Our vacation condo comes complete wth everything you need to make your stay comfortable.  Our home has the following:-

• 1 Twin Bedroom with TV/DVD combi
• Family Bathroom with bath tub (shower over), single vanity unit and WC
• Bed linens and towels are provided (except baby linens)
• Fully equipped Kitchen
• Pack N Play, Highchair and Stroller
• Secure WiFi connection (at no extra charge)
• Washer and Dryer, Hairdryers, Iron, Ironing Board and other household appliances
• Air conditioning throughout (and ceiling fans to all rooms)

Our top floor condo features 3 Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms and is furnished and decorated to a very high standard with all the comforts of home. There is an elevator in the block to enable easy access to our condo.

As you enter our condo, you will find the laundry facility cupboard immediately to your right. Next, the kitchen is further along the hallway on the right. The hallways then open out into the open plan dining area and family room.

Our kitchen has a refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, cooker with microwave, sink with waste disposal unit, coffee maker, toaster.

We provide a full range of crockery, cutlery, glassware, pots and pans - everything you need for a home from home experience.  

There is also a hot water tank and sundries cupboard within the kitchen area.

This area has an arched opening to the kitchen and there is an extendable dining table with chairs for 4 - 6 persons.  This table can be used for work or play as well as dining.

Our family room has comfortable sofas a coffee table and TV unit with video and DVD player.  A selection of books, DVD's and board games will be found in the unit storage.  There is also a radio with CD player to listen to your favourite music or radio station.

A sliding door gives access to the west facing balcony where we have a small table together with four chairs for that evening refreshment whilst enjoying the sunset or, if you are up early enough, seeing the hot air balloons drifting by.

This bedroom features a king-sized bed, nightstands, lamps, clock/radio, telephone, LCD cable TV, mirrored chest of drawers.  There is a large walk-in closet where for your convenience you will find a Pack N Play, Highchair and Stroller for your little one.

The ensuite shower room has a large shower cubicle, single vanity unit with basin, WC and there is also a hairdryer.

This room has a dual aspect and features a queen-sized bed, chest of drawers, nightstands, lamp, clock/radio, TV/DVD combo and a large built-in closet.

This family bathroom is located between bedrooms #2 and #3 and has a bathtub with shower over, single vanity unit and basin including a hairdryer and WC.

Bedroom 3 has Disney accents, 2 twin beds, chest of drawers, nightstand, lamp, TV / DVD combi & built-in closet.

The laundry facilities located in a cupboard off the entrance foyer provides a washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron for your convenience - enabling you to keep your luggage light so there is plenty of room for all those bargain designer clothes from the excellent local outlet malls.

All towels and linens are provided although we do ask that no linens be removed from the house. If you plan on travelling to the beach on either coastline, please bring your own beach towels or purchase them locally for very little money.

We provide a Pack N Play cot (crib), highchair & stroller - if you require any extra equipment, our management company can provide this for a small additional fee.

Please note that we do not provide bedding for the cot (crib) due to hygiene reasons and that parents usually prefer to bring their own.

We provide an extra foldaway bed suitable for a young person, together with linens, and also a bed rail which can be fitted to one of the twin beds for the safety of a young child. This can be found in the closet in bedroom 3.

We provide free high-speed DSL WiFi internet access throughout the villa and pool deck. Just bring your own laptop, tablet or smartphone to connect to the internet and email.

A telephone located in the family room offers free local telephone calls.

No need to get stressed on arrival - our condo has an electronic keyless entry system, so if you are delayed at the airport, you can get into the villa any time of the day or night - no need to travel miles out of your way in unfamiliar territory to collect keys - just pull up on the drive, tap in the numerical code provided and your holiday can begin !!

Approximately a 2 minutes walk to the excellent resort clubhouse and community pool.
