The comfortably furnished living room with direct access & views to pool deck offers ample seating for you to relax and watch the large TV/DVD or play on the PlayStation games console. There is also a Bose docking station for you to plug in your iPod and enjoy your favourite tunes.

The kitchen is adjacent to the living room and is fully equipped for all your culinary needs. There is a large cooker with oven and four top rings. There is a microwave, a dishwasher and a large fridge/freezer with water/ice dispenser. Everything you could possibly need has been provided including cutlery, crockery, glassware and poolware for 8 people. All cooking pots and pans are also provided. The breakfast bar island unit with 2 bar stools is a real hit for the kids at breakfast time.

This bedroom is located to the front of the villa with views over the front landscaping and is equipped with a queen bed. For storage, the bedroom has a large built-in wardrobe and a chest of drawers and wall mounted flat screen cable TV.

The Jack 'n' Jill bathroom adjacent to bedroom 4 (shared with living space) provides a a washbasin, toilet and bath with shower over and hairdryer.

The garage has been converted into a games Room equipped with a variety of activities for all ages and interest. With a pool table, air hockey, table foosball and basketball game - you will never have to complain that there is nothing to do.

Laundry facilities are located in the garage providing a washing machine, tumble drier, ironing board and iron, washing your clothes while on holiday is made easy.

The large private pool deck with 30’ x 15’ pool & spa plus wonderful conservation views with no rear neighbours ensures that sun worshippers are able to keep their tan topped up, as the sun is most of the deck from sunrise to sunset. The shady porch offers welcome relief from the Florida sun for those of a more delicate disposition. With 5 sun-loungers, there are plenty of beds to go around.

For your relaxation after a hard day at the theme parks, why not endulge yourself in the bubbling built-in spa ?

There is a patio table with parasol & 4 chairs on the deck. In addition, under the shady porch, we provide a large table seating 6 comfortably for those alfresco dining experiences.

Toddler pool safety fence ensures safety for the very young. This can be removed subject to you feeling confident about safety around the open pool.

For the ultimate in alfresco dining experience, we can provide a gas BBQ for $45/week - please request this in the booking form and we will ensure a clean BBQ with tools and full gas bottle is delivered to the villa.

Master 1 bedroom is located upstairs and has been furnished to a high standard with king sized bed, sitting area, dual aspect views and wall mounted flat screen cable TV. There is a large walk-in closet which has a hanging space and there is ample drawer-space for all your holiday clothes in the main bedroom area.

The ensuite bathroom offers his & hers washbasins, separate toilet, walk-in shower and hairdryer.

This bedroom has matching Star Wars themed twin beds and wall mounted flat screen TV. There is a walk-in closet which has a hanging space and there is ample drawer-space for all your holiday clothes in the main bedroom area.

The ensuite offers a washbasin, toilet and bath with shower over.

This bedroom has matching Minnie Mouse themed twin beds, built-in wardrobe and a chest of drawers and flat screen cable TV.

The ensuite bathroom offers a washbasin, toilet and bath with shower over.

A cot, high chair and stroller are provided free-of-charge.

We have provided complimentary high speed wireless internet access which you can connect your WiFi equipped laptop to anywhere in the villa or poolside. 

We have also provided a workstation with PC on the landing should you decide not to bring your own laptop.

All towels and linens are provided although we do ask that no linens be removed from the house. If you plan on travelling to the beach on either coastline, please bring your own beach towels or purchase them locally for very little money.

Our villa is maintained by a very responsive and friendly management company located close to resort. This ensures that all our guests receive the most efficient, friendly and personal service 24/7.

It's just a 7 minute walk to the excellent resort clubhouse and community pool.
