As you enter the villa you are greeted with a fabulous tiled living space with dining room on the right and spacious family room in front of you.

This beautifully decorated room with lovely views over the front garden offers a large dining table with 6 chairs and is ideal for large parties and formal dining. There is direct access to the kitchen

The comfortably furnished room with direct access & views to pool deck offers ample seating for you to relax and watch the 58" flatscreen smart TV and DVD player.

Luxury kitchen has all the amenities including dishwasher, stove with oven, microwave, refrigerator & freezer with automatic water and ice dispenser, waste disposal, coffee maker, blender, toaster & kettle.  Plus plenty of utensils and crockery for both inside and outside.

The pleasant breakfast nook with views overlooking the pool deck and conservation views beyond has a glass topped oblong table and 6 chairs.

The laundry room provides a washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron for your convenience - enabling you to keep your luggage light so there is plenty of room for all those bargain designer clothes from the excellent local outlet malls.

The large first master bedroom with it’s wonderful views and private access onto the pool deck has been furnished with a king sized bed, matching nightstands, chest of drawers, walk-in wardrobe, flat screen smart TV and ceiling fan.

The connecting spacious ensuite bathroom has a corner bath, large walk-in double shower, his & hers sinks and separate WC. We also provide a hair dryer.

The large second master bedroom on the opposite side of the villa from master 1 bedroom also has wonderful views and private access onto the pool deck. It has been furnished with a king sized bed, matching nightstands, chest of drawers, built-in wardrobe, flat screen smart TV and ceiling fan.

This bathroom serves as the pool bathroom as well as serving the the 2 twin bedrooms and main living space. There is a bath with shower over, built-in sink unit & WC.

The games room is equipped with a full size (8ft) Proline slate pool table, air hockey and darts board.  Or chillout on the sofas and watch Smart TV or a DVD - you will never have to complain that there is nothing to do.

The large pool and deck is south facing deck.  We have provided sun loungers for your sun bathing comfort and two patio tables with chairs under the shady covered lanai with ceiling fan. Two of the chairs can be used as a sun lounger when combined with the foot stool provided.

For your relaxation after a hard day at the theme parks, why not endulge yourself in the bubbling built-in spa ?

The removable toddler screen is provided to prevent small children wandering into the unsupervised pool so you know your children are safe.

For the ultimate in alfresco dining experience, we can provide a rental gas BBQ for a charge of $90/week - please request this in the booking form and we will ensure a clean BBQ with tools and a full gas bottle is delivered to the villa.

We provide free high speed WiFi internet access throughout the villa and pool deck.

We have tried to include everything a young family could wish for in a holiday home such as a day cot (crib), highchair, stroller, which are all provided free of charge. 

All towels and linens are provided although we do ask that no linens be removed from the house. If you plan on travelling to the beach on either coastline, please bring your own beach towels or purchase them locally for very little money.

No need to get stressed on arrival - our villa has an electronic keypad entry system, so if you are delayed at the airport, you can get into the villa anytime of the day or night - no need to travel miles out of your way in unfamiliar territory to collect keys - just pull up on the drive, tap in the numerical code provided and your holiday can begin !!

Our home features a security alarm & smoke detector system for your security and peace of mind.

Our villa is maintained by a very responsive and friendly management company located close to resort. This ensures that all our guests receive the most efficient, friendly and personal service 24/7.

It is only a 4 minute walk to the Manor resort facilities incluiding onsite communal tennis court, two play areas and another swimming pool all within the secure gated community.

There are lots of restaurants just minutes away for the days you want to put your feet up.  On the other hand if you want to do your own thing and make use of the cooking facilities there are 3 Publix supermarkets just minutes away in 3 directions.  There is also a Walmart superstore just 10 minutes away.
