selection of shops and IMAX cinema is just a 10-minute drive away down the US27.

A great selection of restaurants on the US192 is only a 15-minute drive away and very cheap if no one wants to drive using UBER.
