The pool faces east onto the seventh fairway and green of Highlands Reserve Golf Course with no rear neighbours. We have provided sun loungers and a patio table with 6 chairs for your comfort.

For toddler safety, the pool has a removable safety fence to prevent young children from falling onto the pool when unattended.

The pool can be heated for an additional charge (recommended from November to March).

A rental gas BBQ can be provided at extra cost - please request this in the booking form if needed and we can provide you with the cost.

The family room is adjacent to the kitchen and features a large LCD TV with DVD, full cable and a leather sofa with seating for up to 7.

A selection of books are also available for your entertainment.

The dining room has seating for up to 6 and is located next to the kitchen in a separate room.

The large recently replaced fully-equipped kitchen with side-by-side refrigerator with ice & water dispenser, large oven & hob, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, juice maker, waste disposer, crockery, cutlery and even an electric can opener.

The breakfast nook overlooks the pool and has seating for up to 4 around the round breakfast table plus 2 more bar stools at the breakfast bar.

The games room comes with a pool table, dart board and two bicycles for your use.

Located opposite the stairs on the ground floor and is equipped with a single vanity and WC.

The laundry room is fitted with washer, dryer, iron and ironing board.

The large master bedroom has fantastic views over the pool and golf course. It has a king size bed, ceiling fan, walk-in wardrobe with floor safe, wall-mounted LCD TV, and ample storage. 

The ensuite bathroom has a large bath, a large walk-in shower cubicle, twin vanity units either side of the bath, and a separate WC. We have also provided a hair dryer.

The family room situated on the first floor is bright with comfortable seating for 6. A large LCD TV, DVD player and Nintendo Wii games console are available for your entertainment.

The second master bedroom has a queen size bed, ceiling fan, wall mounted LCD TV, wardrobe, chest of drawers with large mirror and ensuite bathroom with bath and shower over, hair dryer, single vanity unit, WC and linen cupboard.

There are two twin bedrooms located upstairs. Each room includes an LCD TV, ceiling fan and a large built-in wardrobe.

This bedroom with views over the front gardens features a queen sized double bed, ceiling fan, wall mounted LCD TV and a large built in wardrobe.

There are a further two family bathrooms upstairs with vanity unit, a bath with shower over, WC and hair dryer.

These bathrooms are conveniently located to serve bedrooms 3, 4 and 5.

We provide free high-speed DSL WiFi internet access throughout the villa and pool deck. Just bring your own laptop, tablet or smartphone to connect to internet and email.

No need to get stressed on arrival - our villa has a key box, so if you are delayed at the airport, you can get into the villa anytime of the day or night - no need to travel miles out of your way in unfamiliar territory to collect keys - just pull up on the drive, tap in the code and your holiday can begin !!

The property is protected by security lighting and intruder alarm. The intruder alarm is monitored by a call station with connection to the emergency services if activated.

Our villa is maintained by a very responsive and friendly management company located on Highlands Reserve. This ensures that all our guests receive the most efficient, friendly and personal service 24/7.

It's a 20 - 25 minute walk to Berry Town Center where you will find a Publix with a gas station, Applebee's restaurant, IHOP restaurant, Chinese takeaway, English bar/fish & chips shop, Irish bar, Pizzeria, Thai & Japanese restaurants, bank and more... 

Across the road from Berry Town are Giovannis's Pizzeria & Grill, Starbucks, McDonalds, Chipotle Mexican Grill, Wendy's, CVS Pharmacy, and Dollar Discount Store.

There is also a 24-hour WalMart Superstore just a 10-minute drive up the US27, or if you travel 9 miles you will find an ALDI store on the US192 which is considerably cheaper than Publix or Walmart.

On the US192 you will find a great selection of popular restaurants within a 15-minute drive including the excellent Manny's Chophouse, Olive Garden, Bahama Breeze, Millers Alehouse, Texas Roadhouse, Joe's Crab Shack, Carrabba's, TGI Fridays, Bonefish Grill and loads more...

The Highlands Reserve Golf Course Club House is a five minute walk from the property.
