As you enter the villa you are greated with a fabulous tiled hallway leading off to the dining room on the left and then the spacious living room. The hallway then leads onto the spacious open plan kitchen & family room beyond.

This beautifully decorated room with lovely views over the front garden offers a large dining table with 6 chairs and is ideal for large parties and formal dining. There is a direct access through to the kitchen

As you enter the villa you find the living room with 2 sofas with seating for up to 6. A great place to relax away from the lively pool area.

Leading on from the living room is the luxury kitchen has all the amenities including dishwasher, stove with oven, microwave, refrigerator & freezer with automatic water and ice dispenser, waste disposal, coffee maker, blender, toaster & kettle.

Adjacent to the kitchen is the pleasant breakfast nook with 3 way views overlooking the pool deck and conservation views beyond. There is a round glass table and 4 comfortable wicker chairs plus and additional 4 wicker bar stools at the breakfast bar.

The comfortably furnished room with direct access & views to pool deck offers ample seating for you to relax and watch the large LCD HD TV with DVD player.

The Master 1 bedroom has an oak framed king-sized bed with matching nightstands, chest of drawers, walk-in wardrobe, bedside cabinets, and ceiling fan.

There is a separate sitting area with direct access to the pool deck, which features a sofa & LCD cable TV.

The en-suite features a large Jacuzzi corner bath, "his & hers" sinks with large mirrors over, separate toilet, oversized walk-in shower and hairdryer.

This bedroom features a queen sized bed with matching nightstand, chest of drawers, built-in wardrobe, ceiling fan & LCD TV.

This bathroom serves as the pool bathroom as well as serving the family room. There is a large walk-in shower, built-in sink unit & WC.

This bedroom comes equipped with 2 x twin sized beds with a matching shared nightstand, chest of drawers, LCD cable TV and a large built-in wardrobe

Both bedrooms 3 & 4 are served by the remaining family bathroom (between the bedrooms). There is a bath with shower over, WC and built-in sink unit.

The large pool with a southwest facing deck has fantastic conservation woodland views.  We have provided 4 sun loungers for your sunbathing comfort and a patio table with 4 chairs under the shady covered lanai with a ceiling fan.

For your relaxation after a hard day at the theme parks, why not indulge yourself in the bubbling built-in spa ?

To prevent small children from wandering into the unsupervised pool there are pool-door alarms so you know your children are safe.

For the ultimate in alfresco dining experience, we can provide a gas BBQ for $68/week - please request this in the booking form and we will ensure a clean BBQ with tools and full gas bottle is delivered to the villa.

We provide free high speed DSL WiFi internet access throughout the villa and pool deck.

We can provide rental baby equipment such as a cot (crib) & highchair. Please request these items in the booking form if required and the owner will advise you of the rental cost based on the length of your stay.

Please note that we do not provide bedding for the cot (crib) due to strict Florida hygiene laws, which isn't normally an issue as most parents usually prefer to bring their own.

All towels and linens are provided although we do ask that no linens be removed from the house. If you plan on travelling to the beach on either coastline, please bring your own beach towels or purchase them locally for very little money.

No need to get stressed on arrival - our villa has a key box, so if you are delayed at the airport, you can get into the villa anytime of the day or night - no need to travel miles out of your way in unfamiliar territory to collect keys - just pull up on the drive, tap in the code and your holiday can begin !!
