As you enter the villa you are greeted with a fabulous tiled hallway leading off to the dining room on the right. The hallway then leads to the spacious family room & kitchen beyond.

The dining area off the entrance hallway overlooks the front gardens and offers a large table and comfortable seating for 6. For your entertainment, there is a stereo CD/radio.

The comfortably furnished room with direct access & views to pool deck offers ample seating for you to relax and watch the large LCD HD cable TV with DVD player.

Large sliding patio doors give access to our private screened pool with oversized pool deck - where you can relax under the lanai and enjoy breakfast and evening meals while enjoying the spectacular sunsets over the conservation woodland.

Luxury kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances has all the amenities including dishwasher, stove with oven, microwave, refrigerator & freezer with automatic water and ice dispenser, waste disposal, coffee maker, blender, toaster & kettle.

The pleasant breakfast nook with 3-way views overlooks the pool deck and conservation views beyond. There is a heart-shaped table and 4 chairs plus and additional 2 bar stools at the breakfast bar.

The large master bedroom with its wonderful views & private access onto the pool deck has been furnished with a king-sized bed, matching nightstands, chest of drawers, walk-in wardrobe, wall mounted LCD cable TV, alarm clock and ceiling fan.

The connecting spacious ensuite bathroom has a Roman bath, a large walk-in double shower, his & hers sinks and separate WC. We also provide a hairdryer.

This bedroom is furnished with a queen-sized bed and matching nightstands, chest of drawers with wall-mounted mirror over, LCD cable TV and built-in wardrobe.

This bathroom adjacent to bedroom #2 serves as the pool bathroom as well as serving the family room. There is a bath with shower over, built-in sink unit & WC.

A door leads out onto the pool deck.

This bedroom features a queen-sized bed, matching nightstands, chest of drawers, built-in wardrobe, ceiling fan and wall-mounted LCD cable TV.

This bedroom is furnished with 2 twin beds, matching nightstand, chest of drawers with LCD cable TV above, ceiling fan and built-in wardrobe.

This bedroom is also furnished with 2 twin beds, matching nightstand, chest of drawers with wall mounted mirror over, LCD cable TV & DVD player, ceiling fan and built-in wardrobe.

The third family bathroom located adjacent to bedrooms 3,4 & 5 has a bath with shower over, WC and single vanity unit.

The laundry room provides washing machine and separate tumble dryer, ironing board and steam iron.  All high quality towels and bed linen, including towels for the pool, are provided for your stay.

The large pool with south-west facing deck has fantastic open views over conservation woodland.  We have provided 7 sun loungers for your sunbathing comfort and a patio table with 6 chairs under the shady covered lanai with ceiling fan, plus an additional patio table with parasol and 2 chairs on the pool deck.

For your relaxation after a hard day at the theme parks, why not indulge yourself in the bubbling built-in spa ?

The removable toddler screen is provided to prevent small children wandering into the unsupervised pool so you know your children are safe.

We provide free high speed DSL WiFi internet access throughout the villa and pool deck.

We can provide rental baby equipment such as a cot (crib) & highchair. Please request these items in the booking form if required and the owner will advise you of the rental cost based on the length of your stay.

Please note that we do not provide bedding for the cot (crib) due to strict Florida hygiene laws, which isn't normally an issue as most parents usually prefer to bring their own.

No need to get stressed on arrival - our villa has an electronic keyless entry system, so if you are delayed at the airport, you can get into the villa anytime of the day or night - no need to travel miles out of your way in unfamiliar territory to collect keys - just pull up on the drive, tap in the numerical code provided and your holiday can begin !!

Our home features a fully monitored alarm & smoke detector system for your security and peace of mind.

We also provide a safe for your valuables.

Our villa is maintained by a very responsive and friendly management company located close by. This ensures that all our guests receive the most efficient, friendly and personal service 24/7.

In place of a security deposit, we charge a one-off $75 non-refundable insurance premium in addition to the rental costs quoted on the website. On confirming a booking we will add the premium to the money owed and advise of this by email.

We prefer payment in US DOLLARS, however if you request a quote in BRITISH POUNDS and you decide to book, you will be advised that the prices will be converted into US DOLLARS where you will have the opportunity to review the US DOLLAR prices and if happy, accept them before proceeding with the online booking.

It's a 20 - 25 minutes walk to Berry Town Center where you will find a Publix with a gas station, Applebee's restaurant, IHOP restaurant, Chinese takeaway, English bar & fish & chips shop, Irish bar, Pizzeria, Thai & Japanese restaurants, bank and more... 

Across the road from Berry Town is a large CVS Pharmacy & Dollar discount store.

There is also a 24hr WalMart Superstore just 10 minutes drive up the US27, or if you travel 13 miles south on the US27 you will find an ALDI store.

On the US192 you will find a great selection of popular restaurants within a 15-minute drive including the excellent Manny's Chophouse, Olive Garden, Bahama Breeze, Millers Alehouse, Texas Roadhouse, Joe's Crab Shack, Carrabba's, TGI Fridays, Bonefish Grill and loads more...
