We all had a fantastic time in Florida, it was made even better by your excellent villa. I can't thank you enough for the service you have provided, the location was close to everything and the Highland Reserve complex was lovely. The instructions and directions you supplied were great. We had a wonderful stay at 142 Birkdale Street at the end of May into June this year, its a lovely spacious villa and Highlands Reserve its a great place to stay. There were 11 of us in total, 7 Adults, 3 children and our baby, the villa was plenty big enough for all of us. The children really enjoyed the pool and the games room, the villa was spotless and well maintained. Can't wait to visit again! -

Family holiday with four couples staying at the villa. The Highland Reserve estate is lovely and it was great just walking around the estate every morning for a bit of exercise. Extremely well equipped, very clean and spacious home. There were plenty of towels for everyone and having the washer/dryer made life simple. House was a short drive away from theme parks and within walking distance of grocery stores. Definite plus was golf course location for the male members of the party who enjoyed a round at the course. Will definitely recommend to family/friends and wouldn’t hesitate to book the villa again on our next trip to Florida. If interested in a bit of advice – a couple of sets of reasonably priced golf clubs would go down a treat and would be an additional great selling feature . Linda -

We truly enjoyed the house and pool. Lots of towels was a great positive as there were 8 of us. The house itself was wonderful and the owner very good. Issues the people before us left their garbage and didn't sort it properly so I had to go out and do this, the garage door was dented (not sure how that happened as it was very high and we were afraid of being blamed for the damage even though we didn't notice it until the third day we were there), there was a broom to sweep the floors but the handle was broken so very hard to use and there were no dish cloths to wash dishes but we improvised. The house was a great size for all of us and being on the golf course was a very big plus for my dad as he golfed and enjoyed the experience there. I would go back there - the few issues were not a game changer.Sondra, Thank you very much for your feedback. I will follow up on these few issues. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves at your villa and thought that the first floor lounge with the TV/DVD and comfortable settee was a good idea when there are two or more families. As others have mentioned the villa is within walking distance to the shops, bars and restaurants at Berry village which is very favourable compared to other villa's we have visited which were many miles from "civilisation". We also had a telephone call and visit from Helen who works for the management company, she was extremely helpful and even loaned us two sets of golf clubs which saved us a considerable amount in rental charges. The local golf course is very good and well maintained although I found the greens very fast and true but that is probably because coming from Glasgow and living in Lancashire I have only ever known wet soggy greens and courses. -

6th time renting in the Davenport area and the first at 142 Birkdale. Highland Reserve is a central area to Disney, shopping, restaurants, and golf is just steps away! The house is equipped with all amenities for an enjoyable vacation, comfortable beds, and recently renovated throughout. Although we were only a family of three this house is also ideal for two families, grandparents, etc. Alex (home owner) was very attentive to our needs and responded promptly to our enquiries. We would recommend this property for your vacation and will be scheduling another visit in 2013. -

We had a very nice stay in your home. It was just as pictured and perfect for our situation. My three granddaughters loved coming back from Disney each day and swimming in the pool. On the one afternoon it rained they enjoyed the game room. It was very neat and clean (and we left it that way). -

Hi Just to inform you that our stay in your lovely, newly up-dated villa on the 18th to 28th July 2012 was brilliant. The house was very spacious with plenty of drawers and hanging space for our belongings. Well kitted out with towels and kitchen equipment and plenty of toilet facilities. We loved being able to use the pool area for both swimming and relaxing and although we didn't use the communal pool and play area, it was only a short walk away from the house. My husband played golf and said it was a great course with lovely views around the area. It was nice to have a sitting room up-stairs with a large sofa to sit and relax, watch t.v., or play computer games, when others were watching t.v. in the family room down-stairs. We also used the games room for a game of pool and darts etc. We found the location of the house to be well situated from the super-market and restaurants in the area and we visited three theme parks which were just a short drive away on well sign-posted roads. There were seven of us who stayed at this villa. A family of four and a family of three. We had an excellent time and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The villa was lovely and the location was convenient for the various parks. The facilities were more than adequate with a lot of lovely touches to enhance our stay. My friend and I played three rounds of golf on Highlands Reserve golf course and was very enjoyable. We had the pool heated and the children were always in the pool day and night. We would thoroughly recommend this villa to future holiday makers.
