Your vacation villa has four bedrooms all with ensuite bathrooms and is equipped with all the comforts of home but comes with the convenience of being situated less than two miles from Disney World.

As you enter the villa you are greated with a fabulous tiled hallway with tray ceiling leading off to bedrooms 2 & 3 to the left. The hallway then leads onto the spacious open plan dining & living room beyond.

The comfortably furnished room with direct access & views to pool deck offers ample seating for you to relax and watch the 50" Flat Screen Plasma HDTV with DVD Player and PlayStation games console.

This beautifully decorated room is adjacent to the kitchen with views onto the pool deck and offers a large dining table with 6 chairs and is ideal for large parties and formal dining.

Fully equipped kitchen with full selection of crockery, cookware and utensils. All counter tops have been upgraded to granite. Quality GE kitchen appliances including a microwave, fridge with ice maker, ceramic top range, dishwasher and food disposal unit.

The breakfast bar has 4 bar stools and is a great place for the kids to eat.

The master bedroom with its wonderful views over the pool deck through sliding patio doors has been furnished with a king-sized bed with a soft pillow-top mattress, a built-in wardrobe, LCD HD TV with a DVD player.

The connecting ensuite bathroom has a double walk-in shower, single vanity and WC. We also provide a hair dryer.

The second master bedroom with views over the front gardens has a king sized bed with pillow top mattress, LCD HD TV with DVD player, and built-in wardrobe.

The ensuite bathroom with bath with shower over, single vanity and WC. We have also provided a hair dryer.

This Mickey themed bedroom comes equipped with 2 x twin sized beds with a matching nightstand. Within the room we also have a LCD HD TV with DVD and built-in wardrobe.

The ensuite bathroom with double walk-in shower, single vanity and WC.

This Disney Princess themed bedroom comes equipped with twin sized beds with a matching nightstand, LCD HD TV with DVD and built-in wardrobe.

The Jack & Jill bathroom serves both bedrooms 4 and main living space and features a bath with shower over, single vanity and WC. 

The games room is equipped with a variety of activities for all ages and interests. With a 7' pool table, air hockey, little ones' play area & basketball arcade chute - you will never have to complain that there is nothing to do

The laundry facility is located in the garage and provides a large capacity washer and dryer, ironing board and iron for your convenience - enabling you to keep your luggage light so there is plenty of room for all those bargain designer clothes from the excellent local outlet malls.

The large 14' x 28' pool with an attractive paver brick deck includes 4 sun loungers for your sun bathing comfort and a patio table with 6 chairs under the shady covered lanai with a ceiling fan.

For your relaxation after a hard day at the theme parks, why not indulge yourself in the bubbling built-in spa ?

The removable toddler screen is provided to prevent small children from wandering into the unsupervised pool plus a pool-door alarm so you know your children are safe.

For the ultimate in alfresco dining experience, we can provide a gas BBQ for $50/week - please request this in the booking form and we will ensure a clean BBQ with tools and full gas bottle is delivered to the villa.

We provide a computer with free high speed DSL WiFi internet access throughout the villa and pool deck.

We provide a pack & play cot (crib) and highchair.

All towels and linens are provided although we do ask that no linens be removed from the house. If you plan on travelling to the beach on either coastline, please bring your own beach towels or purchase them locally for very little money.

No need to get stressed on arrival - our villa has an electronic keypad entry system, so if you are delayed at the airport, you can get into the villa anytime of the day or night - no need to travel miles out of your way in unfamiliar territory to collect keys - just pull up on the drive, tap in the 6 digit code and your holiday can begin !!

Our villa is maintained by a very responsive and friendly management company located close to the resort. This ensures that all our guests receive the most efficient, friendly and personal service 24/7.

Please note that we only accept bookings from Saturday to Saturday

Our home features a fully monitored alarm & smoke detector system for your security and peace of mind.

We also provide a safe for your valuables.

We prefer payment in US DOLLARS, however if the booking has been made in BRITISH POUNDS we will convert into US Dollars at the prevailing rate, at the time of booking.
