Our villa is located on a quiet, secluded estate, just off the highway 27, within a 15-minute drive of Disney, directly on an 18 hole, par 72 golf course. Just a short walk from the clubhouse, putting green, driving range, tennis courts and community pool.

There is an abundance of citrus and pine trees around the estate which makes taking a walk a pleasure. The house is very secluded and the private pool and spa face conservation land, making it a quiet peaceful place to relax and enjoy the sun.

Enter the house and from the impressive hallway, look up towards the soaring cathedral ceilings and enjoy the wonderful feeling of space. Enter the lounge and you will experience the 'WOW' factor as you see the stairs leading up to the loft/lounge media room.

The design of the house is unique for this reason. The great room is designed to relax in with a sumptuous sofa and chaise suite, an occasional armchair and an additional sofa to complete the seating arrangements.

There is a large plasma TV to make the most of the large space and through the floor to ceiling windows, right up to the loft lounge, look through to the sparkling pool. The whole ground floor has had a brand new wood flooring laid.

The master bedroom with queen sized bed and king size co-ordinating bedding is decorated with a striking wallpapered feature wall. It is situated on the ground floor, entered from grand double doors from the lounge. There is a very spacious walk-in-closet/wardrobe and an LCD cable TV. It is furnished with modern white  wicker bedroom furniture 

There is a large ensuite bathroom with an oval bath, walk-in shower and his and her hand basins. We also provide a hairdryer, straightening irons & hot brush.

The well equipped utility room with various laundry accessories. Here we have also provided pool towels (no need to bring your own) tennis racquets and a few golf clubs. 

The utility room leads into the converted garage which is now a games room equipped with a full-size pool table, football table, air hockey table & magnetic darts - This room has been decorated with a sports theme.

Located next to the laundry room and is equipped with a single vanity and WC

Large patio doors with fitted child safety alarms, lead from the side of the great room onto the screened, covered patio/lanai which has a ceiling fan to keep you cool while you enjoy your alfresco meals at the table with 6 chairs and adjoining bar.

There is an oversized east-facing pool deck surrounding the pool and spa with 4 padded sun loungers plus 2 more reclining loungers to relax in and the pool area is surrounded by landscaped gardens with attractive plants, flowers and tropical hibiscus. It is also fenced on both sides to provide total privacy.

For the ultimate in alfresco dining experience, we can provide a gas BBQ for $85/week - please request this in the booking form and we will ensure a clean BBQ with tools and full gas bottle is delivered to the villa.

There is also a George Foreman electic grill for further alfresco dining.

Up the attractive staircase, take a minute to view the downstairs lounge from the galleried landing and relax in the loft/lounge media room which has been decorated with a golf theme.

Here there is an attractive armoire housing the 31" LCD cable TV & DVD. A separate shelving unit houses the CD stereo system. There are comfortable Caribbean wicker chairs to relax in, a large king size sofa, all making a comfortable second lounge.

The computer desk makes it easy for you to use your laptop and enjoy free internet access.

For extra privacy, we have added an attractive Japanese room divider.

The third bedroom is furnished with twin beds which can be made up into a double and is decorated in an attractive pale lime and also features a large built-in wardrobe/closet, LCD cable TV & ceiling fan. There is also a hairdryer

Adjoining these two bedrooms is a bathroom which has been updated for 2017, with a contemporary glass shower screen and updated decor. There is  a bath with shower over and an attractive vanity unit with washbasin. We also provide a hairdryer.

We provide free high speed DSL WiFi internet access throughout the villa and pool deck.

We have tried to include everything a young family could wish for in a holiday home such as a cot (crib) with bedding, highchair, stroller/pushchair, 2 car seats (one for a baby and one for a toddler up to 5 yrs), stairgate, which are all provided free of charge.

In addition, there is a moveable fold-up single bed which can be moved into any bedroom to provide security for children who wish to sleep nearer their parents or siblings.

All towels and linens are provided and are all colour co-ordinated with every bedroom, although we do ask that no linens be removed from the house. If you plan on travelling to the beach on either coastline, please bring your own beach towels or purchase them locally for very little money. There are plenty of pool towels available, stored in the utility room

No need to get stressed on arrival - our villa has a key box, so if you are delayed at the airport, you can get into the villa any time of the day or night - no need to travel miles out of your way in unfamiliar territory to collect keys - just pull up on the drive, tap in the code to retrieve the key and your holiday can begin !!

We prefer payment in US DOLLARS, however, if you request a quote in BRITISH POUNDS and you decide to book, you will be advised that the prices will be converted into US DOLLARS where you will have the opportunity to review the US DOLLAR prices and if happy, accept them before proceeding with the online booking.

It's a leisurely 20 - 25 minutes walk to Berry Town Center where you will find a Publix with a gas station, Applebee's restaurant, IHOP restaurant, Chinese takeaway, English bar & fish & chips shop, Irish bar, Pizzeria, Thai & Japanese restaurants, bank and more... 

Across the road from Berry Town is a large CVS Pharmacy & Dollar discount store.

There is also a 24hr WalMart Superstore just 10 minutes drive up the US27, or if you travel 13 miles south on the US27 you will find an ALDI store.

On the US192 you will find a great selection of popular restaurants within a 15-minute drive including the excellent Manny's Chophouse, Olive Garden, Bahama Breeze, Millers Alehouse, Texas Roadhouse, Joe's Crab Shack, Carrabba's, TGI Fridays, Bonefish Grill and loads more...
