The home was very clean and well equipped. We had two families of four and plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. The pool area was great and despite the fact that air temperatures were near freezing for a portion of our stay, the Hot Tub and Pool remained at a comfortable temperature. Would highly recommend this property.

Having stayed in numerous villas, this one was by far our favourite and we were so reluctant to leave it! Mark and Karen have done a fantastic job - the home is clean, comfortable, very well equipped with excellent quality facilities and in a lovely neighbourhood. The outside area also feels luxurious with the great furniture, pool and hot-tub. Ridgewood Lakes may be considered a bit further away from the main attractions but, if you are renting a villa, you will need to drive wherever you go. It is a lovely gated community which is safe, quiet and friendly and certainly well worth a few extra minutes in the car. You will not be disappointed renting this villa - we're glad we discovered it and really hope to visit again in the future!

This was our first time to the USA and we couldn't have picked a beautiful villa to stay in than this. Absolutely outstanding!! From the gorgeous decor, unbelievable space and fantastic pool with Jacuzzi, what more can I say that we will definitely be back!!
The Disney Parks are close by and after a very tiring day it was lovely to have a dip in the pool.

Our family had a great week in this beautiful home. There was plenty of space for our family to spread out and the pool was amazing! The house is VERY clean and the owners have provided everything you need to make your stay a perfect one. We didn't want to leave!! We hope to be back in the future! Thanks for a great week!

We have stayed at several villas in Ridgewood Lakes over the years but this one is the best. The first thing one notices is the superior quality of the furniture inside and poolside. The next is the impact of the interior layout and the exterior privacy. Everything is open and spacious and very well designed. The large table by the pool is great for alfresco dining. Even on cool evenings, the pool heat was a sublime 90F and the hot tub even warmer. Pool heat is well worth it! It is also a pleasure to see the care that has gone into everything from the very complete kitchen equipment to the flat-screen TVs in every room. Inside the garage, the games are fun for everyone. We can't wait to return next year for another 4 week escape at this outstanding villa.
