  A nice villa in a great location, this villa was ideal for our needs, we have friends living near by and visit them when ever possible. We always rent a villa on Highlands Reserve because, we feel it is one of the best communities in this area and the location is perfect to visit the near by attractions. We found the owner Neil very efficient and helpful when replying to our emails. Thanks Neil we had a great time.

  We truly enjoyed our stay at this villa. Everything was so close by yet it felt like we were out in the country. We enjoyed the pool very much and the home had everything we needed. However, it would have been nice to have had a barbecue. The owner and management company were very eager to help in any way and were always available. Would definitely rent this villa again!

  We had a fantastic holiday at this villa. The villa was very spacious, the pool was fantastic. We would recommend this villa to anyone planing a trip to Florida. My son who is 5 thoroughly enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi. The management team where very friendly and helpful many thanks to all for an enjoyable stay.

  Fantastic holiday in Orlando can't wait to go back next year for 3 weeks next time! Villa was amazing great size all rooms well furnished couldn't ask for anything more ! Wit private pool and jaquzzi and publix shops not to far away along with a variety of restaurants too close by ! Will defo be going back ! 10/10

  The Wynnewood 10 is a wonderfully spacious, clean very well maintained property on the fantastic Highlands Reserve. The villa is conveniently located within easy reach of Disney World and other major attractions. Neil the owner was wonderful to deal with from start to finish and nothing was to much trouble. We loved the villa so much we have booked it again for our stay later this year and would not hesitate for a second to recommend it to others.
