The luxurious extended pool deck south facing with 28' x 14' pool and spa offers pleasant views and perfect way to sunbathe and relax in the evening warmth of the Florida climate. The pool area is provided with a table & chairs with fanl/light above 10 sun-loungers and folding parasol available for your enjoyment and comfort.

The pool can be heated for an additional daily charge (recommended from October to April) but for those really hot days of summer, you can keep cool as you sip iced drinks in the spa or by the pool.

The removable toddler screen is provided to prevent small children wandering into the unsupervised pool plus a pool-door alarm so you know your children are safe.

For the ultimate in alfresco dining experience, we have provided a free gas BBQ for use by the poolside. Please note that replacement gas refills are not included but can be purchased cheaply from the local gas station.

As you first enter the luxurious villa, you first see the spacious contemporary styled living room with comfortable seating with the dining area located to the rear of the room.

The formal dining area is located adjacent to the living room and has a large glass top dining table with seating for up to 8 diners and is beautifully set out for those special dining occasions.

The spacious contemporary styled family room is comfortably furnished with ceiling fan to allow our guests to relax watching TV or a film on the 58" LCD HD Smart TV with streaming facilities also Nintendo switch and XBox games console. 

The large newly refitted open plan kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances with all the mod cons to make your holiday as relaxing as possible. Amenities include integrated oven and hob with touch controls, waste disposal, fridge/freezer with ice & water dispenser, microwave, dishwasher, filter and Keurig coffee maker, food processor, crockery, cutlery and a toaster. All that's needed is the food and drink !!

The breakfast nook set in a bay window looking out onto the lanai and pool area and provides seating for 4 with breakfast bar.

The laundry room provides a washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board, iron for your convenience - leave space in your luggage for all those cheap designer clothes you are likely to purchase !!

This bedroom comes equipped with a queen sized bed with matching nightstands and chest of drawers with mirror above. Within the room, we also have a 27" LCD HD TV with streaming facilities, alarm clock radio, ceiling fan and large built-in wardrobe.

This shared bathroom on the ground floor features a single vanity unit with hair dryer, bath with shower over and WC.

The newly updated games room is equipped with Air conditioning and a variety of activities for all ages and interests. With a 48" LCD TV with streaming facilities, slate bed pool table, and air hockey - you will never have to complain that there is nothing to do.

This wonderful contemporary styled room is furnished with a King bed with matching furnishings with a ceiling fan and provides a large walk-in closet and ample drawer space. This room is special and has its own 50" LCD HD TV with streaming facilities mounted from the ceiling and an alarm clock radio.

The adjoining ensuite bathroom has his & hers vanity units, a large bath, a separate walk-in shower unit and a separate WC cubicle. There is also a hairdryer in the vanity unit.

This contemporary styled room contains another king sized bed, with matching furniture with a ceiling fan which makes this a very comfortable room. In addition, there is a large walk-in closet, a 32" LCD HD TV with streaming facilities, cordless telephone and alarm clock radio.

The adjoining ensuite bathroom, with single vanity unit, WC, walk-in shower and hairdryer. 

This Mickey & Minnie themed bedroom features twin sized beds with matching shared nightstand, chest of drawers with 27" LCD HD TV with streaming facilities,  built-in wardrobe and ceiling fan.

This contemporary styled bedroom features a bunk bed (twin over full size) with a matching shared nightstand, chest of drawers with 24" LCD HD TV with streaming facilities, built-in wardrobe and fan.

This bedroom comes equipped with a queen sized bed with matching nightstands and chest of drawers with mirror above. Within the room, we also have a 27" LCD HD TV with streaming facilities, alarm clock radio, ceiling fan and large walk-in wardrobe.

This shared bathroom features his & hers vanity units with hair dryer , bath with shower over and separate WC cubicle.

We provide free high-speed (350Mbs) DSL WiFi internet access throughout the villa and pool deck. Just bring your own laptop, tablet or smartphone to connect to the internet and email.

Local & long-distance telephone calls are included - calling card required for international calls.

For the little ones, we have provided a pack & play cot, a highchair, stroller, baby bath and stair guards.

Please note that we do not provide bedding for the cot (crib) due to hygiene reasons and that parents usually prefer to bring their own.

No need to get stressed on arrival - our villa has an electronic keyless entry system, so if you are delayed at the airport, you can get into the villa anytime of the day or night - no need to travel miles out of your way in unfamiliar territory to collect keys - just pull up on the drive, tap in the numerical code provided and your holiday can begin !!

Our villa is maintained by a very responsive and friendly management company located close to resort. This ensures that all our guests receive the most efficient, friendly and personal service 24/7.

It is approximately a 13-minute walk to the excellent resort clubhouse and enormous zero entry community pool, water slides, large in-ground spa, kiddies splash pool, tennis courts, sand volleyball, tiki bar and loads more.
